Never thought I'd have to hire someone to come take care of a bug problem. I was so freaked out and immediately went to Google to find a solution. Can't remember who i spoke to on the phone or if it was the same person but super friendly and helpful. They literally came the next day and were in and out in under an hour. Both guys were super kind and friendly and understanding. Reviews truly don't lie! They are 5 stars for a reason! Thank you so much for saving my home and my sanity!

Dan was our tech. I have to say that it took me five years to call 603 pest and get someone out to the house for wasps. I'm so glad I did. The situation has been getting progressively worse every year but I was skeptical about just spraying the house to repel our wasp invasion. You see I had called on other local pest companies over the years and all they wanted to do was sell me a monthly service package at an absurd price. I finally had enough with the wasps and read the reviews for 603 pest and decided on them. Right from the start I knew I had made the right choice. The staff was very friendly and they worked hard to schedule the appointment quickly and convenient for us. Dan showed up on time and went right to work after listening to me and him thoroughly explaining the process. Dan is very knowledgeable and professional in his craft! He is definitely an asset for the companies success. It has been two weeks since the treatment and no more wasps. I can now say without hesitation that I am a believer and 603 pest is simply the best!

Sam was amazing! He was prompt, personable and very knowledgable about our issue. Before he performed the wasp and bee extermination he explained every step he was going to take and the reason why. When he was finished he explained what steps we could take in the future, including the locations and timeframes for both bees and wasps nesting habits, to mitigate the problem. You were the only company that was able to respond the same day I called and having your technician there the same day made all the difference in the world for us. I had discovered 2 places on our home that had wasps. One was an large external hive, the other was internal (unseen) inside a window sill between house and siding. Both locations were 2nd floor or higher. Additionally, I had a time limit to complete this job due to contractor work soon to be done. From arrival, Dan was here for a little over an hour. After review, he identified 2 different species of wasps and completed treatment for both locations that was appropriate for each. He treated only what needed to be done. (We did not want to harm any wildlife.) It was a difficult and dangerous job. At the end, Dan advised us for our own protection and safety with regards to the wasps and the treatments. Well done and thanks to Dan for ridding our property of a dangerous pest and leaving it environment friendly.

We having been using 603 Pest for over a year now. Decided to do the quarterly maintenance plan. They automatically schedule the appointment every 3 months but changing it is no big deal if needed. We also did the monthly mosquitoe/tick spraying last summer. Every single person that has come for the services has been super nice, they explain what they are doing, and they make sure to ask if we have any additional questions or concerns. Super happy with the effectiveness of services and the excellent customer service.

Sam is always so considerate and timely! He made sure we didn’t have any pets that needed to go out before treatment since they wouldn’t be able to for 2 hours while it dries! Would recommend him to anyone! We haven’t had a mouse since his first visit!

Over the past few years, my wife and I have experienced recurring problems with yellow jackets and wasps taking up residence on our property. After receiving some painful stings, we contacted 603 Pest Control Services for help. They scheduled an appointment the next day. Sam, the technician assigned, arrived on time, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional during the service. He explained what the service entailed, did a complete inspection around our home, kept us apprised as the work progressed, eliminated a fist-sized wasp nest under our deck steps, and treated other areas around our home to prevent further nesting. Jen and Niki from the office staff were very helpful scheduling the service as well as answering our many questions. Their service fees are reasonable and their technicians are trained and properly equipped to perform the service. We’ve used other pest control services in the past but none were as responsive as 603 Pest Services. We were very impressed with the service received. Thank you Sam, Jen and Niki!!!

We had an emergency situation with yellow jackets in my sons room and they were wonderful! Both people I spoke with on the phone were friendly, helpful and professional. They had to rearrange some things to be able to help us, they called back within minutes and had someone out to us in about an hour. Dan came and was so thorough. treated the issue effectively, and was even nice enough to knock another nest on our porch that he noticed before he left. Highly recommend!

Chris came out for mice and to set traps, closed up places of entry, and sprayed for ants. He was prompt, polite, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what we should look for in the future. Within two days we had caught 6 mice. Dan came out for a follow up two weeks later to set more traps. Dan was also great and happy to answer questions and educate us on rodents. We are very happy with the results. Price was higher than I had initially hoped, but it was in-line with other pest control companies that I had looked into, so it seems like a fair market price. Will call again if we have more pest issues in the future.

My technician Dan was so thorough and diligent. Hey did a complete inspection of the outside, then blocked any entry way used by the mice. Inside he was equally as thorough, at one point he was lying flat down in order to fill a hole behind our stove that he could only access by pulling out the bottom drawer of the stove and crawling under. He used different materials and methods to mouse proof our house. Dan was pleasant, polite and very thoughtful, he showed me where the mice traveled in and where all of the traps were, before leaving. He needed to get through a gate to get into the backyard and before he left he made sure it was fastened, he picked up after working and wore shoe covering in the house. Great job! UPDATE 6/18/21 This is the best company I've ever done business with! The above and beyond exceptional customer service, responsiveness and the persistence and professionalism of the technicians is phenomenal! I am so glad that I chose them.

We had a field mouse problem in our basement that I couldn't quite get to the bottom of, and I'm so glad I finally called 603 Pest and handed it off to them. 603 Pest was very responsive when I called in August 2020 about yellow jackets going after the painter up on his ladder. They diverted Chris and he was there in about 20 minutes. He addressed the issue which turned out to be a rather large size nest that had just established itself within a few days. He treated the nest which was behind an exterior light fixture. He removed the fixture carefully and sprayed and ensured it was safe for the painter to continue. Highly recommend!
