OPC’s technician, Danny has done an awesome job getting rid of the moles that were destroying our yard! He is always very conscious of our two dogs when placing bait so they can’t get into it. They also treat for bugs by spraying the exterior of the house and it has worked beautifully without the need to spray inside. I highly recommend OPC Pest control!

OPC has the best service of any company I deal with. I have used their four season service for years. Danny came yesterday. I am usually not home when they stop by. It was cool to see what they do. What they do is above and beyond. I asked what is the tall brush for? Cobwebs he says. Then proceeds to find some wasp nest. Sprays them and knocks them down. James was my technician and he’s been out to our house multiple times, as we have the house serviced quarterly, and he’s great every time. Always offering additional advice as how to maintain a pest free home. We back up to a flood reservoir and structurally the people who built the home didn’t do the best job so he’s been extremely helpful and thorough every time he comes. We’ve had to call in between the quarterly visits simply because these ants can’t take a hint and he’s never seemed put out or irritated to have to come back. He’s great!

We have the quarterly service to spray the inside and outside of our home however they never call to schedule an appointment with us they just randomly show up usually when nobody’s home so once we figure out that they’ve been there we have to call them back to come out to spray the inside of the house. When I first set up an account with them I was told that they schedule every appointments and that is a lie. They have never called us to schedule an appointment, I have always had to reach out to them to spray the inside after finding out from a neighbor that they were here on our property.

We started off with an ant problem getting under our back room and into the outside walls (no ants inside house). They came over, killed the ants, sprayed inside and out. Now, I have them on quarterly visits to spray the foundation outside to stop any more such surprises. They are professional, friendly, helpful. Pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using OPC for a few years now. We started when we had mice in our house. We signed up for the 4 seasons program which covers spraying around the outside of the house every season and covered taking care of the mice inside. They laid traps and bait for the mice and they went away. We live in a very old house so we ended up getting them again the next year and they took care of them again. Very affordable and super nice.

Last year I had my yard treated for mosquitoes because my dog got heartworms even though she was on a preventive. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. Mosquitoes eat me alive and I did not get bit one time in my yard. The service is from April to October, $45/ month and no contracts! I am now on automatic renewal. You do have to wait 30 minutes to let your dogs back out. I get a text the day before that they are coming out! Great customer service!

Mediocre, at best. The Pest Techs were friendly and hospitable. However, having set up with OPC mosquito plan from April to October was Not cost-effective, nor effective in the treatment of Mosquitoes! My wife and I suffered greatly trying to enjoy our Outdoor Space; even after application. Sorry Guys! No offense, but this Disabled USArmy Veteran deserves better for his Family next year!

Also, because of the proximity of my house to a large park, rodents can be a problem and I've had some extermination and exclusion services done by OPC. I have been very happy with them. They've been responsive and timely each time I've needed services. Their calls are answered promptly and professionally. I think they are very reasonably priced -- each time, I've been surprised by my estimates because I thought they'd be so much more expensive. I really appreciate the service I get from them.

Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend OPC Services to any one I know and would use you in the future if I ever have any problems. The technician was excellent — he was thorough, very warm, and inspected the house before performing the extermination. He determined that he did not think we needed the service based on what he saw, and told us to keep the house really clean and continue to monitor and that if we see any fleas in a few weeks or months to call back and have the service performed then. It means a lot when someone gives an honest assessment and recommendation based on their knowledge / skill rather than going through with the task just because it was scheduled. This is the kind of service that builds trust and is the foundation for a great business / client relationships.

A most excellent experience! The woman kind enough to lead me through the sign up process asked a few questions to help identify what the best plan for my house is without paying too much. I like that! Also, the technician (Jess) arrived on time and called before he arrived with a realistic time frame for his arrival. I was at a local business for an appointment. The technician came in and asked if they wanted the inside to be sprayed. The owner started that he was supposed to be there at 8am. The tech’s response was, so do you want to be sprayed? The owner said yes but we have customers in the building. He said, so they are not patients. I have not witnessed someone so rude in a very long time. I wouldn’t want someone who acted like that in my place of business. **Edit: OPC did reach out, as seen in the reply to this post. I spoke to a service manager who asked for details, apologized, and said that they would address the issue.**

We have been OPC customers for several years. They check for termites and we also have the internal check for bugs. They have immediately responded when we have had a problem especially with silverfish. This year we added the mosquito control. The mosquito population is definitely down and a side benefit is we have no flies this year. OPC is easy to deal with and professional in dealing with our pests. We have used OPC for the last four years at St. Vincent DePaul. Our main technician has been Robert. He is kind and good with the clients on campus. Sometimes Robert is asked to cover both pest control and bedbug check. I have in my experience found that this is not a wise plan. Sometimes Robert is feeling the two jobs and does not check the beds as carefully as probably should be done. I know that sometimes after the inspection someone comes back and says they have bedbugs. Please know that the population we serve are all homeless and their friends may come from a shelter and bring in the bedbugs. It is hard to say but Robert does try hard to meet our many needs.

Please come to wayside Christian mission downtown on east Jefferson and please do a treatment. They have cockroaches, bedbugs flys and mice. It’s a shelter and babies stay here. Please help. I have been using OPC for several years. I do the 3 month maintenance plan and I get mosquito treatment in summer! Worth ever penny! One year I did not get treatment and had bugs/ants all in house. I also got termites 2 years ago so I now do the maintenance on that too! One time I had a rat in my house and OPC took care of that too. Mike is my service guy and I just love him! He always texts me ahead of time to make sure my dogs are put up and let's me know my gate is secure when he leaves! Great company!
