Very positive experience ! Arrived in middle of expected time frame. Once Trevor arrived he was great. Explained what he was going to do about my mouse problem after asking my about my concerns. The next day no more mice droppings ! And none since.It has been at least a week since his visit. Highly recommend Trevor and this service.

I cannot say enough nice things about JP Pest Services. They have an excellent website and customer portal. It is so easy to work with them, make payments and schedule services. But that is only the half of it. The exterminating team is top notch. They are the ultimate in professionalism, friendly and explain what happening. We had them remove squirrels from our attic. Within two days, the squirrels were trapped and gone. They sealed up the holes and guarrentee their work. Our team wildlife removal team of Sean and Jordan were wonderful. They are true gentlemen and experts on the proper removal of wildlife. Again, I cannot say enough nice things about these technitions.

We paid 450 for a one time mouse service. A tech came out and found and plugged several potential mouse entry points in the exterior of my house. The tech didn't check the space under our large wrap around porch. I spoke to the company to express concern about the areas under the porch for potential mouse access. The manager was extremely responsive and professional in listening to my concerns. He came back out for a second visit free of charge and inspected the area under the porch himself. He filled several more potential access points. In my experience not many companies would make the effort to come back a second time to alleviate a customer's concern that the first inspection was not thorough enough, especially not without charging for it. I was very impressed with the customer service JP Pest offered.

We live in the woods and had a mouse issue a few years ago, they weren't even scared to come out when we were home. We called JP pest and they came out quickly and took care of the issues. We signed up for their quarter plan and have not had any issues since. Every quarter they inspect the house for all types of infestations, reset bait, and spray for insects. 10 out of 10 highly recommend them.

Today was our second visit from your company. The first was to try and diagnose the issue and today your technician Michael J. came to set up our home both interior and exterior parts to determine what insects or critters are making themselves welcome here. He also placed the appropriate bait traps and repellents to resolve the issues. Michael explained what he was doing every step of the way and also provided us with much information on how insects and critters can invade and survive. I feel very confident that with your services and the expertise of your technicians , we will remain customers for a long time to come.

We have been with JP Pest for at least 15-20 years. They are a professional experienced company to do business with. There technicians are friendly & very knowledgeable. We had an infestation of ticks 2 weeks ago, Tiery a new technician with the company did a fantastic job doing extra spraying in the area that was effected. Haven't seen a tick since. I would highly recommend this company for all your mosquitoes, tick, & ant spraying. They are without a doubt the best company to use. A company who really cares about their customers. Our wonderful townhouse service company worker, Eric from Evergreen Management, found extensive carpenter ants. We are new occupants. J P Pest came within two hours of Evergreen’s emergency call. The carpenter ant infestation is very extensive. They applied their strongest product. Jason was helpful and knowledgeable. Emily, Emma, and Ashley were so kind and responsive. JP Pest services is a wonderful company to use if you should have pest problems. From the friendly, responsive people in the office, to the field inspectors and technicians. I received a full and detailed explanation what would be done and the cost. They scheduled an initial inspection and determined the problem. Thereafter I was scheduled for a complete wildlife evacuation and prevention. Sean, the technician that performed this service was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the areas of the home he would be treating, showing me the materials to be used and how the remedies would work. He spent three and a half hours of diligent work at my property. We are very happy with JP Pest Services.

On the type of service I subscribed to a little more flexibility on the timing of the second application would be a "major" improvement. I'm referring to the fall invasion of insects seeking nesting locations and entry points to a home. If you're located in the the burbs or country this Infestation is much worse and an application of the insecticide closer to peak migration would be more helpful as the mass of insects do not nest on the home itself until it's time to seek shelter. Otherwise the office staff is very helpful. The photo doesn't do justice to the mass as you have to brush them away before entering. I'm not sure how much or how long the treatment adheres to the home. This invasion is related to temperature and occurs around the 10-12 of October.

Here's the thing. It needs to be very clear that JP Pest Services is great. Their service and support are top notch, the techs are great, the value is spot on, they are responsive, customer support is great, etc. I'm very pleased with the PEST service side of the house. The issue is their WILDLIFE control division is an independent company within the organization that all the marketing and even this review form lump under Pest, but that's simply not the case. I very much want to write a 5 star review for JP Pest and a ZERO star review for JP Wildlife, but they list as a single company here, so I have to average it all and blend it. The Wildlife side has proven to be a massive ripoff. They misrepresented the service in an apparent attempt to sell a massively overpriced service. Nearly $5k for 2 guys to spend 5 hours with brillo pads and caulk sealing up cracks?? It had been claimed they were licensed contractors who would address minor structure issues with fascia and trim and soffits. That's what I agreed to, then the day of service I find out that was false. They talk about installing one way doors for the critters. There is no such thing, they put in a roll of wire mesh that makes it hard for them to find a way back in. A tube is not a door, more deception. The sealant used was applied many many times thicker than recommended by the manufacturer. The off gassing filled the whole house and caused respiratory irritation and headaches for days. 2 weeks later the smell still lingers which the manufacturer is not surprised about given the amount used, but JP said it would last 2-3 days. It's clear that structural attention was needed and should have been done at this price. My complaints went unaddressed. Overall the Wildlife side was poor at communication and follow up and the promise of a manager response to these issues never happened. They also made various scheduling errors that I had to point out and they still came on a different day than stated. Also the communication between Pest and Wildlife has shown to be terrible, and the Pest folks have repeatedly voiced frustration about this. I find the deception and general incompetence coupled with the insane price for the service actually provided to be grossly unacceptable. JP Wildlife Control should be avoided at all costs. But again, JP Pest is great, absolutely get their service, just be aware "rodents" means mice and rats only, and flying squirrels means you wind up with Wildlife and a massive con job.

I just purchased a new home and saw the that the previous owners were using JP Pest Services. I reached out to them to continue the service. I just had my first quarterly inspection and the technician was both very personable and informative. Fred did a great job inspecting all areas of the house to make sure there was no new activity of insects of rodents. We've used JP Pest Services for our previous house and current one. The office support staff and the technicians who come out to provide inspection and prevention services are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recently thought that bats had begun to nest inside the roof of my front porch. The technician who came out today - Anthony - listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and did a thorough inspection. Luckily, the problem wasn't bats. Anthony was patient, clear in his explanation, professional, and reassuring. We continue to do business with JP Pest because of technicians like Anthony.

I live on an old farm where stinging insects make it impossible to get into my barn during certain times of the year. I get the twice a year wasp treatment and the situation has improved dramatically. I am anti pesticide, however, after getting stung every day, something had to be done. They are on the expensive side, but I'll pay extra for quality every time. Response time is fabulous. For those of you living in NH, you know that response time can be measured in weeks to never. I have had JP's rodent and wasp service for a while, but, just recently, needed their wildlife service to eliminate a bat and flying squirrel problem. I started with JP Pest when I got a flying squirrel infestation in my attic. They did a great (and humane) job of eviction. I elected to stay with them on a recurring inspection service and their techs are always capable, polite and friendly. Over the years they have detected and resolved early signs of issues. I live in a wooded area so I always have critter neighbors interested in my cozy living quarters. Good company, nice staff, fair prices.

There were several things found that I was unaware of -- including bats in the attic (I thought there were mice) and carpenter ants in the basement. The representative told me he's not qualified for bat treatment, but that he would alert the folks who are and they would call to make an appointment.

My husband and I contacted JP Pest Services to come out and take a look at our house to see if they could determine the entry points of the animals running around in our ceilings. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We are first time home owners, and dealing with mice and ants was nothing we were educated on. I inquired with JP online about our issue and within minutes I had a response in my email. Amy was so helpful in setting up an Appointment for us. She worked around our hectic schedules perfectly. The day of treatment, Mike came to our home and from the start, he educated us with with what the issues were, talked to us about what he was doing step by step and made sure to tell us about where all the traps were going, knowing we have a dog. He was extremely professional and very friendly, and his inspection was very thorough. He instructed us on what the traps do, and helped ease the anxiety we had about where these mice were coming from. This is not only the best customer service I’ve ever received but also the best contract work I’ve ever had done to my house. They are efficient with scheduling and their treatment is handled with a lot of care and is proactive. Their pricing is very fair too. Both Dave and Brendan came to do inspection and treatment and their knowledge and advice was the best. Having said that though, you need to be a compliant customer if you want it to be effective. We've used JP Pest for many years, for both quarterly home inspections (rodent and insect prevention/abatement) as well as mosquito and tick treatments during the summer. We've been very happy with their work. We wanted to also recognize their employee Heather Jones. she did a recent quarterly visit to our property and happened to notice one of our trash cans had been knocked over in the wind and she took the initiative to set it upright so we wouldn't miss our weekly trash pickup. We really appreciated she went above and beyond and wanted to recognize her for that.

I was referred to JP Pest when I was looking for Mold Remediation for our attic. Every single aspect of the process was 5 ⭐! I was provided a free quote, which is when I met Matt. Matt came in my home, assessed the situation, and then took the time to explain absolutely everything that the remediation process would entail. He answered all my questions, and was very informative. I received my quote emailed to me within a few hours after Matt left. The price was less than half of the quote that I received from another company!!! We scheduled a service date & a Tech came out exactly when scheduled and performed the remediation. He cleaned up after so well, if it weren't for the fact that I scheduled the service myself, I would never have known they were even there! We just moved into a new house at the end of may, and immediately, unfortunately, found and saw mice in the house at night (which we were aware of prior thanks to the house inspector) and noticed centipedes and other moist-loving insects and CARPENTER BEES! We called JP on a Wednesday, they were out the following Monday, even calling to ask if they could come early! A total happy surprise!! Mike came out and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and support. He put 2 traps outside, 8 inside, found a hole in our foundation NO ONE had seen or caught beforehand, and blocked that up; he cleaned the spiderwebs around the house, sprayed and dusted insect killer all along the foundation, eaves, and in problem areas we saw carpenter bees, all with a chipper attitude and some great conversation. He included tips on how we could scare away chipmunks and woodchucks, information on the ORTHO home defense we had been using, and spent a good amount of time explaining what he was doing and how everything worked. Needless to say, he was amazing and we love this company. I’ve been recommending them out to anyone who will listen!!! And the most satisfying part is... we haven’t seen or heard ANY mice in 11 days today since the appointment. No ants, centipedes, or the like in our house. 100,000% would recommend for the price, attitude, and work of this amazing company. We were finding 3+ ticks a day on our dog or ourselves. I called JP Pest and enrolled in their tick service. That year we probably saw 3 total. Now, 3 years later we haven't seen any. I would highly recommend it! They come spring, summer, and fall. We also had mice. The cats loved it, but not us. So we also enrolled in the rodent quarterly service. They come 4 times a year. It took a bit longer for the mice to disappear completely, but we haven't seen any in a long time. We just recently had an issue with yellow jackets. We switched to a different plan which also included the rodents and other critters like the yellow jackets, ants, spiders, etc. All their employees have been knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. They are also quick to respond to inquiries and your concerns. They offer recommendations on how we can improve the " security" of our house from these critters. I would highly recommend their services.

JP is a solid New Hampshire business, who does what they say they will do. In particular, I value their home quarterly service, both for the price, and for the responsiveness if/when there are issues between services (a springtime flair up of ants, a rogue mouse in the basement, etc.). For wildlife pest exclusions or 1-time treatment, they are usually more expensive than the super small (think 1-5 staff) local operations that are out there, but the professionalism of those companies can be hugely variable. The price is the reason for 4 stars, not 5. Pros and cons. I've had a genuinely positive customer service experience with the different techs I've met over the years, and their office staff is also relatively easy to reach and responsive. Overall, would recommend.

I had a bat problem in my chimney and after seeing the ads on television and all the vehicles on the road it was natural to give a call. Justin came out first thing one morning and quickly found the problem, a hole in the cap of the chimney where they were in the center mass and not in the flue. He was great at educating me on the types of bats in the area and their habits. He had a real simple fix of a "one way" door to let them out and a recommendation for someone to do the further repair. He checked the rest of the house for any other potential areas of entrance. He was there about an hour. My compliments to him and the rest of JP Pest for a very professional operation.

I needed to identify a bug that had infested my apartment and was being neglected by the landlord. I had hard time finding a reliable company that is willing to do this knowing that it might no lead to a job since. They were very helpful and had experienced entomologists on board. Their diagnosis was confirmed also by another reliable company. I couldn't hire them or any other for that matter so I didn't talk money with them but I'd contact them gain if I needed a pest control company.

Just had Jordan from JP Pest come out and thoroughly explain the services that they offer. Upon entering our home he took the time to put on shoe covers to walk around (which a majority of companies never do and we appreciated). He performed the necessary inside home and garage monitoring and also sprayed outside our foundation. He also put down some liquid ant bait that immediately attracts ants which allows them to bring their "score" back to the colony and eventually to the "queen" for the kill. We are having them come back in the next few days for their tick and mosquito yard spray. Everything was explained in detail and easy to understand. Highly recommended. Thanks Jordan!

JP Pest Services have been exterminating the rats that had infiltrated a crawlspace in my basement over the last several months. Several days ago Justin and Darren came to my house and cleaned out the crawlspace of the mess that the rats left together with an additional five dead rats. They used a HEPA filter to keep any disease born elements out of my house. They sprayed the entire crawlspace with antimicrobial solution. They then re-insulated the crawlspace. They were very thorough, timely and clearly cared about doing a good job. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
