When finished, Thomas showed me what had been done & what to expect in the future. I was assured that there would be a follow up inspection & call if needed.

Fox Pest Control has been my home service provider since 2020. I have been very pleased with the services. Last week was my normal scheduled service but I was out of town and they were not able to get into my home. I have spiders that I need evicted. :-) I noticed a Fox Rep, (I just realized his business card has Cody Wadsworth - Owner), next door last night and was giving him a hard time about me not being home.. I was joking.. He immediately got me scheduled for today to have the inside completed. How many business owner's do you know that still hit the pavement? Jacob came to the house and took care of the inside treatment. Now that we have a new grandbaby, I was concerned about any chemicals being used. Jacob was very detailed with explaining everything so I would not be concerned. Jacob was also very polite and respectful of the property. I recommend this company to all my friends.

Brian performed my Winter Quarterly Service and was very willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. He addressed my top concerns by giving my crawl space a good spraying as well as checking bait stations for perimeter rodent control. My main issues deal with the crickets and spiders around the house and in the crawl space and mice around the perimeter. Brian did a great job spraying the crawl space. I would recommend Brian to anyone.

I recently contracted Pest Control Services from an outfit in Lexington called Fox Pest Control. Today was the first visit from them and I was highly impressed. My service technician, John was professional, very knowledgeable and thorough! He arrived in a timely manner for our morning appointment and 'went up and beyond' to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed. In the day ' n age, it's rare that someone actually seems to want to do a good job and has pride in their work.... you can tell John does. He treated my property with respect.... completing service work on both the interior and exterior. He even cleaned up.... which was welcomed, kind and unexpected. I was actually thinking about getting an exterminator for some critters my own treatments hadn't been able to take care of, so I signed up and had my first treatment later on by Colt. While I can't speak to the quality of their product at keeping things away (yet as this was the first treatment), I can say that both gentlemen were very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful and were great representatives for Fox. I can also appreciate the simple pricing scheme as other contracts I've looked at for pest control services were chocked full of legalese and hidden, additional charges for services I would think would be part of a basic package. This showed me being on time is something that meant something to him, but at the same time didn't want to interrupt anything I may have had going on before the appointment. So far not too happy. First mosquito control service was great. Second was supposed to happen August 25th and didnt. They rescheduled it for the 30th and then I got a notification on the 28th that they couldnt do my treatment because my dog was out. If my dog was out without me it would have been on the porch and we were at home the entire day and they didnt even try to knock or ring the doorbell to put the dog inside if that was the case. The product worked well but by day 23 the mosquitos were back and now I cant go outside again because they didnt try to complete the 2nd treatment very well. Going to give them 1 more chance to prove themselves because the product works.

We've been with Fox Pest Control about 9 months now and we've had a good experience thus far. We had an ant problem in our kitchen and after spraying twice they were still there. The third time they came back and did a complete barrier around the table and we never had a problem there since. We also had a tech who used our water hose and when I went outside 3 hours later it was still running. I would've been ok if he told me he was using it because then I could've told him the knob it tricky and to make sure it's all the way off. I just told a manager and he personally delivered a check the next day for the water usage. It was nice that I didn't have to get upset for him to do something. I told him what happened and he told me how he was going to fix it. Yes, they're not perfect but their customer service is refreshing. If you communicate the problem they'll make it right and I love a company like that. *sidenote* I would personally recommend Zach. He is the most thorough tech I've seen in my house yet!

Polite, efficient and professional attitude. However, few recs to the "OWNER" of the business: -1- get more customer service agents so folks are not forced to leave phone messages. When someone calls Pest Control, no one wants to be put on hold or told we'll call you later... that's poor management! -2- please give your field-agents the necessary tools so they can charge Credit cards on the site and email receipts to customers then and there. There are loads of such gadgets out there. It again reflects you're behind the curve. I may recommend this service but with the caveat that site agents are great, management is not up to par! Folks never give updates when the owners or admin has taken action. I am here to do just that. Since my gripping above, they have completely remodeled their answering service and follow up. It is amazing now. The customer service even remembers you now and are up-to-date on customers in the area. So, thank you for listening.

I generally HATE door to door sales people, our neighborhood is no-solicitation, but Jesse was a straight shooter, honest, fair, and fast. David came a few days later and was very thorough. David Jones sprayed my house this morning and did an amazing job. Knocked down cobwebs and went above and beyond to say the least. Very friendly. My first treatment was last month for big black ants and they recommended 2 back to back treatments as carpenter ants can cause some major issues if you don’t disrupt their reproduction cycle. After the first treatment I only saw 2 ants all month. I’m sure they’ll be completely gone after this treatment and I’m so thankful! No more spiders is nice too 😂 Update: I’ve had several treatments now & all of the technicians have been beyond nice & helpful! I would suggest allowing for free reapplications of your mosquito treatment as other competitors around town do. I’d love to make this a one stop shop but have to stay with competitor due to free resprays for mosquitos

I gave one final shot for a Saturday morning... alas again no call no show. Revised... After recieving a phone call from Kelby.. John and Kelby came out took care of everything. They were very respectful and professional. They also made right any issues and gave me great customer service. After speaking with Kelby and John I have learned that all information given to me previously by Devin was wrong. I was overcharged and the job was not completed. I was told that the service was to be done in 30 days and that's not the way it's suppose to work. John redid my contract so that I would be paying the proper price. My next service in Nov will also be free of charge because of all issues.

Pretty solid experience as far as treating some ant hills and I'm seeing fewer insects in general around the property. Only hiccup involved expectations regarding termite service. I did specifically mention that we appear to have a minor issue with termites in our garden and the salesperson implied that the initial treatment would not add substantially - if at all - to the start-up cost of around $200-$300, so I was a little surprised and disappointed to be told by the service person that I'm still probably looking at $1,500-$2,500 to have the issue properly dealt with. I expect I'm partly at fault for not having a better understanding of what it costs to treat termites regardless of how prevalent they are, but I think more could have been done to set a clearer expectation.
