Fox Pest Control has been great each and every time they've come out. They're always very responsive when you need help with a specific issue and they're quarterly visits are auto scheduled so no hassles with remembering. Each technician I've worked with has been kind, polite, and respectful to not only myself, but my dog as well. Ryan in particular is fantastic. He goes above and beyond every visit and shows a passion for his work and customer relations.

When Tyler arrived to provide the first service, he took the time to walk around the yard with me and explain what he would be checking and treating for. 3 hours after the treatment, the mosquito activity had noticeably decreased.

So I normally try to do the compliment sandwich thing and give a generally good review...I can't do that today...because these people have gone above an beyond for me! I had 1 problem with a wasp attack that wasn't anything they had done yet immediately came to my rescue...during my district pipeline replacement they brought in dirt that had fleas galore and even though this company had to come every 2 weeks for what seemed like forever they never once made me feel bad about it. If I call they come...if I don't they stay on top of their quarterly services without me ever having to worry about it....IMAGINE that a company that does what they say they will and then Do exactly what they say? I know I thought I was dreaming too... let's be real I've met a couple of the tech and all have been absolutely amazing! Today's tech was on time friendly polite and really good at what he was doing...I had been gone on vacation from heck and stuff was amiss when I came home. He was flexible and worked with me so that I could get most out of the service I requested...I hope he enjoyed the laugh from my crazy roommate and I because we really liked his personality and demeanor. Honestly if your a homeowner pest control is easiest if you start preventing before issues a Occurred...fox pest makes this so affordable its a no brainer! We bought our home and they must of cleaned up good hiding a huge mouse infestation in the walls of the home...within a week of hiring fox pest the issue was resolving and I was no longer getting mouse presents from my cats in my husband's shoes and slippers or my pillow....Best homeowner choice I've made so far was hiring fox pest and I recommend to give them a real shot!

Today Brandon Leslie from Fox Pest Control came out to do the seasonal pest inspection and spray around the outside of our house. He did an excellent job. He is so polite and kind .He works fast, and is very professional. Brandon is the same guy who has been coming the past 3 seasons to spray for bugs. He did such a good job again , that i have not seen almost any buggies since. Fox Pest has great customer service , is very affordable and reliable. Initial visit was informative, professional and all my questions were answered. I called with another issue. I had Yellow Jackets setting up living arrangements behind an electrical outlet. This was definitely a new problem. The yellow jackets were visible when Fox arrived which was very kind of them. Treatment was done, I was informed of what he did and how to protect my dog. I have not seen any yellow jackets, anywhere since that visit. THANKS. This last visit was to replace a termite “thing”. It got run over by a lawn mower. Yes a women driver. All is well now. He checked all the other termite “things” to make sure they were OK. He was on time but I was late? He greeted me with a smile. Where do you get all these good workers?

TLDR; If you've got bugs or mice, the service is 100% worth the money!! I highly recommend. We have been using Fox Pest for over two years and we are very happy with the service. We initially called because we had hornets that were getting in and had the occasional mouse. We have hundreds of acres of woods behind our home so the mice are a typical but gross issue. The technicians that have come out were extremely knowledgeable and reviewed all of the places inside and out where mice could be getting in. They placed preventatives like steel wool in some areas and shared ways that I could mitigate as much as possible while they also did their part. Because we are near the woods there are lots of birds and I pointed out a bird nest or two that they made sure to avoid so as not to hurt the birds. 2 years in and Hornets and bugs in general are nearly nonexistent in the home, but when it gets cold... the mice return. One little jerk chewed the waterline to the refrigerator making a mess. This was in an area where we had never heard or seen activity so I contacted Fox between our normal quarterly visits. I was able to get an appointment right away that seemed to help because I don't believe they are active in that area now. He gave me info on additional ways to hopefully deter them from coming in including diatomaceous earth. We have had several technicians over the years but have had one in particular for a while. When this week’s technician (Nick) arrived he apologized that Brandon (the usual) was not available. Because he has never been here, he walked through the entire house. He was able to identify where they are getting in, areas they are traveling, see areas where there are no concerns, and set up a follow up appointment for two weeks (there is no additional charge) so that we can see if his additional deterrents are working. I really appreciate how personable, professional, and knowledgable the technicians are. I trust our home to them.

I certainly have issues with the quality of service I was getting after some time of working with FOX, and this is why I am only increasing the star rating to 3 stars but I am pleased with the conversation I had with Kevin...to be honest just getting some kind of feedback for my previous complaints was heartening...the service from FOX was good for about the first 6 to 9 months, it was only after this time that it dramatically declined.

Ryan from Fox Pest Control was professional and very thorough. I have been fighting the woodland mice around and inside my NH home for 20 years. I've won some battles but the war has continued. I finally decided to bring in an expert. Ryan arrived on time and spend over an hour on the initial inspection and remediating. Time will tell if the tide has turned in the ongoing war. Fox has been servicing our home for pest control for 2 years. They rid the property of stink bugs, and treated for wasp/bees nests in eaves and around the A/C unit so our technician wasn't stung servicing our A/C unit or electric meter. I highly recommend them. Ryan, from Fox, showed up on my doorstep yesterday. I had been considering a pest service for a while so his timing was perfect. I listened to his pitch, it sounded good, but I wanted to sleep on it. He was not pushy and said that he would come back today to see what I had decided. I did some research since I had never heard of the company before and reviews seemed good. When Ryan returned I signed up. Within an hour, Keith was at my door for my first treatment. He was friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. He explained what he was doing and why and pointed out some damage that I hadn't noticed. I am very pleased with the service so far. It was just my first service so I can't say how effective it is as yet.

Not only did Fox's expert prioritize tick killing for us, but provided great property improvement ideas to provide even more safety, and helped rate the ideas in order of impact for tick mitigation. Killing ticks helps decrease risk, but the ability to keep ticks from entering the property in the first place is even more helpful for us. Thanks Fox! :)

EVERYTHING! Fox Pest is amazing. Period. If you want reliable, dedicated, knowledgeable folks who listen and respond - USE THEM! We were skeptical at first ("door to door salesperson") but they are the absolute best!!! Example: After our initial treatment (you sign up, pay quarterly for their quarterly service) we had hornets and carpenter bees return. We had them come back FREE of charge and assess and take care of the problem twice! The second time we were working on a wooden, elevated structure around our pool. The banging caused some carpenter bees to fly around us, knocking into us. Nick came out the next day, spent over 30 minutes carefully inspecting our structure and other wooden structures around us and sprayed. He explained the chemicals, what they do and how the bees respond. Sure enough, next day we found 3 bees on the deck! No more problems in that area and we completed the project. :-) I highly recommend them! They are truly wonderful, we have had a great experience! He answered all of my many questions and educated this homeowner as to what to look for in regards to evidence of insects and rodents. While outside, he pointed out areas of improvement where there could be a potential for rodents to get in. He took the time to look for mice droppings in both the laundry room and attic. While in the attic 3 dead mice were found and he disposed of them and set both soft and hard mice food traps. Nick said that he himself will be back in 3 weeks to inspect these mouse traps. Since the initial visit, (July 2020), our insect problems have been eliminated. I am HIGHLY confident that the mice issue will be resolved soon as well!
