Every single time I’ve texted, emailed, or called I’ve had my questions answered. And the best part is that I enjoyed my deck mosquito free and my pup has been tick free all summer. I appreciate the customer service of Mosquito Joe. I'm treated like a person and not like a customer number. The product is excellent and we're very pleased with being able to enjoy our outdoor area without being overrun by mosquitoes. Also, on one occasion when the treatment didn't seem to take - we noticed a lot of mosquito activity- I gave Kris a call and we received another spray that same day. This is a great locally owned business that I highly recommend.

After the first treatment we noticed a huge difference! We still have the bugs we want (bees, dragonflies, fireflies, etc) and yet, mosquitoes are nearly gone! We used Mosquito Joe this year, we were not happy with a previous company's work. We were either home or could see on video cameras how thorough they were every visit. It did not matter which technician came to the house, they all walked into brush, took their time and were very thorough. I had to call to change schedules a couple times and they were always efficient, and helpful. We will certainly use them again come spring!

In prior years we used to have to retreat from the back yard at 6 pm in the summer because the mosquitoes were unbearable. We also were finding ticks daily on our dog. 2 years ago we installed an outdoor theater and started our Mosquito Joe spraying routine. For 2 years now, we have been outside enjoying movies every Friday and Saturday night until 11 pm without any mosquitoes at all. We also have noticed that since the spraying, we have never found another tick on our dog. - We will keep using Mosquito Joe's with these excellent results - worth every penny to be tick and mosquito free.

First year using this service, and couldn't be happier with the results I had last summer. Limited to no mosquitoes, and I'm surrounded by woods. I didn't use my Mosquito Magnet all summer. Fee for service was reasonable, and the folks at Mosquito Joe of Southern NH were very responsive. Highly recommend this service for anyone that likes to be outdoors after dusk.

Love Mosquito Joe! We work outside a lot and are so happy that we do not have any ticks. No mosquitos either! We can sit on our deck and do not have to come in at dusk like we used to. The workers are great and the office staff is too!

I also get a message when they have to reschedule due to the weather, Having two dogs I have not found any ticks on them while having this service where my neighbor has found many ticks on her dogs. I called around and did research on local companies to help with my tick and mosquito control. After talking with mosquito joe and getting a price I felt they were the best choice for me. I am very pleased to say that the service they provided for me was phenomenal. The tick and mosquito population was basically nonexistent. Their communication with scheduling was great. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with tick and mosquito problems. It's effective and affordable. I look forward to starting up the service again in the Spring.

Absolutely won't love without this service!! I have never enjoyed being outside until Mosquito Joe's treatments! My family and dogs didn't have one tick on them in our yard the entire season, and we were able to enjoy our yard for games, dinner on the deck, and entertaining friends without being dinner for pesky and dangerous mosquitoes! Our summer in New Hampshire is short enough, so there's no reason not to use Mosquito Joe's to make it an enjoyable season!!

I hired Mosquito Joe about ten days ago. Bar None, the Best Money I have spent this summer for my yard!! The next evening I sat on my deck with my husband and in the middle of our conversation I said, "Oh My God it really works." My husband said what works? I replied there are NO mosquito's!!! We actually can keep our screen house open and enjoy our deck and pool. Well worth it. The two man crew that came were very professional and explained everything they were going to do.Thank you for letting us reclaim our backyard again. The mosquitoes in our yard were so bad we couldn’t be outside by late afternoon, as soon as the shadows started. We started with the service late last summer on the recommendation of a neighbor and felt the affects immediately! Now we can be outside all night with NO MOSQUITOES!!! We were very happy on the first application because they sprayed thoroughly around the bushes of the house and the perimeter of the yard. The second application I felt was half done because only the perimeter of our yard was done and was here long enough for me to close the windows and then they were gone. Third time around I watched to see where they were spraying and only the perimeter of the yard again. They asked me to close the windows since I thought they would spray around the house because we have lots of bushes, shrubs and trees and they were not even touched. I feel that it was not done pr well, not like the first time. After my review and gave them a 1 star the company called right away and asked what was happening. I explained the situation and they will be coming by again to respray at no cost. They did explain that they don't spray flowering shrubs because of the bees and that is understandable. Thank you for remedy my complaint.

Southern NH mosquitos and ticks can be really bad, so I was very skeptical of a spray I couldn’t see or apply myself. After the 2nd early spring spray we noticed a HUGE reduction in mosquitos, deer flies, and ticks in my yard. Usually I have to apply bug spray to work on my pool or mow the lawn but I wasn’t bothered anymore. My wife went to a neighbor kids birthday party and was eaten alive by mosquitos, she wasn't happy. She said, “you don’t notice the lack of bugs in our yard until you go elsewhere and are bothered by them, at least we can sit on our deck.” I’m very happy that I signed up with Dan & Kris at Southern NH Mosquito Joe, I think it’s an affordable price for a great service!
