Ryan explained services well and the different treatments. I’m not locked into a contract and they offer same service as those companies that do. He was honest about best plan. Dewayne did a great job with application inside and out and explained what was done and where. Reminded me of policy if issue doesn’t seem resolved. Shared information about services without being pushy or scary. Glad I chose them!

We have been a loyal customer of Midwest Pest Mgmt for years and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and customer service their technicians provide each time. We have had Dewayne on several occasions and like today, it was no different. . . He always takes the time to tell me what services he will be providing, but is always very appreciative of us being a customer and of course, he never goes without asking how me and my family are doing each time. He is a blessing and we are grateful for his dedication and great customer service.

OMG I used them b4 in a 3 bedroom apartment, didn't need a 2nd visit. I got them here again but at a different location and they are awesome, kind & very professional. The cost is a lot cheaper & if they have to do a 2nd application then it's only like half the cost of the first one!! Plz get these guys if you ever need help!! :-))

They do a fantastic job ! Since moving into our home we had a huge problem with Spiders but soso happy I called them ! What a big difference ! Everyone who has come quarterly has been very kind and attentive .. definitely would recommend them !!!
