I called Terminix based on a friend’s recommendation. My house was showing early signs of termite damage and Terminix came to my house for an inspection. I’m not sure if they are the cheapest but they certainly are very professional in their type of work. Simply stated, There are no tricks or gimmicks with this company. They are very straightforward And they deliver on everything they promise. Of particular exception, I liked their technician’s honesty as well as how thoroughly they answered my questions. I was so impressed with their initial work that I decided to hire them to do year around pest-control maintenance on my property (ant, roach, crickets, etc). Give them a try. I think you will agree that this is a good company.

I never had problems before . Today I bought some products from lowes and use my self . And other problem is you have to move you most of the stuff . If one time solve the problem for domes months may be ok but doesn’t clear at all .

Service good. Billing problems big issue. Bait and switch. No return calls from inspector. Runaround from agents. Reps say different things and will email but none, NONE, received. First resolved and later rebilled inaccurate duplicate billing. Amount owed not what was quoted. Still waiting for callback for resolution.

Highly recommend Javier Romero!! Right after we moved into our home we started seeing a couple of roaches. After the 2nd sighting we called a local pest control company (not Terminix). They were nice and professional enough. 5 weeks from their initial visit, sightings had become a daily occurrence, in higher numbers (multiple roaches at the same time) and occasionally even during the daytime. We asked the pest control company to come back again for a followup spray. Days later (again, after numerous sightings), we decided to switch companies and called Terminix. I can't say enough good things about Terminix, and especially our technician, Javier Romero. The other exterminator would tell me it's normal, it's common for the neighborhood, etc. The second I described the situation to Javier, he said [paraphrasing], "Oh yeah, that's not normal." And then he went to work. It completely put me at ease. I didn't think he was just showing up, spraying some stuff and leaving. He went through the trouble spots and pointed out the routes they might be using to get into the house, advising that we close up all the holes to the outside. He talked through the treatment he would use, why he was using it, what it was going to do, and what outcome we could expect. He didn't sugar coat the problem so I knew he was taking it seriously. He also examined that some inexperienced technicians can even accidentally bring roach eggs into a residence on their shoes. Years later, we are pretty sure that's what the other company did, by mistake. But Javier completely fixed the problem and we have not have one roach since he showed up. We have complete faith in Javier. He fixed all of our pest problems and has never, ever let us down.

I would give Chris a 10++.. he is very through. Always checks with me to see if we have any issues and then checks back in after he is finished. He calls a few days before he comes to remind me he is coming and to see if I have any special needs. I watch him protect our house and our yard and he is very conscious about his approach and is not afraid to move something if needed.. .He is a true professional.. Thanks Chris!!!

It really works!! I don't see any pests in my house, they are completely gone. The outside is clean too, I can see roaches only around the service time. A service lasts for good 3 months. My bug guy was Louie. He was very professional from start to finish. He called with an eta the day before and arrived when he said he would. He respected my home by wearing covers for his shoes and explained everything he was doing and gave instructions of what I should do and expect the ants to do. When they finally got an inspector to actually show up, the first appointment the inspector never showed up or called and it took me 2 days to get it resolved with a manager and a second appointment the inspection was completed and no issues, but the manager was suppose to get back to me to explain why the first appointment was never kept and to this day he has not reached out, not very professional to treat a customer of over 30 years.

Excellet insight into the minds of rats! Both service technicians that I have been fortunate to have assigned to me were excellent in the diagnosis. Problem solved both times: 1. Too many holes left in my foundation-adjacent areas left by mulitiple contractors. Fixed immediately. 2. Camilias (with delictable buds that rats love to eat- who knew?) growing along side my deck with TV cables acticing like tightropes for the would-be rat acrobats. They had access... until the camillias were trimmed below deck level and the cables were tacked along the side of the house. Problem solved immediatey. Thank you Terminex. I am sorry that I do not have access to the names of the Terminex technitions. They were wonderful and deserve a promotion with a pay raise.
