Zoran was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and efficient. I was able to call him and get same day service for a significant Carpenter and Hill that was eating through all of our fruit trees. We are waiting a couple weeks to make sure the colony is gone, but he provides a one-year warranty to make sure that anything that lingers will be resolved. I felt as if he truly cared about the outcome personally, to make sure that our solution was accurately provided. Highly recommend!!

They were quick to respond and had a reasonable rate for what we could afford. They were able to come out to our residence on our time. Since they have been here, we have not had any issues with bugs. There was an incident that accidentally resulted in a double charge and they were very quick to get to the bottom of it and refund the extra charge. I would definitely use them again.

This company is amazing. Zoran is a great person who is friendly and efficient and will exterminate everything in your home. I have used his service twice and I am very satisfied, he killed all the centipedes and spiders in my home! I highly recommend him and will not go anywhere else. A+++

I decided to call Bug Masters because I had a really bad ant problem in my yard and it was only getting worse. I called and made an appointment with Zoran who was a pleasure to talk with. I had to reschedule almost immediately after making the appointment, and Zoran was really accommodating. He was able to come out the following day. Zoran was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. The pricing was very fair, and the service was far better than anything you would get from a big name company. I also received a one year warranty with the service. I ended up having a spot in the yard with ants that was missed and Zoran was able to come over and take care of it and it was covered under the warranty. Fair pricing and excellent service! I would absolutely use Bug Masters again and would recommend it to anyone in the Milwaukee area looking for a good exterminator.

We are more than satisfied. When you are in need of a service in an emergency and you look for a service and they are advertising 24/7 and when contacting them all they want to do is sell a contract. Not a good company.Finding Bug Master was a God sent. Zoran would have come immediately on Saturday, but we had plans. Instead Zoran came on Sunday morning.We were more than satisfied with A1 Service. Highly recommend.

Zoran was extremely helpful! He is very knowledgeable and makes every effort to find the source of the problem. We had an awful problem with wasps inside the house. Zoran walked through the house to find the source….he didn’t give up until he figured out where the wasps were coming from. The next day the wasps were gone from inside. We are very grateful. What an amazing experience. I had received so many companies wanting me to sign a contract. I just wanted to do a one time spray, if possible, to get rid of the ants. Bug Masters pest control did just that with a one year guarantee that the ants would not return. We saw a few ants after he sprayed because we had to wait for the poison to be taken to the queen in the nest. Now four weeks later we see no ants at all. It is safe for pets and children once it dries after the spraying. It takes about one hour. Zoran, the owner, was professional and was able to explain the process and what to expect. He gave me a reasonable quote. Because our lot was not too big he offered me a discount. Very excellent overall experience. Best of all he did what he said he would do. He got rid of the big black carpenter ants!

He didn’t just spray for the yellow jackets, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. We have a ground nest of pollinating yellow & black bumble bees. He helped me understand that they’re not aggressive and actually good for the flowers & gardens. We agreed not to spray them. Money well spent! I’ll definitely call him in the late spring to take care of pests for the summer!

Zoran came out 30 mins after we called on a sunday when nobody else would answer! We had an out of control wasp infestation in the house and he explained everything on what he was gonna do the process and assured us that these bees will be gone and if they weren’t he would come back until they are! Messaged Zoran on a urgent carpenter ant problem on a Sunday and he returned my message quickly and was at my house 1 hour later. Sprayed the complete house for carpenter ants (and even a few wasps) and was very friendly and professional. 2 weeks later and all the ants are gone and I couldn't be happier. If you have carpenter ants then Jerry at Bug Masters is who you need to call! We have spent a great deal of money with other pest control services only to have the ants come right back. Jerry came right on time, explained everything he would be doing, kindly answered every one of my questions and went right to work. I haven’t seen an ant since!! AND he guarantees his work for 2 years!!!

I called Bug Masters, Jerry is such a kind man. He was professional and he stands by his work. He told me " you look skeptical, but I assure you, you will see a difference". He sprayed every inch outside and found the ant hole in my neighbor's yard and sprayed that. This man guarantees his work and said if there's any problem, he will come back at no charge. Let me tell you, it is never easy or relaxing to call a pest control company -- except if you're calling Bug Masters. I called Jerry (and several other companies) the first time a few weeks ago because I found mouse droppings after catching a mouse and I realized it might be more than a single home intruder. It must have been around 7PM on a Friday when I called. Jerry showed up at 930AM the NEXT day. A SATURDAY! He walked around and after a thorough inspection, told me the mice were entering from the basement. Unfortunately, half my basement was finished so he couldn't access the block on that side. I told him that I was planning to demo it soon to install some beams. He said he would come back and fill the holes all around the block when that was done. In the meantime, he set mouse traps and even offered to collect the traps when/if they caught any mice! Upon leaving, I asked him how much I owed him for the basement inspection and mouse traps and he said NOTHING. This man came to my house on a WEEKEND and didn't charge a penny! This past weekend the basement walls were demoed so I called Jerry and he came right away to fill the holes! He was extremely thorough and respectful of my home and privacy. Added bonus -- He likes dogs and wasn't bothered by my barking pups. I'm certain I won't have issues in the future (I'll update the review if I do), but I highly recommend Bug Masters. Jerry knows what he's doing and I'd rather give my money to a small business that avoids the use of chemicals whenever possible.

Jerry is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and explained how the ants would respond. He sealed my vents as a courtesy to keep the ants away from my kids. He used chemicals and sprayed with my kids and dog in mind. I couldn't recommend him enough!
