This company is the best. All their employees are very nice, polite, respectful and efficient. I have had a great experience with this company, from the signing up process to calling when still seeing wasps...they came back just a few days after my call. I highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. I left this prematurely...after the last treatment, I found a large wasp nest on my deck, which I sprayed myself. There are several spider webs on the deck as well...and lots of wasps flying around the deck steps and deck...so, I will be calling them again.

Daniel and Killian were great to work with. Both were very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We made a plan of action to rid our home and yard of pests. They were so thorough! Killian even swept our eaves in addition to spraying the entire perimeter of the yard and house. I'm very pleased with the price as well.

They are always courteous, they go above and beyond, they are thorough, and I haven’t had such a great experience with any other pest control company! They come out in between quarterly treatments when I need them. I definitely recommend them!

They do a great job at informing you they are coming. They spray quickly and are always professional. The only reason they got a 4 is because the main reason I got their service was for mosquito issue we have. I found out recently that they no longer guarantee mosquitoes and I was never informed. I just happened to find out they no longer guarantee Mosquitoes a month or two ago when I talked to the friendly staff who was there to spray. I just wish it actually really helped for the number one reason I signed up for the service.

Been with Aptive for a couple of years now, always great, professional service. They handle scheduling and send reminders of the service appointments, along with AutoPay on their site, its one less thing to manage, remember or worry about. With their service, we've never had any issues and the house remains pest free. Highly recommend!

My service rep explained why he couldn’t spray the inside of the house and said my service for the inside will be rescheduled at no charge. Said the freezing weather damaged the chemicals for spraying.

First off, Nate is outstanding as a sales representative! He walked me step by step with the process and answered all my questions and kept in contact with me the whole time making sure I was satisfied with my decision which I highly appreciate. Shane was outstanding as well who did the pest control. He let me know when he was on the way and was on time. When he arrived, he ran through the steps and process and we ended up having a conversation about random topics after letting me know what he was going to do. It was like talking to a friend. He let me know when he was done and if I needed any services before my next appointment to call customer service. I was very comfortable and satisfied with my experience as a new customer. I’m very glad I switched pest control companies!

This is my first treatment, therefore I can only speak to this visit. The treatment person was on time, very nice, explained everything well. She gave me an opportunity to ask question and she answered them promptly. Her work was done in a timely manner. She let me know she was leaving and once again ask if I had any questions.

Technicians are always on time and conduct themselves in a professional manner. They do a very thorough job on the entire yard and house including porches, decks and sidewalks . Aptive has successfully rid my home of ants and spiders with just a couple of visits. We tried for years to eliminate the ants by ourselves, only to have them return again and again.

Absolutely wonderful! I have my yard sprayed every 3 months for bugS. I feel like it really makes a difference as far as bugs around the yard and in the house. Once I set up the first appointment Aptive has kept track for me. I receive a text every 3 months with a date and time of next appointment and they come spray my yard down. Highly recommend!

As the service the man sprayed but the sales rep lied about everything they were going to do. He never done everything he stated he would do.also quoted me the wrong price. He only said he was doing this to get a sale I was very disappointed. The guy who sprayed I paid him but wasn't happy about the sales rep lies.

I was a little nervous to try Aptive because I had not heard of this company before this young man knocked on my door offering me a deal to use their pest control service. The deal was because someone else in the neighborhood had signed up for service and they were trying to fill their schedule for that same day. I trust no one and this approach seemed pretty sketchy so we initially said “thanks, but no thanks”. A few weeks later another young man (Cameron) was knocking on my door offering a deal and this time I asked several questions regarding the company and their sales approach. He was very forthcoming and knowledgeable in his answers so I decided to give them a try (Cameron you have a great future in sales if you decide to pursue it!). The first appointment was a few days later. When Jason showed up to spay, he was very polite and respectful of my home. He asked several questions and listened to my response to ensure the proper service. I can’t speak on the product itself as it was just done yesterday but I can say I am very pleased with the customer service so far.

This Aptive service is efficient. They explain the seasons and the staff that came today asked if I had questions and took photos so I could see where he had treated. Killian is the best! So Thorough. I can always call for extra service and they always respond. They share their wisdom freely.

I honestly wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with the service. Someone had stopped by house mentioning they were servicing a few of my neighbors that day. What they mentioned sounded pretty good so I decided to try it out. As far as treatments go, this is the best pest control service I’ve ever been with. I was completely surprised with how thorough of a job the technician did while servicing my home. He took care of everything that was promised to me earlier and was super friendly and helpful with answering a few of the questions I had about how the products work. I’ll definitely be continuing with Aptive for the time being. They seem to be willing to do their best work to get us taken care of!

Aptive has been simply amazing since I signed up. I ended up with a yellow jackets nest right outside my back door. Now one sting from one of these little guys can kill me mind you. I am beyond appreciative of the quick response by the customer service agent that took my call. She knew how important it was to me and my life. Each service pro that has come to our home has been very polite & knowledgeable about their job. My only complaint is that we were having a bad problem with Indian Meal Moths. The service pro that came to our house during that time told us he would let someone in the office know because he didn’t have the stuff with him to take care of them. He said I should receive a phone call in a few days. I never did get a call & ended up finding a homemade bug killer & took care of them myself! Because of this, I can only give them 4 stars. Otherwise, they would get 5!

Like a lot of the other reviews say, nobody loves having unexpected solicitors show up at their door; but I don't have any more spiders or ants around my house, and they got all of the mice out of the garage! The technicians who've serviced my home have always been really nice and helpful!

Jared and Andrew were super nice and professional. Honestly, I feel like their service is a good deal. My 5 yr old deck was chewed up by carpenter ants. Have you checked the price of lumber? Its worth it to me to save my deck because otherwise those ants would cost me $8000. Additionally. They sotayed the grass and bushes so mosquitos wouldn't fly around. I recommend them. They are personable and I trust them.
