Contacted Jerry about a mice problem in our basement and kitchen. Jerry contacted me back promptly and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. Jerry is friendly and kind. We walked around the property and house and he pointed out areas that the mice were getting in the home. He gave advice about a dehumidifier for our basement as well. He was careful to not put poison where our doggies could get to and asked frequently if the dogs went to certain areas. I really appreciated that! He is reasonably priced and local. The very next day-I texted Jerry a photo of a dead mouse! It's already working and we are very pleased! Thank you so much Jerry. Will definitely use Jerry's services again if need be! Thank you!

He is cheaper than the big guys and as a bonus I got the benefit of supporting a local business. Also he was readily available when we called for an appointment. I have an old duplex in Bay View that was experiencing a real mice problem. Jerry came out and identified all the places the mice could be coming in and left poison in the walls/areas that needed it. Called Jerry to take care of a yellow jacket nest behind the brick facing on the front of my house. He evaluated my problem, knew just what needed to be done, he had all the equipment and materials to get the job done with him, and in a few minutes was finished. Jerry is a one man business so commincation is on point. He was able to get me in so much faster than the other companies I called, as our carpenter ant infestation was BAD. He was diligent about asking about arrangements for our dog, and how to care for the house after the treatment to keep our dog safe. He actively sent me videos and pictures as he worked on the house and specific times for my family and my tenants to return to the premise. It's been two days and there's no sign of any bugs so far. He gave us what I feel was a very very fair price, and was just a sweet man in general. Very humble and kind honest man. I highly recommend, and I will be calling him again for next season if I see any other critters in the future.

Called Jerry’s Pest Control to come assess a potential mouse situation at a new house. He squeezed us in on short notice before a holiday and assessed the house, garage, and outside area. Despite his honest opinion that there were no signs of infestation, we had him lay traps for peace of mind with the winter in play. Jerry was masked up, very knowledgeable on our questions, and personable. Hopefully we never have any issues with other pests, but we will definitely use him again.

We moved to a new house and found carpenter ants inside. Jerry helped us figure out where they might be coming in, and gave us some tips to keep them out before spraying around the perimeter. He even offered to come back if we continued to have the problem, free of charge. Very knowledgable and I haven't seen a carpenter ant inside for several weeks. Jerry is a great example of family owned business. Centipedes were all over my house, so I called up Jerry's Pest Control after a quick google search for pest control in my area and I am very happy with the results. I am weary sometimes to go with smaller companies, but money is tight and I figured to give it a try. And I'm surprised to not see more reviews here! His service was incredibly cheap price wise compared to other bug control companies I looked into, and before he left he told me that if the centipedes weren't gone in 30 days to give him a call and he'd come back and sprat again. So far, no more centipedes! Will definitely be going through Jerry again if any more bugs come.
