We've used them twice - once when chipmunks managed to find a way into our home, and a second time when bumblebees nested in our concrete block basement wall. Both times they were prompt, informative, and also less expensive than competitors. We hope we won't need their service again soon, but won't hesitate to use them again if needed. :)

Dennis was wonderful, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. We have tried multiple ant traps and sprays up to this point and nothing has worked, so having someone who was very knowledgeable take over was great. I would highly recommend them for your pest needs.

I am so impressed with Arrow Pest Control! They responded to my voice message promptly and scheduled a visit within a week. Ken arrived on time and was amazing! He was patient, honest, and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to find and fix the problem (mice) and box elder bugs. This is the second time we have used Arrow Pest Control (once for ants a couple of years ago, and this time for mice). Dennis was able to come out the day after I called and figured out exactly how the mice were getting into our house. He's great to work with and the rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a house that had been ransacked by mice. We discovered that the house had been serviced by another exterminator in the past yet there were still mice. We killed the mice before moving in but wanted to prevent mice from coming in the winter. Ken found 5 entry points. He explained what to look for and closed up the holes. We are diy people but we would have never found 4 of those holes! He was confident in his work and since he came this summer we haven’t had any mice. Definitely gave me a peace of mind! We also recommended him to a friend. He explained to our friend the best places to set traps in their century home and also closed up holes.

I would like to share my exceptional experience with this company. As you can imagine, calling Arrow Pest control was not something that I had planned to do, yet here I was with a whole bunch of house guests that I did not want, (mice.) I was upset, and the way Dennis took care of me solved all my problems. Dennis is a man of his word, and he will ensure that you are satisfied, otherwise he will come back and make sure that everything is right. The rates were good, the guarantee made me feel secure, and the professionalism was impressive. I was so impressed with the fact that he could even smell the mice. Come on now, that is an expert! I would definitely recommend Arrow Pest Control to anyone who is having issues with any unwanted house guests.

Excellent experience with Arrow. I called Arrow because I was hearing some noises in my attic. Ken, an employee, came over and did an inspection of the roofline and found a hole where he said it looked like a little red squirrel probably chewed the wood and was able to get in. He filled the hole with newspaper and told me to watch for a few days to see if the squirrel pushed the paper out. After a few days, I was not hearing any more noises, and the paper was still in place. Ken and I concluded that we had found the right hole and he happened to block it with paper while the squirrel(s) were out of the house. So Ken recommended that I buy some coil stock (under $10 at Menards) and use that to seal up the hole. I did that, and have had no issues ever since. Best of all, Ken didn't even charge me the usual trip charge! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. And to get his advice and then not even be charged for it, I thought that was amazing. I highly recommend Arrow if you have an issue.

I hired Dennis on the basis of the reviews I read, and he lived up to the praise in every respect. He found the areas where mice were getting into the home and sealed them, and we haven't seen a mouse since. He also advised on a bad infestation of Boxelder bugs in the carriage house, fumigating where he could and suggesting how I could seal walls and vents, while also counseling that the best way to keep the pests out was to take preventive action by spraying the the outside of the building when the bugs swarm in the fall, so I will be calling him again next autumn. He also gave me contact information for a woodpecker problem. He really knows his stuff; his prices are extremely reasonable, and he is all around just a very nice fellow. I am so glad I found him and am grateful to the other reviewers who shared their experiences.

I refuse to use any other pest control company now. Dennis is awesome. I called around to a couple of places, he was the only straight shooter in the bunch. He knew what type of wasp I was talking about on the phone, said they were tricky to kill and offered to come back if the first treatment didn't work. Other companies wanted annual/quarterly contracts or weren't up front about maybe needing to come back and likely pay full price again and they were charging nearly double what Arrow Pest Control was. Dennis got me scheduled within a week, came out to my house, found 3 types of wasps and when I tried to offer more money for the outstanding service, he turned it down. Can't recommended this company highly enough.

This company is absolutely AMAZING! After numerous attempts with the more publicly-recognized names in pest control failed, we turned to Arrow and were absolutely amazed with the way they did things. Not only did they provide the most thorough inspection and remediation process, but they stood behind their work! We saw instant results with the first visit, but eventually, we did have another sighting. We called them and they were out the next day investigating and repaired the damaged area where they were entering. The cost of the return visit - $0!! This company really gets customer service. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. You won't be disappointed!!

Dennis came over right away when I called about a rat problem. He was professional and has very reasonable rates. He inspected the whole house and took the time to explain the problem to me in detail. Three hours later, he came back, and again the next day to remove dead rats and reset the traps. I hope my rodent problem is over, but I'll definitely call Arrow again if I need to. Highly recommended.

We had Arrow come out for an ongoing mouse problem. The gentleman was very thorough checking the perimeter of the house using a mirror to see up under the overhanging areas. He found several areas where he could see the mouse highway into our home and he sealed them up. It has been 4 months now and we have not had any visitors and we are very happy!

I hate mice. In fact you may want to call it my phobia. We heard them in our walls and started finding droppings throughout the house. We bought poison, traps, deterrents etc. I'm not an expert in pest control and searched the internet read reviews and based upon other reviews called Dennis at Arrow. He came out assessed the situation, was able to find where the mice were entering and solved the problem. Very professional and worth every dollar spent for the peace of mind.

Nine months ago we moved into a late-seventies suburban home surrounded on two sides by dense trees. It didn't take us long to realize that part of our weekly housekeeping had to be emptying mouse traps in our walk-in attic. After dreading this chore for months, we knew there had to be a solution. We'd been solicited by a company canvassing the neighborhood in search of pest control clients, but as we checked out their middling online reviews, we found Arrow. Arrow absolutely nailed it in one visit. They inspected our home, at times literally crawling on the ground, to seal up several possible points of entry. Traps were set inside and some poison placed. A week later, they came to empty the trap of the last few rodents who were inside before the exterior gaps were sealed. It's now been three weeks, and we've had No More Mice! Arrow's goal is do it once, and do it right. They're not interested in getting you to buy on-going treatment options. They showed up when they said they would, and they charged what they said they were going to charge. Every accolade they receive is well-earned.

Thanks, Dennis, and your ARROW PEST CONTROL for your work to rid my South Minneapolis home of the Common House Mouse (or multiple House Mouses!!!). I appreciated your honesty about the process, how quickly you got on it and that your fee was fair and reasonable. You surprised me with finding multiple access holes from the outside going directly into my basement and under my porch. I was completely satisfied with your solution of wire and black blow-in foam to fix those trouble spots. It wasn’t pleasant trapping the individuals that made it in and were planning to stay — but I think you effectively got to the root of the problem and provided insight and instructions to keep things that way. I also like the fact that you are a 100% local guy, you answer your own phone and that you said you'll come back for no charge if we have more trouble. I rate Arrow Pest Control 5-Stars. Dennis was professional and also checked all perimeters of our home. We had a bee's nest in the corner of the windowsill between the glass and screen. Final results the bee's nest is gone. I would highly recommend calling Arrow.
