Olivia GueldaI was very impressed with Greenix. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They didn’t push me to make unnecessary upgrades, and when I ran out of time during the setup process, the representative was able to walk me through the rest via text message, which was super convenient.
Also, I am so used to service technicians showing up behind schedule, but Charles, the technician, was actually just slightly ahead of schedule! He was super friendly and professional, and he walked me through each process from start to finish.
Wanted to give a shout out. It’s a 10/10 for me. Thanks!
C. ToneyI like Greenix a lot. The pricing is a little higher but I like their after service emails, texts, and especially having the option of unlimited re-servicing visits for free, if I call them with a bug problem. The only downfall for me is the scheduling.
I'll just get an email one day out of nowhere with the notification that my Tech will be here in like 2 days. I don't like that and prefer to be contacted to set up an appointment. I had to call and have a note put on my account to call me before scheduling a visit. Again, this a problem for me, but may not be for someone else.
Bobbi PlankGreenix came out immediately when other companies were telling me days out. They are very reasonably priced and do an excellent job. The techs are very courteous and listen to you about your concerns. They go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend them to everyone
Aretha StarrDanny was very professional, efficient and well educated on what he does! He came before my scheduled appointment time, communicated throughout the day with updates and expected arrival time! Once he arrived he was friendly and just an overall cool guy to be around while getting the job done!
Harvey Pedigowe recieved the winter 3 step treatment. all outside webs was cleared Good ! spray 3 ft up, granules 3 ft out. good job ! the tech was charles and was nice, did a great job !
