Very helpful! I called and informed them I was at an Airbnb out of town and found bed bugs and was in need of advice. They talked to me for 20 minutes advising me what to do. That was above and beyond since the Airbnb was in Tennessee and would not result in business for them. Even went as far as to allow me to send a text to his cell phone with the picture of the bug we found to confirm. I appreciated it very much and he said if we had any trouble to give our Airbnb host his number and he would confirm it was a bed bug. I can’t recommend them enough!
