Daniel TikkI was able to get an appointment 2 days out, while other companies I called were up to a week. Kendrick arrived on time, kept me updated on his progress, showed me his completed work and what to watch out for, and he even charged less than the original quote because one of the services turned out to not really be necessary. The 6-month warranty on issues with rodent control also gives me great peace of mind. Great experience overall, and I would highly recommend.

We've used Ezer Pest Control for all the little surprises we've encountered over the last couple of years since we bought it, and have never been disappointed. Kendrick listens to all of our concerns, performs a thorough examination, and then educates us about different ways we can control pests ourselves. I am very happy with Ezer, and highly recommend their service!

I was totally freaked out to find mice getting into my house. I tried looking for entry points myself without success. I called several services and some wanted to do a monthly contract but I wanted a one-and-done option. So glad I found Ezer. Kendrick is the owner and technician. He arrived on time and showed me 3 possible entry points that I missed. He plugged those up and *Voila* problem solved. I can now sleep in peace. Thank you, Kendrick! Awesome job!
David DresselhausKendrick was awesome. He was very polite and professional. He pointed out and fixed several exterior spots where the mice were getting in and set several traps in the problem areas of the house. He was even able to come out same day. I would recommend him to anyone needing help with their pests. One mouse down, hopefully (or not?) many more to come!
Chris WI love calling a company and the owner picks up the phone and is the one doing the work. I had a simple request as we saw a couple of ants in the house. I called a couple of highly reviewed companies and had to leave a voicemail or went to a call center. Yuck. Kendrick was seriously an absolute joy to work with. I work in the home improvement space and know how to read reviews and learn about a company. He started his business a couple of years ago and has not one bad review and he knew his stuff and handled my problem within 18 hours of my call. Also, he was cheaper than others that I spoke with. Win, Win, Win! Do not hesitate calling Kendrick the proud owner of Ezer Pest Control you will be glad you did.
Erik RugglesKendrick has always responded quickly to requests and has been able to schedule us within a week every time if not the next day. He communicates if he will be late but most of the time it's promptly on time. He knows what he is doing and is clear to communicate about the safety of what he's doing with regards to pets. We've never had problems with any of his services and highly recommend him.
Bbliss2022In January, I heard something gnawing in my attic. Kendrick came out, plugged some holes the ISP and utility guys left, put some traps out in the basement. In June he came back out, under warranty, to look for any holes that may have been covered by snow, and reset traps for the mice that are still using the the hole way up high that I haven't been able to get a guy to fix yet. I would 100% recommend him.
Marc CharnekarI sent them an email Sunday night heard back from them Monday morning. He was at my house by late Monday morning. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and the best part he was more reasonable in price than all the other exterminators I contacted. He told me how long it should take before they are all gone. If I see them again after that time he would return. I highly recommend Exer Pest Control and will use them again if I have different pest problems.
