The termite treatment with Western Exterminator was great! They were professional and excellent in their expertise. They got the job done fast and accurately. They spotted out the termites quickly and explained to us patiently how they would do the treatment. They were very responsive for the work while kept the space clean and nice. I highly recommend using Western Exterminator. I called to make an appointment for bugs we have seen around the house (fruit bugs). They could of came out and charged us a service call but we’re very honest and gave us tips of what we can do to eliminate the bugs. We removed a big plant that was over watered to the backyard and the bugs were gone. Although they didn’t physically service our home, they were very honest and very professional. The inspection was done by Matt, who was very professional, kind and sincere in his approach to resolving the mystery of what was causing me so much distress - multiple insect/bug bites without real evidence of the cause. I was ready to either fumigate my home or move out! Matt was deligent in his investigation and found that I j had mosquito larvae thriving in an orchid plant that had standing water. It was amazing to see the swimming larvae. I was relieved that a cause had been identified due to Matt’s investigative skills - a true “Sherlock” and “Saviot”‼️‼️

I canceled my service with a well known termite company due to poor customer service. It took hours to just connect to someone. I just happened to mention my frustration to a friend who suggested that I call Western Exterminator. She had just had them do some work around her home and was very pleased with their service. i finally got around to call to set up an appointment for a free inspection. I ended up choosing them for drywall termites service and added treatment for subterranean termites for preventative measure as there were old signs of their presence. On the day of service Andy arrived and right away I noticed how, very thorough and efficient he worked. A big difference compared to the techs Ive had from the previous company. I must say, I’m so glad I switched over to Western Exterminator. I highly recommend this company.

Juan Guzman saw us through the whole process for a VA refinance quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly with pleasantness and friendliness. We had a pre and post inspection, trapping rats and covering their entry ways, stripping old attic insulation and installing new, repairing roof holes - all within two weeks- even 2 days earlier than proposed when requested. All I had to do was sign on the line. A great team with great work. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with bugs in an apartment and called Western Saturday morning. They were extremely responsive both in terms of checking to see if Saturday service was possible the same day and in terms of actually performing the service by mid afternoon. The tech also took time to explain to me that the bugs mignt still appear for up to several weeks after the treatment, but that they would all be in the process of dying. This was information that I did not know. I passed this information on to the tenants so they wouldn't be wondering why they still were seeing bugs.

They have been reliable in showing up this year but not in past years. During the peak of CoVid, they stopped coming altogether and then claimed I stopped service and charged me a fee for starting service again AND a higher service visit rate. Scam? I think so. I had been using them for 8 years. Although I will say the service now is much better and Lamar is the nicest of people who has been assigned to my quarterly service - but this stunt pulled by the company has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will keep my eyes open for a different, more honest company for the future. P.S. got a comment from Western upon reading this review, saying they’d contact me, implying a remedy, and never heard from them.
