We recently moved to our new home and soon realized we had 4 legged roommates (mice) living rent free there. I have a huge phobia and I refused to step into the kitchen after seeing one in there. We immediately called Dave and his response time to our call and initial appointment was impressive! Dave was available next day to get our situation resolved. He had stated during our initial appointment that it may take 2 weeks for complete rodent activity to cease, but we noticed immediate results on day 2. On day 3, I was feeling comfortable stepping foot inside our kitchen again. A 2 week follow up from the initial appointment was included in the service package we chose, and Dave took the initiative to call us and set an appointment. He is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, the service packages he offers is priced perfectly, and has a way of making a client feel at ease. I am so glad I called Brochu Pest Solutions! I heard from Dave the same day, and he was able to set up an appointment quickly. I was having some trouble with ants in the kitchen, and now I am not! His prices are very reasonable, uses environmental friendly products, and was very thorough about treating the inside and outside of my house. As a new homeowner, I had this feeling, especially after purchasing an older home, I just wasn’t entirely sure of a potential termite infestation, especially given the fact that I live in a heavily wooded area, and thought I was leaving myself susceptible to long-term damage it if I didn’t discuss and try to find out now. Dave not only came in and inspected the home, but he assured me that there was no problem, and made me actually feel like my concerns were valid, and didn’t make me feel bad about my concerns. Instead, he offered very valuable education for preventative care based on my area, and quite honestly I would’ve paid a lot more for. Dave was comfortably personable, professional, and if I knew him outside of needing his services, I probably get a beer with this guy. I can’t recommend Brochu Pest Solutions enough! When you own a home, you always want to have “a guy” and I’m very grateful to have Dave as that guy for his services!

David was very professional, sent safety data sheet on the material used as well as answered any question and accommodated any reasonable requests. He also demonstrated his knowledge by finding and locating where ants were entering the house in the first 15 minutes of inspection, and was happy to show us and explain what was going on. He explained the treatment was to deal with any resident ants as well. The treatment was only yesterday and hopes are we will see fewer ants, but I am confident, in chatting with David, he will honor his pledge to deal with our ants if needed with the annual service we signed up for. I love supporting small business owners and I think it is a better bet.

After checking quickly with a few of the so called "Name Brands" in this business like TErminex and Orkin, and being put on hold, asked to answer voice prompts for demographics and all the rest, I called Dave, phone was answered by Dave, and he quoted me the straightforward details on how to solve my ant problems. After finding that a yellow jacket nest had come through our ceiling from the attic sometime during the day and hundreds of bees were in our closet, we needed professional help! We called Brochu Pest Solutions, it was 8:00 at night and I left a message, hoping someone could come first thing in the morning. I received a call back within a few minutes from Dave. Brochu came highly recommended by many after asking a Facebook forum group. They arrived listened to our concerns and provided a great service. He did say it could take a week-ish to start to notice a decrease in ants in the house but I felt like it was instantly noticeable the decrease in ants in my home. He explained what was in the chemicals he was spraying as we have two cats. He couldn’t treat the outside due to rain but he was back on the next business day to complete the job. I noticed an active carpenter ant infestation and a growing pile of saw dust behind my house cedar siding and called Brochu Pest Solutions. Dave Brochu came the next day and treated the infested area and all around the house. A large number (hundreds) of ants came out of the infested area of the wood siding immediately and for up to a day after treatment and there were dead ants everywhere on the ground in that area. The damage appears to have stopped, as I don't see the saw dust anymore on the ground. Dave also treated the house for spiders and rodents. He was pleasant to deal with and very professional. He left no mess behind. I would definitely hire him again, and recommend him to others I know.
