Been using Southern for over a year and the technicians are timely and polite.

I called them on Monday and they were out the very next morning. I found some termites in our laundry room that was supposed to have been killed 2yrs ago by a different company when we bought the house. So I called these guys. From the initial phone call to the time they finished, these guys were VERY polite and personable. I watched this team of two inspect the entire house and found three places. They drilled and sprayed under, outside and inside of my entire house. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. Besides them being VERY professional the cost was very affordable. They clean up after themselves and filled all the wholes they drilled. The only down fall was the truck got stuck in my yard but I forgot to tell them it was a low soft area so no big deal. I pulled them out and they got to where they needed to go. Very apologetic and sincerely sorry about the situation. I will just use the tiller and fix the spot. Other than that I will recommend them to everyone.
