John (my technician) was great. Came in and knocked the work out without messing around. Very friendly and professional. Ryan our sales guy was also pleasant. Did not push and when told him needed to discuss with my wife did not hesitate to schedule a follow up. I will give an update into the future of the effectiveness.

Always pleased with this company and their techs! We had Nick at our house this morning and he was so polite and professional. We got a text giving us a 15 minute heads up on their arrival. When he, and all techs, ring our bell they always stand back from the door. I appreciate this so I’m not opening the door face to face with someone. Nick answered all of my questions this morning and even gave me some tips on gravel placement in the spring to help with our mole and vole issue! We’ve been using them since earlier this year and we’re always pleased with their service! Thanks Nick and UrbanEx

Savannah did a great job with our quarterly pest treatment. I had my doubts in the past with previous employees. But as with all companies they all have bad apples. This time around savannah preformed all of the duties outlined with my treatment and I am very satisfied with the service.

Vincent and Marcus take such good care of us. Our kids get eaten up by the mosquitos and they were eager to help remedy that for us. We had an ant problem in our kitchen and since using this service we haven’t seen the first ant intrusion.

(Which I find very nice and friendly) work wise they did an amazing job!! They are both very professional and did their job in a timely manner. After Stephen was done he came back to tell me what he found and what he did which was very helpful. He asked at the end if I had any questions and answered all the questions that I did have. Nick showed up at my door and I almost ran him off 😅 (sorry Nick). EXCEPT he was selling something I actually need & at a great price. He’s super friendly (as the best sales guys are). My dog liked everyone and she has good judgment, so there’s that. Jokes aside, Nick was super informative and exactly what he said would happen did. Jared, Stephen and Andy showed up on the SAME DAY (within hours in fact) to protect my home from insects. We also purchased the mosquito package, well worth it if I get to enjoy my porch without getting bit. Welcome to Louisville Urbanex!

The over all experience was great. Shamos was very helpful, kind, and knew what he was taking about. Plus he’s just a great guy! After he left it only took about 15 minutes until Derion was knocking on the door, ready to get going! He, also, was great! We talked to him for awhile and just loved his personality, attitude, and the detail he was putting into making sure we were taken care of. He left us web and pest free and with a smile! Great service and great people! Highly recommend.
