I was referred to their service through FB and family. Paffy's service is good the people are nice. I had a moth infestation in my home and it was a pest that the technician couldn't figure out and had to do some research. He said that he was going to get back to me in a couple of days. Never got back to me (Ghosted). He was nice and help me in a moment to help get rid of a hornets nest, but ghosted me on the main reason for the call.... the moths. Was charged for the hornets nest at a somewhat high price (I understand it was short notice). I had called their service several times and left a message on the techs phone. I feel that they are a good service, I just wish that I was not ghosted and forgotten about. There was no follow up on my situation with the pest control. I was so fed up that I had the help of my family and bug bombed my home. So far that has helped and that only cost me $35. Thank you for the help/ no help with the pest. I wish I could have given you a five star.

Great service. We were dealing with the summer fanfare of insects, rodents, spiders, and other unwanted creatures and anticipating the return of Japanese Lady Bugs in the fall and winter. Called these folks up to set up service. Got an upfront cost estimate based on square footage of our house and arranged for our first appointment. Joe showed up early (wow), rang our doorbell but we did not hear it. He inspected the outside of the house, applied spray, and wrote up his report for us. Since we missed him and needed the inside of the house to also be inspected, called the company. Joe was reached and within minutes came back to the house. What a great responsive family owned business! We're planning to be long-term customers through this first time interaction.

Donald was exceptional. The customer service he provided was refreshing. He called in advance to inform of his eta. He arrived at the time he stated he would. He respected that I had to leave for work at a certain time. He was friendly and explained every action he took and made sure we were satisfied with that. He further explained how extermination process would work throughout the year, which was helpful. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of his duties and extermination, which was comforting and i learned alot myself. I am definitely satisfied with the service. I believe their prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend their services.

We used this company about 15 yrs ago and they were just fabulous. Well, fast forward to current we had another issue and I immediately thought of Paffys again. Bryan came out this time and was HANDS DOWN the nicest guy to work with. 👏🙌🤛😀 He knew his stuff and he helped us with our pest problem. 5/5 Stars for me! Very friendly and professional family owned company! Seen one of there vehicles in my neighborhood and figured I’d give them a call considering my building has had an on going mice problem and no other company’s could seem to get them to go away! Called Paffys and they got out to me the next day and gave me a very reasonable price and took care of me! Will definitely call again if I need there services!

Carpenter Ants no more! We have been in our St. Paul home for 7 years, and we have never had any kind of insect infestation in any of our previous domiciles. In March of 2020 we found multiple carpenter ants in the heart of our kitchen. They were 1/2 to 1 inch long, black, increasingly numerous, and entirely unwanted. We tried to address the ants on our own with indoor and outdoor traps and bleach. We killed a lot of ants, but they just kept coming into our home. This was the first time we had to contact a pest control company, and I was a bit hesitant to do so given the costs and varying types of feedback left for a variety of providers. Paffy's had fewer reviews, but they were consistently more positive than many other services. I contacted them, described our situation, and the ants we observed. The person that received my call was reluctant to believe they were carpenter ants (which is not surprising as I am not a professional and customers don't always research their situation before calling professionals), but I told them I had captured 2 ants to show a potential exterminator what we had been seeing. An appointment was scheduled within a few days, and they came out and sprayed the exterior of the house. The exterminator wore a mask (thank you!), maintained social distancing, answered all of our questions, and they completed their work promptly. He explained how the chemical worked, how long it could take to see an effect, what the ants were attracted to (food, access points, where they live), and they noted a follow-up appointment was recommended/likely needed. Within days of the application we saw a profound decrease in ants. A few stragglers remained, and by the time the follow-up appointment was honored we had not seen another living ant in the preceding week. After the second application we have not seen another carpenter in our home. I do not exaggerate when I write the following: Call Paffy's Pest Control if you have a carpenter ant infestation! I cannot attest to their abilities with other insects, but it seems highly probable that they will do quality work whatever your situation. Exterminators are not cheap, but their price was fair/competitive and they achieved positive results promptly. I wish I had called sooner and had not tried to solve the problem on my own. Some things are worth their expense, and the peace of mind we found after hiring Paffy's was worth every penny.
