I called ASAP by accident looking for treatment. Glen was extremely helpful and offered to answer any questions I had which helped me decide which treatment to go with, all while he was on vacation.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from ASAP Bed Beg Detection. We called and had to leave a message, and got a call back within a a couple of hours. Our home was able to be evaluated the next morning, which was much quicker than other K9 detection services. The price for their services was also very competitive, and in fact was the best that we could find. Everything went smoothly and we were given very specific and helpful suggestions on how to treat any potential issues It. seems like we had a "drop off" of one bug (thankfully), however we were given low cost effective yet preventative steps to take which have so far proven to be effective. You can tell that Glen really does care about the work he does and the services they provide and that he is not just in it for the money. It's good to know there are still friendly and honest people out there. I would recommend ASAP to anyone.

Glen and Ricky are a great team. We had 2 apartments that were unusually difficult to inspect, but Glen went out of his way to help us out. He answered all questions my tenants and I had about the subject of bed bugs, and offered suggestions to protect the property in the future. As a landlord, I only deal with companies and people I trust, so ASAP would be the only company I would call if I suspected bed bugs in any of my other properties.
