Laughlin's was very client focused, empathetic and responsive. They were very engaged, thorough and diligent....and they made recommendations that really helped cleared up our issues. Queenie DogI had Laughlin's out originally ten months ago. I purchased the year service and couldn't be happier. It took three trips to find all the entrances the mice had. The service man was diligent and blocked all the entrances. I haven't had a mouse in nine months. I am calling them today to help take care of the mouse infestation at my father's house. I would highly recommend Laughlin's.
Kathy ShepperdI heard a mouse in a wall today. The first pest control.place I called said no openings for three weeks.....Laughlins was my second call. Although their busy time I asked is there anyway. I just got home from the hospital. The owner was wonderful. They had a serviceman in Woodbury so he said he would speak to him and call me back. I had a callback in 2 minutes. The servicemsn, Chad was at my house in 2 hours. He was polite, thorough and explained every step of the process.
I really can't say enough about the level of service and professional assistance I just received. He left me his card and told me I can call him 24/7. I signed up for their service plan and suggest you do the same.
