Moving to the country after living in the city all your life, brings a lot of adjustments and bugs and rodents are a couple of them. After seeing a couple mice and bugs getting in the home, we researched all the local pest control services. We found the Lemke Pest Control had the best reviews. From the first point of contact to the first treatment, Scott has been exceptional. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He found a few areas where mice had gotten in and sealed them up, took care of a few hornets nests and did a complete spray and inspection of the inside and out. His products are safe for our 2 month old puppy and 3 month old grand daughter. He has great customer service and great prices. Happy to have Scott keep our home pest and rodents free today and for the future. Thank you so much for coming out on this super hot holiday weekend!!!

Requested appointment online for treatment on a wasp nest located behind siding/inside wall of my toddler's bedroom. Scott called me the same day and referred me to his brother Mike who takes care of services in our area (near Dexter, MN). They got us on the books within 2 days and were very communicative with me throughout the process. I was able to send them pictures ahead of time so they knew what they were dealing with and Mike was here for less than an hour to take care of the wasps. Great value for the quality of customer service, and they told me I have a 30 day guarantee in case extra treatment is required beyond the one-time service within the next 30 days. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about Lemke Pest Control! They are incredibly professional and thorough. They are super flexible with scheduling and respond quickly to messages. We had issues with carpenter ants inside our house and bees outside of our house. The services provided by Lemke Pest Control took care of the pests immediately and the services provided throughout the year has kept the pests out. Highly recommend!!

After reading great reviews about pest control companies in Rochester, MN, I decided to give Lemke Pest Control a call to help us with ants in our house. Not only did Scott, the owner, answer the call immediately, he cut right to the chase asking pertinent questions about my problem. He checked his schedule and, within 2 minutes of calling, he set me up for a same-day appointment! Upon arrival, Scott quickly started inspecting our areas of concern, found the source(s) of the problem, walked through a treatment plan while being completely up front about costs and options (including a discount - Thanks, Scott!!), and treated both the inside and outside of our home within an hour of arrival. He took it upon himself to make sure that I knew that the indoor treatment would be safe for our kids, and fully explained next steps/what to watch for. Last winter, our house of 3 years had our first mouse appear. I hired Lemke Pest Control instantly to come in and assess the situation. He was able to get the mouse situation under control very quickly, and he did such a nice job we hired him to come every other month to check up on the house and perform other services to keep ants, spiders, etc away. He was easy to work with! Quick to come help us out, with our recently discovered Carpenter Ant population, in the basement! Hearing mice in your walls at night has to be the worst sound ever! Lemke Pest Control made the process of catching them so smooth and successful. Scott was always on time, helpful, knowledgable, and reassuring. He even checked in in between visits to make sure things were going ok. This is a lengthy one! Up until now, we never had a bug problem nor did we ever do any preventative work. We built a home in Summer/Fall 2015on the outskirts of town. Scott came to our home today to eradicate Confused Flour Beetles that are all over our home and Springtails in the basement. We don’t go into the basement a lot so, it took awhile to realize there was an issue with those. I didn’t know we had a beetle problem until one day I noticed a cluster of them in a low activity area. Scott was incredibly quick in responding to my plea of help. I filled out the online form on 09/11 and he responded to me on 09/12. Once we were ready to make the move, he was able to come to our home on 09/14. Not only did he provide remarkable turnaround, he also was highly knowledgeable (in the insects themselves and what I need to do after/in-between treatment) and very amicable. He is willing to listen, let you vent and ask all of your silly questions. What I really appreciated was him answering my questions prior to contracting with him. For me, I need to understand much more about this (especially when this is not my forte) before I invest the money and allows me to gain a comfort in wanting to hire him. To be honest, I contacted Bob the Bug Man and was deterred from hiring him because he wasn’t able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Granted, he could have been busy, but with all of my stress and anxiety, I needed someone more prompt, organized. I spoke to him once on the phone and he was friendly talker, but still didn’t address my questions. I felt pressured to lock into an expensive package. I absolutely did not feel that way with Scott. I felt that Scott is truly a passionate businessman, in it for the right reasons, and there for his clients because while treating the exterior, he noted a formation of wasps and many spiders since we just pulled weeds. He treated both at no extra charge. He also sprayed in more spots to really help eliminate the bugs. He provided us with all of the services/packages that he offers. We chose a one-time deal and felt we didn’t receive lesser service. Plus, the bonus of having a 30-day guarantee. Thank you, Scott for everything!

Scott recently came to my home to address a rodent issue. I emailed him at 3:30 am on a Friday/Saturday morning after being awoken by scratching in the basement ceiling tile right above my head. By early the next morning, he emailed back and offered to come the same day. He not only arrived on time (and even arrived early!), but he also spent two hours inspecting all of the areas in and outside my home and making a plan for clearing up the problem. I cannot say enough about his responsiveness and thoroughness. His follow-up after the initial visit has been just great. I would highly recommend Scott for any pest control problem. When I moved I discovered I had an Asian beetle problem. Scott came over and took a look and let me know how he could get rid of them. Almost six months later I still haven't had an issue with them. Not only that, he also got rid of some wasp nests I had missed. I highly recommend him, he does an excellent job, is very thorough and even fun to have out.

We called him thinking we had a squirrel in the attic. He came out on a Saturday morning and discovered it was bats. Bat exclusion isn't a service he provides, but he could recommend someone. He didn't even charge us for the inspection even though it cost him his time and wear and tear on his vehicle. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. l hope I never have another reason to call anybody for pest control, but if I do, this is the guy I will go to. Btw, when you call, you get to talk to him, not some random person at a national call center. That tells me he's invested in his customers right from the start.
