Had bed bugs in our property. One company we called couldn’t do the treatment for 2 weeks. That wasn’t acceptable for us or the tenant. Gave MBBP a call, not only were they able to do the treatment much sooner, but the price was also lower. They arrived, walk through, overcame any issues and/or obstacles. They kept us up to date on things, walking us through everything-explaining what they did and why. Before leaving, gave us a status report, again stating what they had done and what was found and where. They also stand behind their work. Hope to never have to call for a situation like this again, but if the issue ever arises again, we’ll definitely call Michael at MBBP.

Michael at Milwaukee Bed Bug Pros was amazing. I reported bed bugs to my landlord in January, as I was getting bites, even though I hadn't seen any actual bugs. The landlord sent an exterminator out three times and found no bugs. I still kept getting bites every night from head to toe. I literally had over 100 itchy bites on me! I called Michael at Milwaukee Bed Bug Pros. He referred me to a 3rd party Bed Bug Sniffing Dog Handler, so there was no conflict of interest. The dog found the bed bugs. Michael came out the next day for a free consult. The following day Michael did a heat treatment and got rid of all the bed bugs-same day! I haven't had a bit or a bug since then. What a great service he provided! I have my life back. Thank you so much Michael!

Amazing service! These are the guys you need if you want someone to treat you like family and quickly handle all issues! They were so professional! Not only did they work with me to answer all my questions and concerns, but they dealt with my difficult landlord's. Michael answered every question and was extremely helpful. It was 2 weeks before I was going to move that I realized I had a bug issue. With 5 kids, this was no small task to deal with. As soon as I called they offered a consultation and were able to provide treatment the next week! Without them I wouldn't have been able to take care of my bug issue and move without stress! Thank you guys again! You are a credit to your profession!

Michael responded immediately, scheduled a prompt appointment, and calmly dealt with my hysteria without judgement. He also went above his expected duties by offering free of charge to take a quick peak in the home of a near by family member who may also be having similar issues, explain the severity of the situation to them, and gave a reference number of an inspector to them. This eased my nerves incredibly. He literally did all he could possibly do for me and my daughter in regards to this horrible turn of events. I hope to never experience this again but if so I will be looking up the Bed Bug Pros.

Big shout out to Michael. It is said that the fear of the unknown can be great but I can assure you my fear of bugs is exponentially greater. Recently, I found an unknown bug in my kitchen and called to see if I could have it checked out. Michael offered to check it out via photograph free of charge. I sent the photo and within minutes I got a response that confirmed it was nothing to worry about. I greatly appreciate his prompt response and willingness to help alleviate my concerns without having to pay any type of inspection fee.

Awesome!!! Was very nervous about the bugs, they came the day I called did an inspection plus sprayed the area right away. My actual appointment came and they did a great job! Got the heat treatment plus chemical spray!! Highly recommend!!!

I was experiencing inexplicable bite marks on my body that were patterned and appearing without reason. Through my inexperienced research, I came to the conclusion that this could be bedbugs. With this concern, I called Milwaukee Bed Bug Pros. Michael got back to me within 15 minutes of my phone call and patiently listened while I walked him through my experience. He offered to come see my home immediately. After the walkthrough of my room, he concluded that there were no apparent signs of bed bugs but that my bite marks could point towards the potential of their presence. Sensing my discomfort and sheer defeat with the situation, Michael suggested I contact a third party with a dog to sniff out any potential sites that are unseeable with the human eye. Especially because I was intending to jump right into treating my home--Michael explained to me that it would be in my best interest to narrow down the location (if they exist) rather than pay for a potentially pricey treatment that would not target any exact area. I found Michael's empathy and responsiveness to my discomfort to be incredibly reassuring and helpful. I would certainly recommend Milwaukee Bed Bug Pros if you want quick responses and to have the matter treated with sensitivity.

I started off with bed bug Pros about two years ago they have been helping me keep a rooming house under control and have been doing an excellent job in my opinion Jerry was the first one and now Michael is personally treating our house I recommend them if you have any issues with these little vampires

Their chemical-free alternative for exterminating bedbugs kills bed bugs and their eggs in one day. They also have the traditional chemical solution too though, which is more cost-effective, but takes longer to get rid of bed bugs.
