My mom and I used this company for our previous homes with preventative maintenance which was done quarterly. Although if anything happened in between, they were there! When my mom and I moved to new homes on the same property, I had to unfortunately change all my tradespeople but discovered that Tactical Pest drives to my new town. I was so excited and relieved because they are a phenomenal company. Once all the snow melts and it warms up, I will be working together with Tactical Pest Management to really seal up both homes before next winter. The cost is well worth service, they are responsive, professional and eradicate the rodents who think they have rights to my house!

Mike, Julie, and the rest of the crew at Tactical Pest are very professional. I've been doing and referring business with them for many years. I constantly refer my customers to them. Most people have no idea the have mice living in their homes. As an electrical contractor, I'm in people's basements and attics every day. You wouldn't believe the things we find in these spaces. Customer's are "shocked" when I come done from an attic showing them a pic on my cell phone of a mice nest with new born's squirming around. "We have cats, they catch the mice!" Mice live in your warm attic, between the insulation and sheet rock ceiling, where the cats can't get to them. If you live in the Central Concord area, Tactical Pest will eliminate all your rodents, ants, hornets, termites, etc... for a fair price. Give them a call!

Professional, knowledgeable, and provided options! We had two visits from Bob at tactical pest management. The first one, my SO was home and handled it. After bob left, my SO called me with a rave review of the level of service he received. He was thrilled at Bob’s knowledge and his professionalism. Bob answered all of his questions and gave us 3 tiers of service to chose from. The second visit from Bob i was home alone. Immediately i felt at ease having bob in my home. He was extremely polite and very efficient. Bob listened to my concerns and did a second walk though of our home with me. He then tweaked some of his plan of attack to address my concerns. At the end of the second visit, bob walked me though everything he did. He also explained in detail what the chemical makeup of the products was. Overall, i am very pleased with the level of service provided. Bob’s professionalism and the entire team at TPM wowed both us. We will be using TPM for many years to come and recommending them to everyone.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Every person I dealt with was so kind and patient and explained everything so well. I was shocked at how well the bee/hornet treatment worked. In the past we would be completely surrounded by hornets/wasps anywhere outside our house. About a week and and a half after the treatment they were gone. It was amazing. Most recent service we got was for mice. The young man who came to do this service was very respectful and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I will continue to use this company and I will recommend to anyone who asks. The kindness of this company and the employees has been incredible. They are amazing. Don’t look anywhere else….use them

Can’t say enough about this company. Had a massive mouse, ant, and hornet problem. Hired them last year and they found ants living in areas of the house I had absolutely no idea about. Since I’ve hired them, not 1 ant in the house, and our mouse problem is non-existent. If I could give more stars for a rating I would.

2021 Review: New place, new potential issues to protect against as expected. His inspection and plan are both very thorough. Highly recommended - 5/5 stars across the board. This is not a service that simply catches/removes rinse and repeat, this is to prevent/protect against entry. Update on prior service review below: Jesse came out and honored the prior agreement, made a few adjustments and the issue(s) ceased immediately. The "guarantee" was about as ironclad as you could get, 5/5, couldn't imagine trusting this task to another service. Great job! -- I’m only giving 4 stars at the moment because the guarantee portion is still in process (work completed Thursday) Jess came out about a year ago and gave me a price that I couldn’t afford and didn’t hire him. Instead I continued with Orkin, which literally only cleaned up and set new traps and never addressed the issue of mice coming into my home. This past week we found evidence of mice places they have never been and I had enough. I called Jess and he came right out to do a re-inspection and we came up with a price I could afford. They understood my problem was very important to me and got to work within a few days. They spent a LONG time securing my home. Jess was awesome explaining where they were coming in, what they were finding, and how they were working to stop them from coming in. Very encouraging. I hate mice. They’re disgusting. Jess did a phenomenal job, worked very hard, and was very professional. This is only 4 stars because of their professionalism and Jess’ extreme confidence that my problem is solved. When this comes true I will return to change it to 5 stars. In the meantime, don’t bother with Orkin or any other company that’s only going to clean up and not fix the problem. Had extensive damage from carpenter ants in one area of my home when an old deck was removed. Tactical Pest arrived at my home about an hour after my call to them and confirmed the infestation.
