I use their service for testing both inside and outside my home and detached garage. I never have an issue with insects in my home. I also use their mosquito treatment and that has helped enable my family to enjoy our yard. Eric Freedland, the technician, is always polite, courteous, timely and willing to share information. I highly recommend their services.

Update: I have been using Black Diamond for a year now. The service is still perfect! Eric is truly awesome to work with. Always respectful and genuine. I haven't had a single pest make it into the home since he started performing services in my home. Couldn't recommend him enough! Very professional! I described my issues to them via their phone (their call back system is a great feature! Who likes waiting) and they were able to schedule around my hectic work schedule. Service technician showed up and was more than happy to answer my questions. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. I haven't seen a single pest inside my home since the service. I'll be recommending Black diamond to all my friends and family.

I have found a lot of good reviews for this place, but personally who are those people that can afford them!!!! I was told it would cost me $260. Just for the first visit and I would have to leave my home for four hours, just because I mentioned fleas, ( I have 11 pets in my house! and if I wanted the house flea bombed, I could do that myself for a lot cheaper) and that they would need to come monthly and I would have to find out from their technician when they came what that monthly visit would cost me.

Manager Eric dropped by to discuss pest control services at our restaurant in comparison to who we used before. Now a pest issue that we fought for nearly two years with the other company is gone!!!! And after just one visit, a very thorough inspection, and a simple treatment..our pest issues are gone!!! Kudos to Eric for going the extra mile to solve our ongoing pest issue and nearly cutting our monthly pest control bill in half!!!! *****Highly recommend Black Diamond over the other guys out there*****
