My Insect control company was bought by Greenix. Maintaining 5 stars for now. Pros: New company their indoor and outdoor chemicals are stronger. They'll still come out when insects suck i.e. the ones that don't go away in your yard like surivial ants, and get rid of them to prove they're best service. Additionally they understand their service is to prevent spiders webbing bugs, so they'll help within reason for indoor de-webbing. ~$500 a yr or so. Cons: Greenix non standard, cost based additional services such as mosquitoes, ticks, flees cheduling makes you feel unappreciated beyond belief. Long back log without notice where reps will schedule you for next week.

I appreciated Antonio letting me know he was at my home to perform my winter service. Too many techs just come into the yard to perform external services and do not let you know they are on the property and leave without dropping a card or invoice of what service was performed that day. He walked me through the services he was going to perform, answered my questions, and let me know when he had completed the process. I appreciated his professionalism.

I started using Rise not too long ago and so far so good. I've had really great experience with their reps including the visit today for a respraying. Danny was really great - so friendly, helpful and seemed to be very genuine. This was also the first time we had to request a respray but I feel it's because we recently cut down five (dying) trees that were around our house and I believe that prompted the insects to go on the move. I had no issues getting them out. The scheduling team was super helpful too.

Rise is always very professional and responsive. Our tech was Milton Pillow and he was absolutely wonderful. We had a wasp nest in our backyard shed that did not allow us to get into it. I called and Rise came out the very next day. Milton, what a brave professional, took care of the nest and did such a thorough job to make sure all nests were gone and it was safe for us to get back in the shed. Austin is the best technician I have Encounter over the years of using pest-control services and which Rise pest control is one of the best pest control services that you can get. I’ve had other services like Aptive pest control who charges for services and they don’t even come out when you need them and if they do come they charge you extra. Rise does not charge extra at all. You can call them anytime and they will come out no extra change. Just pay for your normal service and everything else is included. But Austin is my technical so don’t go trying to steal him!! Just kidding ! He is a sweetheart, nicest and most personable person there is!! Thanks for the great job done!!

We tried Rise Pest Control for the first time today and we had an excellent experience! Austin, came out and was extremely helpful! He treated the outside and inside for insects and mice. He found some holes in our basement insulation where critters might be able to get in and he sealed them. He also laid several traps in the basement and long the base of the house outside. Austin was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help us out! I'm so happy I called Rise!

I was very doubtful of going back to Rise as the first time I reached out and after waiting 3 hours for them to show up and at the end finding out they did not have my information (even having an email confirmation). I didn’t want to go back. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with scammers and decided to reach out to them again. Austin is great! We have carpenter ants out front in a tree and he’s the only tech that’s scheduled followed up visits with me to make sure the ants stay away! We’ve had Rise spray before but he takes personal initiative to make sure your pest problem is taken care of. He’s very friendly and always on time! Highly recommend him!

We have been using Rise for quarterly prevention for roughly 2 years. They consitantly do a good job and are staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff, or at least that has been our experience. Always willing to put additional emphasis into any area you mention as a particular concern. Yesterday, was our first time having Keith on our property, and the reason I'm writing this review. Keith exceeded our expectations! Extremely professional, super easy to talk and made sure our problem areas were addressed. Other techs have been great, Keith was exceptional!

Isaac came to do a second quarterly treatment. He was prompt (showed up when scheduled), and explained what was done outside of the house. I had requested treatment for spiders in the basement and he explained the treatment and gave me information on how long I would need to stay out of the basement and how to follow up. We recently moved to Wisconsin from AZ and was in search of a monthly pest control service. After an exhausting effort to find a reputable, no-nonsense approach to pest control, we luckily found Rise. We called and they sent someone out the next day. Becky arrived on time and was the most pleasant and professional technician, answered all of our questions and provided not only a thorough inspection, but treated everything; inside and out! They are easy to work with and have free pretreatments whenever you feel it is necessary. No contracts either. They believe if their service is good, you'll never want to leave. I have never had ants in my house and I have lived here for over 20 years. I called Rise and they sent Antonio to my house within two days. He was on time and incredibly polite. First time using a pest control place and they were great to work with. Easy to get set up with and willing to answer all questions. Austin was very friendly and responsive when giving a tour of the, what turned out to be, vole damage. He was honest and very helpful setting up traps and giving suggestions as to how to repair the damage done to the yard. Austin is very knowledgeable and found spots that I had not noticed yet.

I used Rise Pest Control a couple of years ago with good results. I stopped the service when it appeared things were under control but needed to restart with them due to an ant and vole problem. They had my prior customer information and offered me a discount as a returning customer which I appreciated. I had quite a list of things I wanted them to address besides the two items above and they did a great job of capturing everything we discussed on the phone so the technician was well prepared when he arrived. Kyle did a thorough initial inspection and application. After he left, I realized there was no bait box set for the vole problem so I called and they immediately set up another appointment to take care of that. Antonio took the time to find out if there was anything else I noticed that needed to be addressed as long as he was there and we identified a couple of spots that needed a re-treatment. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend giving them a try for whatever pests you are dealing with.

He was very polite, and he spent almost an hour thoroughly spraying, spreading pellets, and doing inside spray throughout the basement. I have never needed this type of service before so early days but so far I am feeling ok about the company. The service agreement seems pretty straight forward and simple to understand. I have been taking off kick boards and ceiling tiles trying to find the point of entry for a few carpenter ants. I was planning to get the stuff to do this myself. Then Brandie Ball knocked on my door. She seemed knowledgeable about the process and very efficient about getting me signed up. Some people may not like the lack of paperwork but the emails said everything. Alex seemed really open and honest about what he was doing for the initial treatment so I would be happy to have him back for further treatments. I think any one having the first treatment consider moving their stuff away from the kick boards to give the tech a clear run. So now we can see what transpires.
