The owner was courteous and respectful. After the initial visit he returned to repeat the process. It has not bean long enough for my complete acceptance that all the bed bugs have need eradicated but I feel if needed that ultra pest control will continue if needed until all is clear. They were prompt and addressed my concerns and were very informative. At this stage I would recommend them to others. In another two weeks with no trouble recurring I would easily rate 5 stars

Did not start out well because the technician did not tell me that the renters were not picking up their trash and the condition in the home was deplorable. Even if extermination was done on a daily basis the problem would not have been corrected. After the eviction and two months of cleanup Greg sent his technician for a complementary follow up and all is well now.

They do service for me regularly. Mosquitoes have been particularly bad this year. When I called them they made extra trips and worked to get us where we needed to be. I can’t comment enough about good customer service. That is the reason I would absolutely use no one else.

Great service from Greg Stephens. We have lived here for 19 months, and ants have always been a problem. They got worse this spring getting in our kitchen and dishwasher. Greg came today, carefully applied boric acid in our walls and then stronger poison outside, away from our family and pets. Really appreciate his care with his materials. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend Greg and Ultra!

We had a “particularly pesty” mouse situation in our house. Greg was very patient with my daughter and I when we would freak out!! 🤢 🐁 The problem has been taken care of!! 🎉 We also had a lot of red wasps outside that caused us problems with cook outs, pool time, and yard work. Greg took care of this problem too!! My husband can now mow the grass without the threat of wasps!! Very happy with the service!!

It was 3am and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a swooping creature. It was a BAT!!! We were super freaked out and frightened. We searched for the bat for two hours and could not find it so hid in the bedroom til morning. First thing 7am, I called ULTRA PEST CONTROL. They said they would be there within 2 hours and got there just 1 hour later. Literally, within 3 minutes of walking in my house, he found the bat in the 2nd place he looked.
