I knew I was calling the right company as soon as they answered the phone. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen and ask questions about my wasp infestation. She explained the process and educated me on how these wasps were getting into our home. I have a son who has an allergy to wasp, bees and hornet stings and I could tell in her voice she was genuinely concerned. She even asked if we had an epinephrine pen on hand. She said someone would be at my house within the next day. When I arrived home that same day, I saw that a technician had already come out and sprayed their application. WOW! It's rare to have such prompt service as I'm sure they have other customers with bigger issues than mine. Every morning for the past week we've had between 8 and 15 wasps in our family room, but today there wasn't a wasp to be found. They did and excellent job and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company if you want superior service and effective results. This has been the best experience I've had with a pest control company.

Edit: I received a phone call from the owner personally apologizing for the mix up that was on their end, rescinded their claim in collections, as well as offering a free service for me this year. I commend him for owning up to what was just a mix up that got out of hand instead of doubling down and insisting it was still my fault. Would absolutely use their service again. Had my house and garage treated for mud daubers. The tech who came out did a fine job but accidentally created 2 invoices which resulted in me being charged twice. When I tried calling to resolve the issue my calls were not returned and they just sent the other invoice to collections. Sorry I'm not going to pay twice for one service.

I discovered I had a bee problem and immediately called The Bee Man. In under an hour, I had the truck in front of my home and the problem area securely sprayed and under control. I was impressed by the patience and kindness of the woman who answered the initial call. She set me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable about what I should expect once service was provided. The gentleman who came to provide the service was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing and what we should expect. I am very happy I found The Bee Man company and I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to neighbors.

Highly recommend this company. We have had multiple yellow jacket issues around our home and getting into the home office and kitchen. Called them and they provided extremely quick service and effective. Immediately, the yellow jackets did not return to the area, and within 48 hours they were not entering the house any more. Great service, knowledgeable, professional.

I called 5 other companies before stumbling onto this gem. This local company has expertise, professionally and a great understanding of bees and wasps. I had my service today, so I will be waiting to see the full results, however their guarantee gives me confidence this issues will be handled entirely. I was so happy to find a professional and reliable local company to address my yellow jacket issues in one quick step while leaving my bubble bees untouched. I would defiantly recommend!

Had another hornets nest. I called and though they said they’d be out in the next few days, they came say day. Hornets were dead the same night after they came to spray.

I had bees in a property I’m selling because of my own failed attempt to eradicate them. Bee man came out within 24-48 hours and handled the job. No more bees. and guaranteed his work. Only minor inconvenience was he took my credit card info over the phone but never processed the payment until about 3 weeks later. I h assumed the payment had been processed. They called back and had to get the payment info again. However, I would definitely use them again.

Yellow Jackets. In a cinder block wall. Yeah... that wasn't going well for us. 3 cans of the home spray stuff and it wasn't doing ANYTHING... well there's a reason. It wasn't going to. We happen to live near their office, they got to us same day, and already there's dozens of corpses near the entrance. The constant stream in and out has slowed to a trickle, and that's only 15 hours after application. They stand behind their work, their rates are very reasonable. Seriously, search for average rates for your particular problem before you call. Don't be a jerk and yell at the dispatch woman because YOU think you know better. You don't. Great service and prices. If you're in their service area, stop scrolling and just call.

We had ground wasps that were entering our home via siding and we found them in our basement. We contacted the Bee Man and within 1 day we had them taken care of and the area were they originated was found and sprayed. Josh was our technician and did a great job in locating the original area and taking care of the problem. We have had the Bee Man before for other issues and have always been happy with their response and results. Thank you again Josh for the great service.

I called them to schedule an appointment to get rid of the bee nest in my backyard and they came out in just a few hours! This is the second year we’ve used their services would recommend them!

I called on Tuesday afternoon and Josh from the Bee Man was taking care of a ground hive of yellow jackets on Wednesday. I looked at the nest the next day and there is no activity in that hive.

I called The Bee Man at approximately 9:15 AM. I explained that I had a wasp issue close to my front door and I was stung the evening before. I have someone in my house that is very allergic. The professional bee exterminator was at my house in one hour. Omg. Their response was incredible. Thank you Bee Man.

This company was great to work with, would highly recommend. They came out right away when we had an issue, and even came out a second time when we noticed a straggler bee or two in our laundry room. The gentlemen that came (Josh) was really helpful and professional. Went above and beyond in comparison to a chain exterminator to make sure we were good to go. The customer service girl was incredibly friendly and responsive as well.

I gave Bee Man a call about wasp nests on my home at 7 PM, and had someone at my house by 11 AM the next day! Josh was very helpful and took the extra time to check out a tree in my yard that wasps were attracted to. I would not have known about my aphid problem without the extra time he spent checking out my tree. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into my home and had noticed a lot of wasp nests. I called Bee Man for help. Bee Man apologized for not being able to have someone come same day. I wasn't even CLOSE to expecting such quick service. I was told that perhaps the next day (Saturday) or by Monday. When the technician showed up (Scott), I was pleasantly surprised. We walked the yard, I pointed out the invaders and he immediately got to work. He was more than willing to answer my questions and was in and out. AND...wasp presence is HUGELY diminished. I WILL be calling again in spring for their seasonal service. THANK YOU!

We’ve dealt with The Bee Man for over 25 years. We have an English tutor house that the wasps found many nooks to put nests in until we called The Bee Man. They come every year (they were here today). I don’t worry about wasps and hornets. The staff is friendly, neat and very thorough in spraying all of the areas. I highly recommend them.

We have wasps that are surrounding our front entry way. My husband was trying to treat it without success. Found out today that someone we knew died this past Saturday due to being stung by wasps in his yard so I had my husband call the Bee Man to get rid of our problem so he doesn't get stung. When we called, we were told someone would be out within the next 2 days. At 6:30 tonight, the owner came by and treated our bee problem. Hoping we don't have any more issues. Last month I was doing some painting that I procrastinated on and was now fighting the weather forecast. Came across a bee or wasp problem that would prevent me from finishing at 1:15 on a Saturday. Called the Bee Man and was told they were done for the day, but would come out on Monday.. I asked for some help trying to identify if bee or wasps because I am allergic to bees and really needed to finish my painting. They decided to send someone out and had the problem taken care of in less than an hour of my original call. Very grateful :-)

Yellow jackets entering thru recessed lights and exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom. I was fighting a loosing battle. Every morning there were more in the tub, on the screen, the floor. Called another company and they were unable to determine entry point. Josh and dad showed up. Jumped into action. They located entry point and mobilized. Felt in good hands with these two guys. Next day, there was a calm in the house. I could finally relax...no more yellow jackets! Thank u Beeman...josh and dad!

Our backyard was being overwhelmed by bald-faced hornets. After a perimeter check, I discovered a large nest above the garage. I called the pest control company that we're currently contracted with and was told it was too high for them to reach and that there was nothing they could do, or anyone they could refer me to. After some research, I called a few more places and the response was the same from everyone except The Bee Man. They were willing to dispatch a technician to at least survey the issue and take care of it if possible. The next day, Josh came through like Macho Man Randy Savage, geared up, and dusted them to oblivion in a matter of minutes. Broad daylight, no excuses, no worries, no f's given. (Give that guy a raise). A lot of pest control companies pretend to offer services for these nasty things but will find all kinds of excuses to avoid actually dealing with them. The Bee Man delivered.

This small family organization was fast, efficient, honest(charged less for a reason I was unaware of so they didn't now have to). Had them do a nest in my house and my mothers, did it within 3 days and not a sign since. Very nice family.
