Our technician Ian was very informative and helpful he did a spray treatment for spiders/bugs and we did also have a mouse problem. (which is very common this time of year) he looked around and located entry points so that we could block them off and it seems that they are no longer able to get in. I would definitely recommend this company! It’s affordable and the staff always is so helpful! Ian also called me 3 days later to check on the issue and see if we needed anything else. What else can I say? Amazing service and nothing but the bets of the best works here! We had an unfortunate infestation because of my cat. Employee David Lopez came in, sprayed our house down. Nick called an hour ahead and was very prompt. He checked on the progress from the initial treatment done on November 2. He found a hole underneith the siding from where the wasps were active. He treated the hole with product and filled it in with copper cloth. Hawx will return November 11 to check on the progress. Nick was very professional and thorough. Thanks so much.

Ian did a great job searching for places rodents could get into our house. He also explained how he set up traps in areas they may be coming in and how the traps work and that my dogs will not be affected at all. Ian is very knowledgeable and friendly.

It all started with a knock on my door and ants falling out of my tree and ants in my front yard... It was just a few weeks after my first treatment that I noticed no more ants. As time progressed not only are the ants kept at bay, so are spiders, and those discussing flys. Today, David came to my home for a preventative treatment. Thank you so much for catching my dog. It's nice to have fresh friendly face to perform this service. This is more than a house, this is my home. I like to know what is going to happen with the service. For example he said he would use a power instead of a liquid, because liquids can freeze and "that's just a liability." It's the attention to detail that's puts me at ease.

Nick and Devin have made our home bug free. We no longer have spiders in the basement. No more stink bugs inside or outside. In the winter we would have so many stink bugs. We no longer have them diving at our heads. In the summer the mosquitoes are not swarming us. And the hornets are no longer nesting on our porch. This is the best service that I didn't know I needed. Very happy and would recommend to everyone!!

We have them come and “debug” quarterly. Always friendly and it seems to have helped. The young man, Favre, is helpful and remembers us and our needs. He gave us some mouse traps because we had one in basement last week. He said we can always calm if we need more help with pests etc. hopefully not. Our wasps population is noticeably reduced. Usually they are impossible in August and no one wants to swim because of this. Thanks!

We noticed a difference right away after the first application and now we very rarely find any bugs in the house. It was good to meet Zach and John before they did the application. Just had our first service completed today. The level of attentiveness and communication from the service tech (Brian) was really impressive. He talked with me before and after, made sure a few specific requests were taken care of, and told me about a few specific wasp nests I hadn't noticed. He texted me pictures and a lengthy summary afterwards as well which was really above and beyond. Edit: Nathan has been doing our follow up visits. Very friendly and helpful and has kept the bugs away since we started!

Royce showed up for a check up today and let me tell you he has been the best inspector so far. He cleaned off all spider webs and other things off of my roof and siding. Refilled our traps and also covered up possible hot spots where mice might be getting into our house. He respected our wishes of not using sticky traps and used snap traps for potential hot spots in our basement. He performed a crack and crevice spray to drown out any bugs in our house and was very friendly. Thank you!

Very first service was good - they did everything they said they would. Just be aware that when they say they treat monthly for flying insects (including mosquitos) that that does NOT mean every 30 days. It means they will come out once each calendar month. They might come out on the 1st of the month and not again until the end of the next month - effectively 60 days in between service - but in their opinion, that is every month. Also, each month they have not called me to schedule my monthly appointments, I have had to call them to schedule. I wish they had been more upfront about what "monthly service" really is so I had the correct expectation with respect to the service they were going to provide.

2023/01/18 Devin called over an an hour before he came which was very nice because I never got an email saying that Hawx was coming this week. He stated that there was an issue with the email system. Devon always gives me a heads up before he comes. He does a very thorough job and makes sure I am satisfied before he leaves. He asks if there have been any issues, what kind of bugs we've been seeing and if there are any extra places I want him to spray. He's a very nice guy. 2020/02 We were seeing a few stink bugs and they sent Maurice Brown out to do a complimentary spray to take care of them. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips to keep them away. I never knew it would attract more if you squished them. Not doing that anymore! Overall we've been very satisfied with Hawk service and the price is very reasonable, too! 2020/03/06 Hawx came out today with no notice. I called and they said they emailed and called which I never received. I told them to note in my account to make sure to get a response especially since we like later appointments, which is what we always have. He didn't do the inside of the house only ther outside. When my year is up I will be looking for a different service. They had been pretty good until this, coming out to do extra treatments if the stink bugs came back, but I didn't get advanced notice for my 2nd treatment either.

Edit 12/15/21 Ian came out again today and did a fantastic job once again. Sprayed my basement to eliminate the rest of those pesky bugs. We literally had dozens before his first treatment and have only seen one or two since. Highly recommend Ian. Ian was our technician today and was prompt, thorough, and very helpful. He even knocked down a wasp nest hanging off the garage without being asked to. Very good job, Ian!

Well I just had it done the two gentleman that came the assistant what he called himself explained very well . The gentleman that sprayed hats off to him . He did excellent job and so patient . The only thing I had a problem was person that took the call should told me to bag up clothes and get them out . I have a lot of clothes. My boyfriend has a lot of hunting attire and there was a lot beding on bed and in closet, a lot towels and kitchen towels . That poor exterminator waited almost six hours because boyfriend went to work and I'm 70 and had to bag up and empty them outside by myself. The crock when I asked two days prior they said clothes were fine as long as not touching wall. I kept washing the stuff I knew had definatly and bring it in. I sorry two days prior when made appointment that person should of told me of clothes. The extermator was courteous, did a thorough job , and he was so patient. Him I give 10 stars. Now I patient to see if it works

Ian came out to a new home I just purchased with a massive wasp nest in the ground. He treated the nest walked around the property treated for other pests and removed part of the nest and treated it again. He explained to me this in fact is a huge nest and to give it about a week or so as he may need to treat the area again. I was definitely expecting this needing a few treatments. He was very polite and informative. He ever pointed out a few areas in the siding of the home that I need to get fixed so I don’t have further problems.
