Good experience with Rose in Racine. Donald H. was thorough and professional and took care of my issue and answered all of my questions and concerns. My only complaint is that during the initial call my only service option was a 1 yr contract for my ant issue. Upon canceling it, I found out that there were other lesser options available that weren't offered at the initial call even after asking. In hindsight, the 1yr contract was the best value for my ant issue, but I would've appreciated all potential options.

The staff, receptionist to the gentlemen who did the services were great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Minimal to no odor noted.. Ants were gone within 1-2 days. Sprayed for spiders and centipedes. I have seen a rare spider but no spider webs. Good for me but not the bugs.

Rose was an excellent company to work with. I had Yellow Jackets by my garage as well a wasp nest in a very high exterior eave of my house. A normal ladder wasn't going to do it. Mike dealt with the height and WI weather issues and got it done, all while being friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

I owe both Joani and Mike the manager a huge shout out for the over and above customer service they provided during the sale of our home. The quality work and the guarantee behind it is expected but taking time with the new owners prior to closing to explain and ensure they have a good understanding of what to expect and how to manage was over the top! I know my husband and I would have benefited from this prior to buying this home. That being said, my husband and I are very appreciative for all the services Rose Pest solutions provided. Living in the beautiful country landscape was safe and pleasant with your amazing teams help!

The technician James was very knowledgeable about the type of hornet (bald faced) he was dealing with. I was told it may take two treatments to get rid of them because they are not the easiest to get rid of. After doing the treatment and before leaving he asked what day would work best for that possible second treatment or removal of the nest depending on how the first treatment takes. Overall a very good experience and will definitely do business with them again in case I have any other type of pest problem.

I had a yellow jacket nest that was difficult to find. I pay monthly for their service, so I requested the tech to come out several times for no extra charge, and he even came out on a same day notice! Since I was having such an issue, he contacted his supervisor, and he even came out the same day. They finally found the nest by my chimney and it was small which is why it was hard to find. Everyone who I came in contact with was so accommodating, friendly, and understanding. They took care of it and as soon as the next day, I saw no wasps by windows or inside my house! I will keep using their service just like my parents have for years! They are trustworthy and their treatments are effective!!

Rose pest control is a very reliable and well priced business. I called them for a problem and they where able to make it out the same day to look at my situation. Since that time they have been back 3 times for follow ups to my problem. the tech Joseph does a wonderful job every time he comes to my place. he always calls to inform me when he is going to be here and then he is very thorough when he is here. Year long treatment package was expensive but so far worth it. Still seeing more bugs than we'd like but there are several treatments left. I'm just glad we didn't listen to the first rep's "advice" that if they weren't gone after two sprays they "weren't doing their job right".

The people on the phone are very nice. However, when the guy came to look at my place he couldn't tell me for sure where the bugs were or even if there were any. He was kind enough to tell me some ways to keep them at bay if there were though, as I couldn't afford an apartment treatment. Then, he took my card information and left. Done deal right? No. Two and a half months later I got a bill for this. When I called to ask if/why it wasn't already paid for when I gave the guy my information AND signed for it that day, the guy I spoke to wasn't in the office. No big deal, I could wait to find out until later. However, I told them I wanted to use a different card to pay if it was not yet charged. Two days later, no phone call back, and the bill was charged to the same card.

The entire staff at Rose Pest Solutions are always professional and kind and very helpful. I bought a new house about six months ago. There were box elder bugs everywhere. I had never thought of calling an exterminator but Rob from Rose Pest Solutions showed up in my driveway one day as the previous owners of the house had their service before and he was coming to spray. I went ahead and let him spray, and boy am I glad I did. I have not seen one box elder bug since! Rob also explained that if I were to have any problems, to call them back and they would come spray again. . I was having problems with Carpenter bees on my back patio and he was back out in one day to take care of the problem free of charge. I highly recommend this company!
