Ray and his team were wonderful to work with. Had bats in the attic, and Ray was over in a day to take a look. Got the house sealed up a week later. Hopefully won't need to any more critters evicted but if I do I'd definitely call them again.

I had constant problems with mice in the attic and basement for about a year, prior to calling Critter Control. They are the only ones to offer a real, physical barrier solution, to actually prevent rodents from being able to enter your home. If you're serious about stopping the problem, they are your solution. Remember, you get what you pay for, and you do have to pay for quality. But it's worth it.

I had 4 or 5 Squirrels living in my garage. Very Annoying!!! I found these guys in a Google Search. My whole experience was fantastic. Ray showed up at my house a couple of days after I called. He met with my wife, and he could not have been nicer. He checked out my garage and my house, provided a quote and the crew started the job a couple of days later. I did not have to follow up at all, they got in touch with me to schedule the subsequent visits. Total and complete satisfaction and it was very reasonable. Thanks again to everyone here. I called several pest management companies about noises in my attic and only Critter Control offered to send someone out to inspect that same day. Within an hour of my call, Ray arrived and quickly determined that bats had taken up residence in my attic. After a thorough exterior inspection Ray located the entry point and put together a detailed exclusion strategy. He was knowledgeable and helped us understand our options. Ray and his team were a pleasure to work with and the bats have moved out of our attic for good. The next time I have a pest issue I know who I'm calling.

My Mom had squirrels in her home periodically and we could not find out where they were coming in. Ray of Critter Control did an inspection of the house inside and out and suggested a plan that was doable for us, monetarily. He also took and shared pics of the areas needing repair. He even told us not to do something extra as it was any needed expense, which we appreciated. They did the work in one day and Ray explained to us what they did and shared pictures. And they have a one year guarantee! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

What can I say? The positive reviews are true! I had what I thought was a squirrel problem that turned out to be a raccoon problem. Yikes! Ray and Brad came out to inspect and were very thorough on what I needed to have done. There was no pressure. They were extremely professional. Ray stayed in contact with me over the entire process of having my pest problem cleared up. Should I have any issues in the future, this is the only company III call! Thanks guys!

I had a pair of squirrels in my attic - apparently they were coming and going through roof vents. The Company attached metal vent guards (5) on the roof and a special door on one that would let the squirrel 'out' but not back in. The last squirrel 'finally' left and the door was removed. So I no longer have squirrels - just a big mess that the squirrels left behind. SO HAPPY to have them gone.

We had squirrels chew a hole in the soffit. They installed a one-way door to remove the animals. Then they did a whole house wrap to prevent further intrusions including bats. Very happy with the work.

We just moved to New Berlin, after which we discovered raccoons and/or squirrels had been in our attic. Ray promptly came out to take a look, and was informative and helpful. After we accepted their bid, the crew came and fixed the exterior first, anyplace the animals were gaining entry. The crew was pleasant and worked efficiently. Later, they came back to remove contaminated insulation from our attic, clean the attic, and blow in new insulation. Again, everyone was pleasant and efficient. Hopefully, we’ll never again have to deal with animals in our house, but if it were to happen, I would call these guys back in a heartbeat. Very pleased!

2022 Updated: more than two years later the squirrels came back. Persistent little buggars. Critter Control got the job done quickly and saved us a lot of aggravation. 2020: We had squirrels in our attic and called Critter Control to deal with them. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they didn’t plan to poison or trap, rather they closed up all possible access points and left one spot where the squirrels could leave but could not get back in. They cannot survive without water for more than a few days. Critter Control came back the following week to remove the old soiled insulation and put in new insulation. Every person from the people who answered the phone to the technicians who provided the services dealt with was friendly and professional and I have no hesitation to recommend their service.

Staff was professional and courteous, and arrived on time when scheduled. We reached out as were having some chipmunks and/or rats digging up holes in our yard. The team set up traps around the house as well as refilled them once a month for 3 months. Unfortunately, we did notice that the holes would continue to be dug up towards when they would be refilled (since the bait would be eaten entirely by then). Overall, the service was good but for external pests like rodents or chipmunks (lawn burrowing), I would try other options if we saw the problem continue. The issue did resolve itself while the stations were filled. The team was great but buying and setting up the traps would have been a lot less expensive if we had done it ourselves.
