Ike is fantastic! Super friendly and happy to answer all of my (millions of) questions. He thoroughly checked inside and out to stop these little mouse jerks from moving in more of their relatives, and was careful to place traps where they are safe from my cats. I didn’t get the name of the person on the phone when I scheduled, but she was awesome too - she explained everything clearly and was nice to chat with. They were able to come out within the week too! Definitely recommend

We have been using this service since we moved into our house a year and a half ago. We have seen a couple mice and I let them know and they come within a few days to take care of them and make sure to check where they are coming in. Everyone is super friendly and they respond right away! Definitely recommend especially if you’re terrified of spiders and mice like me

Every time Kyle comes out he let's us know when he's on his way. He also leaves us a message on our camera letting us know why he's there, messages when hes done, and responds to anything you say!! Very friendly group and they will come out and redo anything if needed to remove any pests. We really like that they are local, fairly priced and so responsive! Really helps with all the boxelder bugs we get. We also notice we don't have many(if any) ants. Highly recommend and tell everyone that asks!!

We have carpenter ants in the backyard and trees. I do not like ants because I have been bitten previously. It gives me a piece of mind knowing they will be returning quarterly to keep them away. I paid for this service and right after it was done the mosquitos were horrible. Almost like it was worse but I tried contacting the company and asked for someone to call me but all I received were text messages. Noone called me even though I requested several times through texts and voicemail that I left. I don't have time to chase around people all day so I'm extremely disappointed. There was no follow though and I'm still waiting for someone to call me months later. If you want to have subpar customer service and products that kind of work this is the company.
