Josh was kind and considerate. He explained in detail how he was exterminating the wasps and what to look out for. It’s just the first day, but Josh stated he would return for free if they don’t disappear. Amazing price compared to competitors. Prompt & professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Josh was very prompt and even called me to get over a few days earlier! I was very impressed. Josh explained the situation and unlike others sprayed the whole house not just the sunny side. The Box Elder bugs and stink bugs are gone! Very happy with Josh and his services.

I called Josh about a year ago for yellow jackets under my siding. He was due to come out in a few days, but in the meantime, I was no longer seeing them. I called Josh back and explained the situation. He told me to save my money. The yellow jackets have probably moved on since it was late in the summer. Loved his honesty! Needless to say...the yellow jackets are back again this year. I called Josh at 8:00 am Monday morning and he was at my house by 12:30!! Sprayed up under the siding and they were gone by the next morning. Haven't seen one since! I highly recommend Josh and BMI!

I have been a customer of BMI Pest Control for about 5 years. After having first moved into my condo, I noticed carpenter ants pretty much invading my place - along with various other insects like those pesty armored like "stink bugs". I checked into various insect control places and found BMI ... and boy am I glad I did. The owner - Josh, responded very quickly and after a thorough inspection of the entire condo he then proceeded to do his thing. Shortly after his services began, my ant and stink bug problem ceased, as well as any other insect intrusion. Since hiring BMI, on a monthly seasonal basis, I have not had any insect problems. Josh is very professional and also a nice guy who likes to explain things to the customer so they are knowledgeable and informed as to the "what and why" he is doing to alleviate and eliminate the problem. His costs are affordable and the results are exceptional. I highly recommend BMI Pest Control and the services provided by Josh.

From start to finish this company was great! They were on time and did a complete job. He walked me through what was going on every step of the way! I never thought a visit from a pest control specialist would be so much fun! We contacted BMI because of a yellow jacket nest on our front patio. They became aggressive and DIY liquid spray did not work at all. When I called BMI, Josh was eager to hear about our problem. Even before we agreed to his services, he told me a little bit about yellow jackets and why the liquid sprays do not work that well...and told me of a better solution he uses to get rid of the problem. He arrived the same day and quickly got to work eradicating the nest. It was fun to watch him work! When he finished, I joined him again outside where he further explained what he did and told me a little bit more about yellow jackets and how they operate! It was very informative! He was confident about the job, and told me if we still see any yellow jackets in a week to give him a call and he would come out to treat again at no cost. When I went out the next day there was not a yellow jacket in sight! The nest was dead! What further impressed me, Josh came out that next day to follow up and make sure things looked good! He wouldn't have had to do that, but I feel it shows an awesome level of professionalism. We were very happy with our experience and if we ever need a pest or rodent control solution again, BMI is who we will call! Thank you!

So great! Josh was so helpful and came out to spray our house the day I called him! Last year we had a hornet infestation and BMI fixed it fast and came out for follow-ups that made it go away. This year we had an ant issue. With the treatment and bait the problem seems to be gone. Have not seen an ant for some time. BMI responded quickly and was effective. If we could afford it we would have signed up for the full program but we, like so many others have been impacted by the covid. We are grateful for a job well done.

BMI saved the day! I was working on a job site and we came across a yellow jacket nest in a key spot. All the sprays and stuff I tried wouldn't get rid of them. Finally called a pro and BMI was out that week and bees were gone. It was in a tough spot (down a hill away from the road and under a log) and he was able to get them all. He also helped me get rid of nests in my garage and swing set. Great communication, great service. And yes, this happened last summer and I'm just now posting - I'm a horrible procrastinator.

We've been experiencing a lot of wasp problems this year--nesting in our mailbox, our siding, etc. BMI gave me a prompt call back, explained the different kinds of wasps on our property, then told me what they could do about it. They also gave me a reasonable quote. But then they said, if I just waited two weeks, the yellow jackets would die and I could save all that money. They also said most likely the wasps won't return next year. Then they answered a lot of questions I had about carpenter ants in my garage and gave a fair quote. We'll be using them for all of our pest control needs. Clearly, they are honest, knowledgeable, and fair!

Awesome customer service and super knowledgeable!! A month or so ago, we noticed large black Ants invading our home (our cat alerted us lol). I called BMI and Josh answered. He was super helpful and figured out they were carpenter ants!! He came out in a few days and treated my home (inside and outside). We havent seen any activity since!!!
