Dave is personable and knowledgeable about pests. He listened to any concern we would have and address it with either action or explanation. Our house became infested with black carpenter ants a couple of days ago. Our technician, Stan, came out to the house today to inspect and treat the problem both inside & outside. He advised me on what else I could do to help alleviate the problem further. Like always, Scherzinger was there for us, and it’s been like that for the past 22 years that we’ve been with them. We've been with Scherzinger for almost a year now and have been extremely pleased with the results, but even more than that, the service, both from the office and at our home has been wonderful. Barak is so nice and professional. He always asks how everything has been between treatments and wants to make sure we know we can call in between if needed. We've not had to call because he does such a good job. We always look forward to his next visit though because he is such a pleasure to be around! Our technician, Wendy, goes above and beyond in helping us get our carpenter bees under control. She sprayed, dusted, watched their flight pattern to help us get rid of these pesky bees. She even stuffed steel wool in their entry holes to help keep them out. Way to go. I highly recommend this company and Wendy.

He was on a different route for a couple years and although the other technicians were competent we did not have the rapport as with Casey. He is like a friend of the family.

Lou came by for our regular termite station inspection and did an amazing job! He's not our regular guy so I was surprised when he actually went through and found stations that were inadvertently covered by mulch/dirt that other's hadn't taken the time to find in the past. He replaced broken stations and refilled those that needed it. Basically, he did the job and did it well while being professional and taking pride in his job. You don't see that often anymore. Wish I could have Lou or someone like him all the time to monitor my termite stations!

We are regular Scherzinger customers.Cody Campbell had been our long-time assigned inspector, but when we had ants in our home on the morning of Friday, 3/25/22, we had no idea who our new person was, so I called into the office and talked to a gentleman (I do not recall his name). I told we had ants on our kitchen countertops, among other places, and that my wife and I were leaving home at 12:30 p.m. for the weekend, so we'd like to get someone out before we left. He said there was no way anyone would be able to come out until 4 p.m. on Tuesday (3/29/22). I went to The Home Depot and bought some bait traps and put them out. When we returned home Sunday night, the ants were more plentiful than they had been on Friday before I put out the traps. They were in three rooms and were especially invasive in the kitchen. I called Scherzinger about 9:30 a.m. Monday (3/28/22) and Chris Koch answered. I told him of our plight, and he said he would work on our case to address our problem right away. Shortly thereafter, Ethan Allmon called and said he would be at our home in 30 minutes. He arrived EXACTLY 30 minutes after the call and completely handled our situation within 25 minutes. I can't overstate how much my wife and I appreciated Chris Koch's prompt and effective attention to our situation. He was great to deal with and couldn't have handled our problem any better.

Scherzinger has made a huge difference in our home. Barak is thorough, and treats our home with care. We have an older home with remodeling, and a wooded area. Pests are a part of life, but keeping them out is not my worry, we have Sherzinger to take care of it. We used a different company previously, and the scheduling was flakey, plus the rodents were not being handled. That is not the case with Sherzinger. Easy to schedule, the people on the phone are always calm and friendly, and we never have to wait long for a service if we need one in between routine visits. We had noticed little pieces of styrofoam on the floor by our garage doors. Never noticed any type of bug around the doors. Had Scherzinger come out and they discovered it was from carpenter ants. They were making a new home in my garage doors and were also starting to eat away at the wood frame around the doors. The next day after the treatment there were hundreds of dead carpenter ants on the floor along the garage door. Ended up doing the yearly plan and have not noticed any more issues. Even found a lot of dead stinkbugs from them treating around the house trim and behind the gutters. I believe the treatment was well worth it. I can't imagine how much damage those ants would have done. They did a great job and were always on time. Aaron was very knowledgeable about the entire situation.

Scherzinger has been our "bug" company for years. The other day I noticed large black ants on our deck and house and saw they were coming from a door frame. Responding to my phone call, ScherZinger sent Stan the next morning. He killed the group in the door frame then looked for the colony that had to be living outside. After baiting several trees, Stan found the carpenter ant nest and took care of it. No more carpenter ants. Great job Stan!

Update 3/2/22 - Ron Jones has been my technician since Stan transferred. He is friendly, courteous, professional and pays attention to details. I have not had any problems since I started using Scherzinger. Ron takes care of the inside AND outside of my house. In fact, Ron was the one who told me I should have my soffits repaired so nothing would crawl up in them. (I never knew what a soffit was!). I took his advice. Thanks Ron! ❤ The technician that helped me with my problem was Stanley McCoy. Stanley is knowledgeable and friendly and helped to ease my concerns with his professionalism. Additionally, Stanley was prompt and prepared with the right equipment including taking the necessary health precautions -- wearing a mask, shoe covers and keeping a safe distance. He was prompt and courteous. I appreciated his respecting my sensitivity to the issue I had. I hope Stanley will continue to be my technician if I shouuld need him again. I have never been as impressed by a consumer service as i have been with Scherzinger. The entire process has been as easy as it gets. Every person i have spoken with has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The value for the services provided is very high in my book. Not only was the initial visit very reasonably priced, but the service program I signed up for has a very affordable monthly rate. It is a major peace of mind knowing my home is covered from pests to the level that Scherzinger provides. If anything shows up, other than mosquitoes or termites (which i understand; those are very specific treatment methodologies), the treatment for whatever shows up is covered, even outside of the quarterly treatments. In an age where customer service and value are getting harder to find, I have been more than impressed by the folks at Scherzinger Pest Control. My tech Aaron was respectful of our property, followed very tight Covid protocols, and was VERY thorough and knowledgeable I wholeheartedly recommend their services if you are in need of preventative or acute pest removal needs.

We have been customers for 25+ years. We had 4-5 technicians during that time; one of the technicians for 5-10 years. Our current technician, Mr. Barak Jones, is by far the best of the best! Mr. Jones is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and he is very detail oriented. He takes pride in doing his job, and doing it well. Mr. Jones performs exceptional service and treats our home inspection as if our home was his own. Never before have we had our home inspected as thoroughly before Mr. Jones became our technician. We always thought the service we received, was what it should be. Obviously, that was not the case. Our previous technician would spend 5-15 minutes on our property, even when we had an ant or termite problem. Mr. Jones spends ample time to treat any/all problems we should be experiencing at the time. The inspection reports he prepares are very detailed. Problems are listed and are very legible and leaves no need for interpretation. Mr. Jones answers our questions and concerns with professionalism and patience. What a breath of fresh air! My experience with Dustin Crain of Scherzinger has been absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! We were experiencing some pests in our garage and with a toddler, I wanted to make sure these pests were eliminated before they came into our home. Dustin has made more than 5 visits to our home to troubleshoot our pest problem. He not only eliminated them, but found all possible passages into our garage and home. He educated me on how to prevent this in the future and even helped to patch up some holes we found in the foundation. During this process, he would check in weekly, sometimes twice a week, on the status of the solution he was testing. When I was at my wits end in the beginning of this process and was ready to try anything, he steered me in a direction that kept all of the chemicals and traps outside of the house. As a father himself, he advised that eliminating the pests from inside the home would be a last resort especially knowing we have a 1 year old son. Most servicemen from other companies will do whatever is quickest and easiest and move on to another customer with no follow-up. We appreciate Dustin’s dedication to us as a client in ensuring that we are provided the customer service and end result that we signed up for. Scherzinger—thank you for hiring people like Dustin. He is a role model for all in the service industry. As long as he is there, we will continue to use Scherzinger.

I never ever write reviews, but I feel like my experience with Scherzinger was so good that it warranted a super glowing 5-star review!! This last month (all of August) we have been pestered by 2 different yellow jacket nests on various parts on our home exterior, followed by a vicious hornets nest on a tree hanging close to our house, and add to that a mouse in our garage causing thousands of dollars of damage on our vehicles. I have worked with Bill (in the office) and Barak as our pest control expert. Each time I called desperate for someone to come and take care of the problem they came through within hours! All of this at no extra charge because we are part of the program...we called for him to come back a third day because we caught another mouse in the garage, no questions, he was right back...he put new traps in the garage, then he was back yesterday for his regular visit, he checked the traps in the garage as well as doing his regular routine and everything is good. I'm so happy to know if we see anything between regular visits, we can call and we will get fast, curtious and professional service.
