We have a monthly service contract with Spidexx and could not be happier. We've been with them for about a year now and they have exceeded expectations. Their inspections are thorough and they take action to resolve issues they find. For example knocking down wasp nests and treating ant mounds. Thank you Jennifer for the recent visit.

Nicolai was wonderful to work with to get our services set up. He made sure to answer any questions I had, and if he didn’t know an answer immediately, he took the time to find out so I was 100% informed. I felt confident we were getting the right services and not paying for a bunch of unnecessary extras. Keith was our technician and was polite, professional and punctual. He too took time to answer all of my questions and explained what he would be doing before doing it. He even let me follow him around with my son so he could watch him work. Both of these gentlemen, and the quality of work received, helped to reinforce that using Spidexx is the right decision.

David did a great job. He rang the bell before service and asked if there were any areas in particular that needed attention. He explained what services he was going to perform, was thorough in the treatment, and then rang again after completion to explain what had been done and make sure there was nothing else needed.

The Spidex technician, Ryan, was very friendly and courteous, which is always appreciated. In addition to that, he did an exceptional job of treating my home. He was very, very thorough, covering areas that my previous extermination company never treated. I was second guessing myself after I switched from my previous service to Spidex, since I'm paying more money for the Spidex service; but if every technician is as thorough as Ryan (and I expect they will be), then I know I'll be getting my money's worth. A pat on the back, and a big thank you to Ryan for a job well done!!

Isaac was awesome! He gave me a flipping great deal! Love the product/service but the salesman was what really won me over. People need to stop complaining about salespeople. This was a college kid doing his best for himself. Not easy to walk up to someone’s door and not get treated well. Super personable kid, good message, product seems solid. I don’t work for the company and I don’t complain about people that work hard and put there time in. Sales is a tough gig. Thanks for what you do Isaac!!

It was a routine visit, but we are having a couple of mice a month so she gave us some bait boxes. She sprayed the whole house. We were seeing spiders so hopefully, that will help. She seemed genuinely concerned about whatever our issues were.

They do a decent job, but I just can't understand why they don't actually schedule the visits with the customer when they want to come in the house. You just get a two day notice that someone is coming anytime on X day.
