I had a mouse problem, I am not home often, so never really noticed until it was a problem. I called Randy at 9 PM at night and he was here at my house by 9 AM the next morning. My schedule is crazy and Randy accommodates to that, which I couldn't be more thankful for. He is so caring and detail oriented, and has made sure my mice don't come back. He is such a great guy, and I enjoy having him over, and how much he cares about my pest problem. He even found a Bee hive in my neighbors yard and took care of it right away, helping all people and dogs that could have gotten hurt, as we did not know it was there. I have already given his name and number to multiple friends, and let them know there is no one better in the business! Thanks Randy, hope to see you at a Whitecaps game this season!

He helped me prep my home (he even helped me take down my Christmas tree!) and stayed on location during my heat treatment giving me updates throughout the day w/ how my house was heating up! I never write reviews, but I am so grateful Randy came out on a late Saturday afternoon to exterminate my ant problem in my finished basement. Every company I called said I needed to wait until Monday. I found Randy on Google and he had great reviews so I called. He said he would come right over and help me. He was prompt, neat, courteous, and wore a mask. Randy also knew what he was doing and took care of my problem so I didn't need to spend two more days worrying. I would not hesitate to call Randy again for any pest control needs and I am the pickiest person I know. I strongly recommend Randy at Thermal Pro, I was a very satisfied customer.

Randy is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and professional. My apartment got infested with bed bugs and we tried to manage it ourselves. We ended up buying a house and did NOT want to bring them with us. Randy treated my apartment with spray and traps to get them under control, then did a full heat treatment in our new house as soon as we moved all of our stuff in. We didn't even unpack. He told us how to set the boxes around the rooms so the heat would circulate, then he did a full heat treatment which killed the bed bugs. He came out later in the spring to do an exterior treatment as well because the new house had a bad ant problem. He really cared about giving us a clean start in our new home and gave us excellent advice. We haven't had a single bed bug and the ants are under control. I trust him completely and recommend him highly.

I cannot more highly recommend Randy and ThermalPro, and will be calling him for any issues that we find in the future. Randy helped provide my wife and I peace of mind after we discovered evidence of mice in our home. He returned all of our phone calls promptly, and made time to provide a consultation on a weekend (and within 24 hours of our request for an appointment). Within minutes of walking through our home, Randy showed us where mice were entering and provided information about how to remediate without chemicals. We were so impressed with his services that we asked him to take a look at our box elder bug infestation, and sprayed for bugs on the spot.

Randy did an outstanding job treating my apartment for bed bugs. I had an absolutely terrible botched job done by Brothers Services prior, which Randy had to fix. Brothers had me doing hours and hours of my own prepwork which included causing friction between my roommate and I as I was the one who likely brought them in. I figure from the lost income from not working because of prepwork and sleep deprivation, the actual costs of the treatments probably set me back around 3-4 grand, I also struggled tremendously with my studies as I'm currently a student. Brothers was absolutely terrible but I was forced into their treatment by my landlord. Randy has had outstanding communication from day one. He also gives very fair prices for his treatments. He is very professional and has all great equipment to send those bed bugs to hell. I can't say enough good things about him and his service! Highly recommend! I really wish I would could have gone with him from the get go, don't make the same mistake I did initially with Brothers.

We called Randy at Thermal Pro last night since we noticed an influx of yellow jackets stalking our front door. Making it hard to enjoy and scary for people to come knock on our door. Randy was quick to inform us of all necessary information and was in our home the very next morning! Randy was very personable and knowledgeable and spent the whole time working on fixing the issue. I believe the best part of this whole transaction was the fact that he traveled well outside his “work zone”. He traveled from Roseville to Jordan!! That is a 50 minute drive! While all of the other “local” pest control folks, did not answer their phones, or said it was too late to chat or quoted us an obscene amount... That being said: I will always recommend Thermal pro to anyone that is looking for pest control. Best customer service!!

I called Randy on Saturday around 530, when I found this giant hornets nest attached to my fence. He called back around 7 and came out Sunday. I called 20 other places, no one had people on a Sunday. He was on time, prepared and very Profesional. He sprayed with a pet safe wasp killer, came back about an hour and a half or so later, removed it and even sprayed a few small nests on the house I didn't even know were there. I will definately recommend Randy and this company.

My lil one found a huge hornet's hive up in a tree while playing in our front yard. I called and spoke to several companies before calling Randy at Thermal Pro. Once I talked to him he said he could come out right away and handle the problem fir a fair price. Within an hour of talking to him he was here working. He was polite and extremely professional. Randy explained everything he was about to do and even took the time afterwards to show me the queen and he even looked up the species for me. We recently dealt with an infestation scare, which led to quite a bit of panic in our household. Randy and his technician did a great job of helping us assess and treat our problem. In addition to providing a very rapid response and accommodating us during some off-hours, Randy actually talked us into a much more cost effective treatment when it became clear that our issue was not as drastic as we'd initially thought. In the irrational state we were in, he could have easily gone along with the expensive treatment we'd asked for, but the fact that he didn't speaks volumes about his character. Great guy, and super knowledgable. Several competitors even had wonderful things to say about him when we told them who we were working with.

During a recent move into a new home, it was discovered we may have an infestation of bed bugs that we might be bringing from our previous home. We needed peace of mind this was not the case. We contacted one of the larger and well known pest control companies and were told to wait a week and let the bugs find their new home. Also don't have any guest for this time period. Not acceptable. Mr. Randy Johnson is one of the most personable and outgoing people I’ve met and provided the best customer service I’ve had during my stay here in Minnesota. I was staying at an Air B&B for the month and came across a small bug on the bed and was very concerned so I took a picture and kept the bug in a ziplock bag. He was the only Pest Control Business open on a Sunday which is a plus for us customers. I couldn’t find my way to the location so he called personally to make sure I had the right address. He even allowed me to text him a picture of the bug first but I wanted to be sure so I followed up in person. He provided me with so much information about the bugs and beetles and educated me on why it is what he said it was, so I would know In the future. He also provided me with all the tools I needed to prevent any further pests from inhabiting the apartment I was staying with and showed me how to apply and use them. He provided me with piece of mind as well as the tools to make sure this wouldn’t happen again. The ease with which I was able to contact him and the fact that he’s just a good guy trying to help people out without trying to make a quick dollar is why I would highly recommend Mr. Johnson to anyone in the Minnesota area. By far the best customer service we have ever experienced. We moved here from another state. We found what looked like cockroaches in the house we are renting. Thremal pro came out immediately and notified us that they were not in fact cockroaches. Instead of just charging us a bunch of money, or doing unnecessary spraying, their solution was effective and very affordable.
