effective service for all pests and Chris and Fletcher are so informative and friendly! The price is high. After the initial high price for the first two years, the maintenance fee is still high. But, the managers are willing to listen and try their best to help and make their clients happy. So I'm happy and stay with this company and recommend it to people.

I’m rewriting this review and increasing it by two stars because I was actually able to cancel my contract with Aptive without having to pay the early cancellation fee upon explanation for my reasoning to the nice ” loyalty manager” I spoke with. It has been a hassle though…. I really wished the young sales guy would have been straight forwardly honest with me vs. lying to my face and pushing his sales pitch. Because customers absolutely need to be advised before the “spraying and treatment” that their is a very high probability of a surge of bugs (dead alive half alive) emerging every where after the spray. I guess bugs are being “flushed” out of hiding. I will say the bugs did an excellent job of hiding for the last 15 years as I never had a bug issue before (with exception to some micro ants on occasion in the kitchen and utility room during rainy warm weather) and I was always able to address those myself. The only reason I decided to contract with them is because I have a special needs 11 year old son that has a irrational fear of bugs and goes into meltdown mode if he sees one. Had I been told about the very high probability of having the surge of bugs everywhere after the spray I know for a fact I would not have contracted because of my son. I did NOT get a return call from Aptive upon complaining about the bugs I had everywhere after the spray. I did get my “respray” rescheduled very last minute the day and hour of my appointment through generic text. I did get a lot of generic emails in response to my complaints one email said they were not able to contact me when in fact they never even tried and another email was addressed to a different person not myself. I did request in writing three times to please cancel my account. Lastly, after holding for 20 minutes for a “loyalty manager” I’m pretty sure I was intentionally ignored as I heard the line connect with silence pause and instantly sent into a generic voice mail box. Those are all the straight facts with my experience with Aptive.

They alway help me with any pest inside or out. They come any time you need them. Take a picture of your pest and they will assist you on how to be bug free. The same bug has never returned.

I am still on the fence about the services that Aptive provides. The initial spraying went well and I did see a decrease in bugs for that first month. Then we started getting ants and they were the micro-ants that were typicalky around the kitchen and sometimes in our front doorway. I will say that the technicians that are usually sent out, so far have been very thorough. They send out email and text reminders before the day of the appointment so that's nice. All in all, I would rate my experience with Aptive a 3 out of 5 🌟 stars.

Aptive has helped control our unwanted pests! In addition to quality service, their customer service is great. Each season our home gets treated, a customer care rep reaches out to see if we have any questions or specific areas of concern. Also, every service provider at our home has been very helpful in providing answers to my questions and explaining what they are doing. I also get texts and pictures of the services provided. I rarely buy things from door salespeople, but when an Aptive sales rep stopped by with a promotion and I had an ant problem, I jumped at the opportunity and I’m so glad I did! It’s been a very positive experience so far.

I appreciated that while I was not ready to take on the full package they offered, they offered a reasonable price for spraying soffets and base all around the house. Time will tell whether this treatment lives up to its promised. But we really liked their non-pushy sales and very fast and timely treatment.

Staff is extremely nice and makes you feel like family. They are through with their inspections and always asking if you need them to look at anything else. They are polite and will not spray around on or around your gardens. The sprays they use are bee friendly. Unless you ask for them to remove them, I had a wasp issue and they were through and found a hive I didn't see. They came out once and I haven't had a problem since.

I feel that the technicians worked hard, however they exterminated NOTHING. Even after a return trip to address spiders (inside and outside of the home) the spiders returned and built even more webs than before. 2 strikes and I had to cancel. The chemicals they use are simply ineffective.

We have been using their services for over a year now, best decision we ever made. Every year our home would be invaded with boxelder bugs and spiders. We tried other services, big box store chemicals and "home remedies" nothing ever worked for more than a week. It was so bad we couldn't use our front door to leave or enter the house at certain times of the day. After one treatment we noticed a big improve, after the second treatment boxelder bugs and spider are a rarity at our house. Thier staff is always prompt, courtious and professional. I would highly recommend thier services for bug elimination and on-going control.

The first treatment was today. It appears he was thorough. He arrived on time, came to the door to introduce himself and explain what he was going to do. The inside was not treated nor did he ask if I wanted it treated. I probably would have declined except for the basement and the garage. I figured he would come to the door before when he finished to ask about the inside. He did not. If all goes as the salesman said, then I’ll be happy.

We had our first visit today and were very impressed with both the professionalism of the technician (Eric) and the quality of his work! We have had pesky spiderwebs all over the exterior of our house in places we haven’t been able to reach for so long. Eric made sure he got rid of them all and now our house looks amazing! He also sprayed the entire yard, around the house, and around our three separate out buildings. He was fast, efficient, and friendly! What more could you ask for?! Can’t wait to start seeing results and have our second treatment in the next month.

I’ve called the last two days and was put on hold 20 plus minutes and then disconnected. Today I again was on hold for 20 plus minutes and then told to leave a voice message and they disconnected. They didn’t show up for two scheduled appointments. I had to call them and insist on them getting out go service our home. Customer service is severely lacking, long hold times and the representative will not or can not transfer you to anyone else. You are out of luck if you don't like the answer that you are given. It took over a month and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a refund for an improper charge. The issue is now resolved but I am not happy with the whole process of dealing with poor customer service. If not for that I would rate higher. Their technicians that come to the house have been friendly and thorough.

Great people who take pride in their work. They treat my home's exterior quarterly. If you notice any activity, they come out and repeat the treatment at no additional cost. Over the past 4 years, I no longer see mice in my garage. This year they treated the yard for mosquitoes. And I'm deathly allergic to wasps-which they have retreated 3 times this summer. Every person who has come out to treat this home has been very respectful, friendly, and thorough!

Called for service on Tuesday to deal with Boxelder bugs. Scheduler was very friendly and supportive. He got an appointment on Thursday, just 2 days later! Tech arrived on time and explained treatment and advised that afterwards if I saw many insects that they would come out and retreat. Great service!!

He spent time to find mice entry point and the path mice went through and put traps. The previous technician did not put bait station outside right but Oby fixed them. Before his arrival, he gave me notice. He put more bait stations outside and sent me pictures. He is amazing! If I can give him 100, I would definitely give him 100. He is the best. He did his job perfectly and professionally. He knows what he is doing and makes customers very happy. He should be treated specially at work. Aptive should keep him!! I want to have him as a technician going forward if possible. Plunkett service is bad! I used both Plunkett and Aptive. Plunkett's customer service is terrible. Aptive is definitely the best!

The main office is fantastic. They answered all of my many questions and assured they would do what it takes to terminate our wasp and Asian Beetle issue. The gentleman who came gave good detailed info as to what he will be doing. I walked the perimeter with him and he gave some good suggestions as to how to help to keep bugs out. Then he sprayed inside. The only suggestion I’d offer is.... Our company at our last city actually had an inside long duster in which he came and helped take down any cobwebs up high and had a gentle inside powder in which they would use for high to reach places in which creepy crawlers like to go. He was remarkable and took time to talk, inspect the exterior of the home for gaps/holes, replacing traps, etc. I have NEVER had any technician work on the eaves of the house without having to ask for it. He plugged it and explained what we should do to protect that spot. He never made me feel as though he didn't have time to answer questions. He was the best technician we've ever had. 3/8/21. I called Aptive to come out to treat for new presence of ants. This is the great thing about Aptive. You can call them in between scheduled visits for retreatment without any additional charge. They are always prompt, professional and pleasant. Drake came out today. He called to let me know that he was on his way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. I didn’t want indoor treatment, so Drake left some ant bait traps for me to place indoors. Such great service. Still highly recommend Aptive. July 2020. have been using Aptive for a year now. So happy. They conquered the ant infestation in my yard last summer. The tiny ants that invade my kitchen and bath every spring have not returned. Today I had Jerry look to see if there was a wasp/hornets nest by my 3-season porch because I saw two inside the porch. No nest found, but two entry points identified. Jerry applied a dust deterrent at each potential entry point and recommended I seal the two areas with caulk. Once again, Aptive is solving my insect problems. One of the best services I have used and will continue to do so.

The theory of the service is great but have not totally noticed any difference in bugs or rodents either way. Sure this is good, but is it worth the $100/qtr? Not sure, only time will tell. However, I can share that their vole treatment does not seem 100% effective at this point. The service and “RE-service” is great but if it doesn’t work the first time, will it the second? I will probably cancel after this year since we signed a 1 year contract. Go buy caster oil and set traps if you have rodent problems in your yard.

Which is the ONE huge reason I chose to use a pest service is so I wouldn't have to keep doing that. Second, Please oh please oh please, start having the same people service the same locations! It gets tiring having to explain things to different people each and every time the services provided at my home.

So I have a wasp nest in the siding if my house and being a first time homeowner, this started as a terrifying experience for me. However, Aptive helped so much with this. They are very informative and very willing to work with me and my budget. The guy that came out was super professional and didn't mind my overly friendly puppy at all. Unfortunately, the location of the nest makes thing very complicated so they have to send out someone else in a couple of days again which is just fine. I love that they use pet friendly sprays since my little doggo is incredibly inquisitive about everything.

Seems like a good thing but the tech didn’t really do a whole lot inside the house beside putting down a few mouse traps and giving us ant traps to put down ourselves. The spray of the yard didn’t really cut down the insects I feel like a spray from the hardware store would do the same. Overall kind of like meh on the whole thing don’t know if I’ll continue didn’t feel like much value in first treatment. Tech was super nice though

Very impressed with our service today. Jake Warner, our technician, met us at the door to explain what he would do today and to ask if we had any particular needs we wanted him to address. He then covered our home and property with special care, treating for all of our annoying pests (we border a nature preserve, so we have them). After he was finished, he spoke with us again to review what he had done. He explained that two of the mouse bait stations were empty and two were half empty - after only a month since setting them up. He refilled them and said they would be happy to come out again, prior to our next scheduled quarterly service, if we were concerned and wanted them rechecked - at no additional charge. Very nice young man who did a great job.

The guy that comes out is really nice. He stopped a mouse issue the first time he was out! Now they will check for any unwanted pests and if I find anything they come out and treat right away, an unlimited amount of times but frankly- it only took the once. Im sticking with them though and I'm not worried about spring, even with a lake across the street.

This was my 3rd of 4 treatments (quarterly). You are emailed a reminder and offered a chance to call in if there is any issue in the scheduling. When I first signed up I asked if I could change dates to fit my pay schedule as needed, and I was told that would not be a problem. Up until now, I have had no issues. This appointment though, it was scheduled for the Thursday before I was paid. I called to reschedule for the Friday or Monday after instead, the lady on the phone was horrible. I kindly asked to change the day and she refused and said per the terms of my contract I need to be ready to be billed on the date scheduled. I was taken back by the rude attitude and asked if I could bump it 1 day, but was denied again. I said fine and hung up to think this over. I looked over my original contract and the rep hand wrote for me to call any time if I need to reschedule (I remember asking several times about this before I signed to ensure I do not get billed when I may have insufficient funds in my account). I also noticed in print the contract said to call for any reason if rescheduled are needed. I called back with a better understanding of my contract to speak to someone to change my appointment. Thus time, the lady that answered my phone was extremely helpful and understanding. She rescheduled my appointment for Monday. When the rep showed up Monday she was very kind as well and did a thorough job inside and out to spray for bugs. She explained due to the rain another appointment may be needed and to call for a free visit. Honestly, Aptive has been great overall. I have called several times for additional appointments for free inbetween my quarterly treatments. Unfortunately, due to dealing with the rude lady on the phone for my reschedule, I most likely will not be renewing my contract with Aptive aftef my 4th quarter treatment.

This is the third visit and treatment Aptive has made to our home. We have been experiencing many spiders and webs and Dillenger reminded us that they will come back out any time this happens in between services and made sure that we would call if this happened again. Nathan Wilson arrived at my house on time and in the pouring rain. He started in our basement and then did an outside treatment along our foundation, and got pretty wet. He stayed positive during the entire treatment. He then agreed to set up the granular treatment at a later date (due to the rain). I've not been contacted for the granular treatment, but Nathan advised it would be noted in my file and that I could call anytime. Had it been a bright sunny day, I know I would have received the full service and would rated Nathan with 5 stars.
