I had never used a pest control service in the past. I decided to sign up with MasterGuard because the technician who stopped by, Austin, was very impressive with his explanation of the service. We noticed a difference immediately in the house and we no longer have issues with spiders in the basement. I am very impressed with the service. I am most impressed that the chemicals they use are not harmful to my dog.

A company is as good as its employees, and MasterGuard is doing absolutely everything right! My July service was performed by Brandyn...he was so very thorough, so detail-oriented....I was totally impressed. At one point when I thought I would need an additional service, Aaron was sent to my home. There is not a more professional, personable technician anywhere. These employees are a credit to their employer and profession, and MasterGuard is a company in which I have complete trust.

Masterguard has been used by our family for the past 5 years! Their regular services have kept our house critter and annoyance free throughout. In the rare occasion where we have an incident crop up between services, they are communicative, prompt at scheduling, and remedy the situation before it gets out of hand. As an example, we had 2 ground bee nests begin with the recent heat and humidity. They returned on 2 times within a 7 day period to ensure the problem was completely extinguished. By providing and email with videos and photos, they were great at passing the information on to the technician to make sure the job was done in the exact area we needed. Thank you for your continued great service Masterguard!

We moved back to WI and purchased our new home in July. We asked the old owners what service company they used and they stated MasterGuard and followed with they are great. I contacted MasterGuard and today was our first service. Five star service for sure. The technician Colten was great, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood the contract, the spray used, and what pests we had in and out of the home. Great service for our first spraying and happy we went with MasterGuard Pest Control. Thank you.

The owner's of MasterGuard were in our neighborhood knocking on doors. Normally I don't talk to anyone going door-to-door, but they were very cordial and knowledgeable (and timely) as they hit my sore spot. . . . wasps! I have not been happy with the nests that were accumulating along our eaves and nothing that we were applying was taking care of it. Their rates were reasonable and they explained the process with great detail. These guys are JUST starting their business, although they have experience working at other companies. They have been out once to our house and did everything they said they would do (not only sprayed, but removed the hives). We have signed up for a couple more applications, but from what I can see so far, it has been successful. Being a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to start a new business, but if they keep up with the customer service and back what they say, they will definitely be successful. The only negative I can think of, is it would've been nice if the hives were picked up instead of laying around in bushes or on the ground, but I can imagine it was because of the active inhabitants in the hive that made that impossible at the time they were here. Keep up the good work, guys and I wish you the best of luck. I will definitely refer you to my friends and neighbors!

We've had Masterguard for sevberal years and they have we done an outstanding job keeping our home bug and pest free. They are very thorough and knowledgeable, and their service is outstanding. In years past we had carpenter ants and mice. A few times we have discovered new mouse droppings in between their regular service times, and when we call about it, service is immediate. Our tech, Colton, has traced a recent mouse problem under our kitchen sink to an entrance behind our dishwasher, so we will coordinate with our plumber to have access to that area, and seal all the entrance places.

Called MasterGuard due to a problem with ants, they were here in 48 hours (it would have been 24 hours but I had to work out of the home that day), to put them to death. They are prompt, thorough and professional. They have done 2 follow up visits to ensure my home is ant free, spider free, etc just as promptly. Katie is our resident bug killer and we LOVE her! I tell everyone to use this company, FYI, I rarely like anyone........

We are very pleased with the service we have received from MasterGuard. They are competitively priced and do an excellent job with their routine service and have come out for a special treatment when I called. They have even gotten a handle on our mole problem which is saying something! The techs are very courteous and friendly. Couldn't be happier!

We've been using Masterguard for over a year. We use them for quarterly maintenance (mostly spiders, bees, mosquitoes). The quarterly fee covers the quarterly service as well as any off-cycle needs. The service tech. is always polite, professional and detailed. They also do a great job explaining the service. Price is fair and they are very prompt in scheduling service requests. I would recommend them if you have pest issues.

We have had a great experience with Masterguard! They keep track of when we are due for treatment and are prompt on appointments. We also had trouble with spiders in our basement once we finished it and they had no problem coming out multiple times at no charge until the problem was solved. We are very impressed with the company and with our service tech, Jacob! Jacob made us feel very comfortable with what he was doing and every question that we asked, he answered with very clear and precise details AND with a smile and a very pleasant tone of voice. We were reassured that any needs in between visits will be taken care of at no additional charge. We love it that there are no harsh chemicals that we could inhale or touch inside and out! Everything they use is EPA approved!

We've used them for a year. They always communicate well when they are coming, and they treat the areas well that I need treated. They are always cordial and professional. However, I can't say I saw a decrease in the bugs inside or around my house. I've told them that - I'm not sure if that is them or just the way our house/yard are. So, I'm trying another company that is the same price for the heck of it.

I love this service! Annie sold the service to me and she was able to set up the initial service later that day. Evan, the technician, was able to tell me exactly what services he could provide (which was perfect because I had voles, ants and wasps) and took care of all of it for me. He worked quick but was thorough. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We have quarterly service with Masterguard to service for various outdoor bugs and spiders for over a year (We were previously with Batzner for over 10 years but they charged us for every little nuissance bug like Asian beetles on top of our qaurterly charge). Masterguard has never charge additional fees for their service. The employees have been knowledgeable, pleasant and conscientious from the office staff to the service technicians. They even helped us get rid of a snake in our garage. Katie, our last technician, always comes to the door to see if we need any additional service or have any special concerns. She even was nice enough to reschedule a service for the next day when it started to rain and she could see I was concerned that the service wouldn't take effect. We have been extremely pleased with Masterguard!

We had wasps at a time when coincidentally MasterGuard was in our neighborhood. They took care of the problem, and we signed up. We had bugs in our basement. MG performed a treatment which eliminated them. Bugs did eventually come back, but new treatments eliminated them again. While the treatments did not totally eliminate pests 100% of the time, MG was very responsive to spray and do extra treatments whenever we noticed a problem.

Very happy with the service they provide. Provide a 48 hour text prior to any service. You can direct them to areas of your pest needs. Service for Box Elder and Asian beetles works great. They have reduced the number of bugs in our home dramatically.

We bought the Mastergaurd service in early August 2016 due to a Wasp infestation around our windows and a Ant problem. Both problems have been resolved to our satisfaction. Colten serviced our property today and explained completely what he was going to do and answered every question I had. Our biggest frustration was with the lack of information given to us by the tech. Ben called today to explain the treatment and what to expect. After speaking with Ben, I feel more confident that the treatment will work. I will update my review in a few weeks when I know fir sure if the treatment worked
