Elliott was my service tech and he was excellent. He addressed every single one of my concerns and he did a thorough job making sure to cover all aspects and territory. I really appreciated his patience and kindness. I apologize but have to say I cussed my head off about a contractor leaving my home a mess, but he handled it. Just goes to show how much he really does do his job above and beyond. I appreciate everyone at Orkin, always excellent service and kind people. We were having a terrible time with ants. After the first time Orkin came out we didn’t see any more ants. We were so pleased. The backyard was also sprayed for mosquitoes. We have a pool and we were worried about having to deal with mosquitoes. We haven’t had any problems so far. Great service.

Everything was great! We had the inside of our house treated as well as the out side. The question I have is my daughter touch the product that was applied about 30min after the application on the inside of the house. I told her to wash her hands with soap and water. About 6hr later her stomach started to hurt and about 10 hr later she was throwing up but did not have a temperature The tech said the product applied in the house was safe. Have you had any other reports? I am just putting 2 and 2 together this morning as the only thing that was different. It may be related it may not. Please advise. Aron

He answered ALL my questions, and understood my total discomfort with rodents; removed dead mice without hesitation, and without making me feel like a pest (no pun intended). He agreed to come back for a follow-up on a day and at a time most convenient for me! He was on time and prepared. Backing up, my sales professional, Victoria, was equally wonderful and accommodating. She honored a discount that she'd quoted weeks prior to me actually committing to the service. I called several places but I called them first and I was so pleased with the professionalism and detailed information and support given by the CSR Deborah that even after calling 2 other businesses that were slightly cheaper I decided to go with them because of their professionalism and the fact they could fit me in the day of. Deborah explained thoroughly how the process works and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or just a business transaction. Brice came that same day on time as scheduled to provide the service. He too explained everything well, checked out the house, and treated the interior and exterior. We agreed on the treatment plan together. He was thorough and efficient. I hope that these treatments work quickly. So far I am pleased with my choice of using Orkin. I highly recommend them.

besides some updates that needed to be corrected on my account, I am pretty impressed with the service I moved into a new home and discovered a ton of mosquitoes after my first visit I realized that what I thought was just some brush in the neighbors yard was actually a abandon pool and I knew it was going to be difficult to control mosquitoes and so far the mosquito population has drastically decreased and I'm very pleased that's far thank you

They did a great job, good notification on when they were coming. Super nice guys and thorough. Saw one cockroach the other night crawling on the wall and killed it. Called orkin for the first time and they were here the next day. They inspected everything and sprayed accordingly and good news, didn’t see infestation signs so they didn’t have to put any traps out. They think it came in From an Amazon package. Whew…awesome company and they have done a great job so far !

I was extremely pleased with my recent service from Orkin. We used the wildlife guarantee plan and William, our installer was very thorough installing the necessary screens and other blockages to keep all the "outside" creatures outside where they belong. He was very professional and meticulous in his work. Jeff, who initially found our critter problem was very good at explaining the plan and how it works. He was very professional also.

Dec 27, today was a dumb day to send someone to caulk up around my house for mice. There is SNOW AND LEAVES covering everything. He tried but I sure would like it rechecked when the weather is better and he needs to bring a blower. Brice did a good job finding the places and showing me pictures. This just wasn’t the day for doing it.

We had orkin come out today for treating for mice, they were very prompt when I called the office we started our new service with them today and the young man who was on call was very polite and informative and thorough. I will post more when I find out if it actually works 😊 Update. August 7, 2020 Orkin is good, we can call them and tell them were having a certain problem and they get on it, but they never go on the schedule we told them. They have a certain time in listed in our profile but still dont have enough respect to show up during the times we have asked.

The insulation installers arrived an hour late and blew insulation in our attic. (Which they came to do.) They also accidentally blew insulation all over my sons bedroom and failed to clean it up completely and left insulation all over our stairs, front yard and in our driveway. I do not recommend them. They tried to enter the bathroom without asking while someone in our family was in there. Highly unprofessional.

I was a bit concerned because they did not call or email to confirm the day before - most services do. But when I called the morning of, all was well and I was on the schedule. The young man was polite and professional and got right to work. He worked solidly for 4 hours - drilling holes all around the house, inserting the anti-termite solution, and filling the holes. He explained the process and that it would not harm our dogs. I have nothing but good things to say about the procedure so far - I hope it works!

We were disappointed with the service we received. Two days after our home was treated for mice we caught 2 mice in the basement. I called our salesman and was told someone would return to make sure all openings are sealed. This was a week ago and we not heard from anyone to get this done. I have left several messages but no calls have been returned. We paid a lot of money for this service and expected more from Orkin.

We had a bad experience with fleas in our brand new home, we tried multiple DIY solution sand sprays from amazon but they didn't seem to work. We decided to contact Orkin to help with our situation, after the first treatment the fleas seemed to Disappear, but not completely (which they warned us about). After the second full treatment of the house we have not seen any sign of fleas. Overall I would recommend Orkin as a good choice of exterminators, they were very kind and informative of the entire situation.

The young man who came to do our annual termite inspection was very pleasant and professional. My only issue is that Orkin no longer calls to make an appointment with the home owner. I just happened to have returned from being out all day and the young man caught me at home. he offered to reschedule and that is not the point. Orkin has no consideration for the time schedule of their customers. They just drop by. This is the second year Orkin arrived with out an appointment and I find it very rude,

The guy that showed up was very nice! Really good service. The only issue is, over the phone, the woman who booked my appointment told me that they would do more than just spray. So I was under the impression that their would be more done than just spraying. I could go to the store and spend $20 on a indoor/outdoor spray. I am hoping the conversation was recorded because that is not what was told me. No one showed up to my appointment and they were nice enough to lower the price for me because of it which was very accommodating, but, it still is a lot of money for its spraying my house. So now I have to find another company or handy man so help clear out all the nest that have accumulated and patching up the spots that bugs and rodents are getting in through.

Our service tech is wonderful; however the scheduling clerk in the office can’t seem to follow my request of speaking with me prior to scheduling an appointment. Appointments should be at my convenience not the company’s. On more than one occasion I’ve received voice mails TELLING me when they’re coming. The most recent experience required me to call the office 3 times before anyone called me back and then she confirmed that there is a note on the file saying they must speak with me prior to scheduling service.

I’m not totally dissatisfied, but I did expect more. This is a one-time, one follow-up service call for me.

Just signed up for Orkins services. So far, so great! I'm not sure what to do in the pest control department. Do I spray? Do I set traps? Bait? What kind of bait? One of each, like a buffet for ants? I don't know. But the Orkin technician knew!! He was knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. He answered so many of my pest control questions that I ran out of questions. Most importantly, he didn't minimize my overreaction to my ant problem. Instead, he just assured me that it's manageable, completely normal for the area and that they will do all they can to help keep bugs out of my house!

While their service is great their practice is not. I was supposed to be taken off auto pay only for them to say oh you was on easy pay. What do you mean? I asked to be taken off of everything that charges my card without my knowledge. I was charged 78.00 even without me being their only to find out that auto pay and easy pay or 2 different things. One thing that was not different was me saying take me off and it is not what happened. So my card was charge without my knowledge and without me.being there. ORKIN SAVED THE DAY!!! I called Orkin after going through a competitor & having a horrible experience (The technician stole my son's ADHD medication). I explained the situation to the Orkin representative who took my call. Not only did she apologize for what I had experienced with the other company, she offered to give me a $50 credit off the initial spray, because she felt bad that I had just paid $185 for the other company to spray (which they didn't do). She also explained why the Orkin treatment is different & more effective, & gave me tips on how to keep the pests out. My entire house was in the middle of my floors covered up because the other company was supposed to spray our house, but he took my son's medicine & left instead. The Orkin representative said she didn't want us to have to keep our house like that for days, or worse put it all away just to get it back out again, & she was able to schedule a technician to come out the next morning between 10-12. My daughter-in-law was home when he came, right at 10:15. He was extremely nice & professional. He told her that the rep who scheduled my appointment had told him about what happened to us with the other company, & he also apologized on behalf of the competitor company. He also said that he wanted to make sure he took care of us, especially after what we'd been through. He saw she wasn't feeling good & said that he would be as quick as he could. He was very thorough, checking every room in the house as well as outside. He asked if we had noticed any problem areas. He thoroughly treated the inside & outside of our home. He even took time to give love to our curious dogs. He was amazing! One of the best things about Orkin is that they use chemicals that are safe for humans & pets, so we didn't have to move our pets or leave the house for 4 hours, like with the previous company. I am so thankful that we found an honest & good company to help us. Thanks Orkin!!

Brian was our first technician and he was great. However towards the ends of service we had two others whom I was not familar with and the service wasn't as good. Our last service my wife informed me that one of the technicians told her he'd check the garage for wasps nests. She witnessed him never check the garage. The technician then reported to her that he did infact check the garage. Sum it up Orkin is a good company, Brian was our first techinican and he was great. The other two who came we'rent very good. Moral of the story be sure Orkin sends a good technician and keep him honest. Once you find a good one request they come back on every visit, folks.

Up until this point, we were satisfied Today... they no showed and no called. Very disappointed, as we are anxious to get this problem eradicated. Tech sprayed heavily my security system’s water leak detection sensor that was by the water heater. This set off the security alarm, security company making numerous calls to me and eventual had to un install the sensor totally. I’ve not had time to fix it yet. Security company said I will probably just have to replace it. Techs need to look carefully before spraying so they don’t mess up electronic devices etc.

I was disappointed at the first spray. Didn’t make much difference. The problem was clutter. You have to have everything of the floors. I have a bad foot and back and the only place I could leave my stuff was outside. The second spray, I did notice a reduction of the fleas. Hopefully I can get the clutter out.
