Technician was very informative and did a great job. In and out quick. The entire process was seamless and they guarantee the work so if we have any need for follow up they come back. Very affordable and worth while. Will be setting up to have them come back in the spring. Only thing I'd change is to set up their service sooner!

As the summer comes to an end we've noticed spiders coming into our house. I called up Nick with Prairie Pest Control and Scheduled a time for them to come and spray. Teresa showed up right on time and and got right to work. She was very pleasant and professional and easily the nicest person I've hired. I would highly recommend this company when it comes to customer service they exceeded my expectations.

Nick at Prairie Pest Control was great! With spring approaching, I noticed some ants were getting in. I talked to him and he was able to get me on the schedule quickly. He showed up and worked quickly, while explaining what he was doing and giving me all the information I'd need for the work. The experience we had with Alan was absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best customer service and professionalism I have ever encountered. Being a newly constructed business, we had been experiencing an insect problem in our office. Alan was very informative and did a great job explaining what had caused the issue and how he could correct it. He came out on time, did what he needed to expeditiously, and came in on the low end of his estimate. Fantastic price and we have not had an issue since. You cannot go wrong with these guys. This company is top notch!

Great people. No charge for estimates! They remembered me from last year as we had a wasp problem then as well. I am confident they will take care of any pest problem that comes up. Update!!! Called company today, 6-14-22, about a wasp problem at uncles home. They told me it would within a couple days. To my amazement and great satisfaction, noticed they came today and got rid of the pests! Thank you PPC for your wonderful setvice...again!

I had a bed bug outbreak in my apartment. No idea where they came from. Butch came out and did an inspection and confirmed the outbreak. He was great to work with. Being I have never dealt with this before. He was extremely professional and responsive throughout the inspection. When he did the treatment he was early and very timely. He has also been very personable on a recent follow-up. Can't praise his Customer Service higher. Really great to see and will recommend these guys heavily. Thanks Butch.

I had the misfortune of hitting a large vole with my lawn mower and noticed my fire pit appeared to be the headquarters for the rest of its vole family. I called and spoke with Nick at Prairie Pest Control and he was over the next day setting bait and letting me know of some good options to prevent them. I have not had any issues since he was over. He completely resolved my issue and made mowing my lawn a less nerve racking situation. Highly recommended.

Great service! I contacted them on a Friday morning about a yellow jacket nest and immediately received a response back. I was told they would try and get to it in the afternoon. Later in the day, they let me know that they may not make it out today but could come by right away the next morning-which they did! I have been fortunate and have never needed to use a pest control company so after reading through reviews, I chose them and I'm glad I did. Thank you for being so easy to work with and also being so reasonably priced!

Alan from Prairie Pest Control visited my home after I noticed an influx of hornets and spiders inside the home. I explained what I saw and provided information on why this occurs, with assurance that his treatment would prevent the critters from coming inside. He was very efficient spraying down the inside and outside of the house. Very thankful to have had him visit!

We had a horrible problem with fruit flies this fall! Tried everything from homemade traps to purchasing things off of amazon. I called a few places but Nick was the first one to answer and was super friendly! He scheduled us right away and even answered the phone after hours to respond to my questions and help me prep the house for his visit. Nick was kind, friendly, quick and efficient. Guaranteed my satisfaction and promised he would come back as many times as needed. It only took one visit (maybe 30 minutes), and miraculously every single fruit fly was gone! Would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Nick :)

Nick actually brought tears to my eyes. I called because I was concerned about potential bed bugs I may have brought back from a hotel stay. I was just asking questions and expected to receive “I’d have to do an inspection to answer that” as an answer, which is 100% acceptable. I firmly believe in paying for expertise. He told me to watch and see if the problem escalates because I may not have anything to worry about and encouraged me to call back with any questions or concerns. I am so impressed. I hope I do t need to use his company’s services but if I do, they will get my business. Thank you for easing my worried mind!!!

I live in an apartment building who was not helping me get rid of my bug problem. Fed up, I sought out a company on my own. Nick answered after hours and helped me walk through the steps to prep, what to expect and generally made me feel better about the whole situation. After days of not paying attention to me, or showing that they were in any hurry to help me, me telling them that I chose another company finally inspired something. Unfortunately, they said working with another company would be a violation of my lease. I got a hold of nick and told him of the situation and he was completely understanding. To top it all off the man from the company who actually came and did it was very unpleasant. Was annoyed by questions, and was very unhelpful. I understand that it's not his "job" to comfort me. But. This is my home and he provided no sense of relief in what was one very chaotic week of cleaning and living in disorganization. That being said, a week later a got another bite, and didn't bother to call said company. Even though I went with someone else, nick at prairie pest control took my call, patiently answered my questions, and helped me understand what to expect. This is a company who cares about the people behind the money. I know, I didn't pay them and they still spent time taking care of me. When it comes to a person's home we should be able to give more than 5 stars if a company can keep that safe. In this case they deserve it.

How thankful I am for the diligence, expertise, willingness to educate, and response time from Nick and his company could never really be explained fully. He has been my knight in shining armour two times now for two different reasons since buying our first home 3 years ago, and as long as he is in the FM area I will never depend in anybody else! So he better stay put! It's been over a year now that we had Nick come over to bait for a critter, or MY WORST NIGHTMARE, and then add preventative care and there hasn't been an issue since! Just this month we called him one morning with an ant problem and he was there THAT afternoon. I was a mess about it and after he stopped by and also took time to explain the reasoning for the problem and how it will be worked out, I felt so much relief. You seriously can't go wrong with Prairie Pest Control; life savers, not to mention saving my sanity as well!

Been fighting a hoard of ants taking up my entire yard for years using off the shelf products; finally gave up and called Prairie Pest Control. The ants were gone in a week and haven't come back months later. Great service, wish I would've called them sooner.
