Everyone of the technicians who arrived at our property where very professional & helpful. We have built a beautiful new garage in the middle of large trees, which evidentially, brought Carpenter Ants who were seeking cheap residency? Your treatments seem to be asking them to leave? Two more quarter treatments should assure they have a new address? Time will tell, however, it seems they are packing their luggage? 😎❤️🤣😂 PS - Satisfied with your help @ this point. Thanks! Got a message that the tech was on the way which I sent to my wife. Almost at the same time, the tech rang the doorbell. It was an hour ahead of the expected arrival time. My wife wasn’t ready and assumed the tech would complete the exterior spray and then ring the door bell again because we had requested an interior spray as well. The tech left without attempting another communication. Unfortunately this seems to be the pattern as our first spray was also an hour early with no notice as well as confusion between the assigned ‘em tech and an inspector for the services required. Even though we had already determined which services were needed. Now we’ll need to schedule a follow up interior spray which wastes your gas.

I had spiders all over the outside of my house. My yard has plenty of trees so it’s to be expected. Also he baited for rodents since the weather is changing and they will be looking for a warm place to hide.

Was just an overall fast and pleasant experience, the guy that came and did the inspection was very nice and informative and once we decided the best plan for us to take we signed up and the next day the company came out and did the treatment and I have not seen any signs of the termites since the treatment. This company is very efficient and very easy to work with so I highly recommend them for any kind of issues you may be experiencing.

Aside from termite and pest control, had them encapsulate my crawl space and replace the insulation there as well. No more dampness issues or musty odor, and the HVAC performance seems to be improved. They didn't install the dehumidifier properly, but that was easy to resolve. Otherwise the crew did a bang up job. Very pleased overall, I would recommend their services.

I had Robbie Wilson come to my house during an ice storm to do quarterly pest prevention treatment. He was very friendly and customer service oriented. The overall process did not take long and he put granules around the house and dust in some cracks. He then gave me some ant traps for inside the house but being the middle of the winter there was not much else to be done at this time for that issue.

I discovered termites in a fence post 60 feet from my house. I called Terminus and they sent out an expert. They crawled under and around my foundation looking for active destruction. They found old damage but no active colony in the house. They sprayed the colony at the fence, and made a barrier to protect the house. I also bought pest and mosquito protection. It's not cheap, but the results have been good. The ant infestation is well in control, mosquitos are dramatically reduced, and hopefully the termites have moved on.

Had them spray for spiders. Wolf spiders to be exact. They came and we didnt see any for a few days but then they came back in force. Terminex came back out and tried something different and haven't seen but one or two spiders since.
