He was very patient with my questions and very much appreciated his protective gear (masked and offered to put on protective shoe covers when entering the house). This review is a long time coming. It was very good fortune that I was referred to Ronin Pest Control 6 years ago. I have used them several times a year at our rentals for a variety of pests and rodents. Amy and everyone in the office are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They return calls and respond to my emails promptly. Appointments are confirmed the day before and the technicians call 30 minutes before they arrive. I sometimes have tenants call them directly and the office kindly coordinates the service times and keeps me posted. The technicians are always informative and very thorough. Jonathan has been out many times and makes this unpleasant part of property ownership relatively painless. He always takes his time to explain treatment options and why they work. He really understands his business. Jonathan was out twice in the last week. He patiently dealt with a very particular tenant while communicating with me throughout the process. He helped put together a multi-pronged plan to address the issues at that property. Thanks Jonathan! For me, maintaining a property with confidence requires a reliable team; plumber, electrician, handyman, and I’m lucky to have Ronin in my corner.

I selected Ronin based on ratings of your company's customer service, Despite my initial skepticism regarding online evaluations, I must admit that your business, particularly your service technician Efren, exceeded my basic expectations. Efren kept me informed of his initial arrival. Then, after carefully inspecting every crevice inside and outside my home, he led me on a tour while outlining the root of the issue and the steps necessary to resolve it. Efren could have sold me the moon at this point, and I would have purchased it. He was respectful, attentive, sincere, and responsive—all qualities that make for top-notch customer service! Twice they have provided me with the best service for rat mitigation, pre and post renovation. Today David and Bryan came to check a potential garden bed problem. I am relieved to learn and know that the digging is not due to gophers, moles or voles! David took time to show me the evidence demonstrates it is not from tunneling animals. He also explained how I could safely eliminate the grubs/food source. For now I am happy for the animals to have their food source, knowing that my plant and fruit tree roots are not in danger. Excellent service that I highly recommend! Service technician Owen Foster called me ahead of schedule to let me know what time he'd be coming by and arrived when he said he would. Owen thoroughly inspected the interior, attic and exterior. He showed me small open areas where rodents entered my home. He explained in detail the services Rodin Pest Control offered and showed me specific step by step procedures how their techniques could help my situation. After my consent, Owen drew up a detailed and easy to understand proposal which included all areas agreed upon. After I signed the proposal he quickly and efficiently went about closing the open areas of concern and set rat traps, carefully showing me placement and how and why they are effective. Following day Owen came by to set the mosquito traps. Bottom line is I believe Owen to be an ethical representative of Rodin Pest Control, he's straightforward, exudes confidence, knowledge, skill and most of all really cares about people and doing an EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Ronin has been keeping my house at the border of the foothills safe from insects and helping to keep out rats for a few years now -- what a positive difference they have made to my quality of life! Very nice, smart, knowledgeable, responsible technicians who have taken great care of things. Most recently, Omar has been the star. This week, I needed a separate job, because a neighborhood bear had smashed in the door to the crawl space under my house and this was letting the rats back in. It was old construction, a nonstandard size, and we needed a heavy duty replacement (the bears will be back). Andrew F. came and did an excellent, clever, solid job of installing a new door. I was very happy and would be glad to work with this team again.

Ronin gave us a quote and also explained they will also give us a separate quote after their inspection. So we decided to go with them. Their exterminator Wilian arrived on time. We had a rat issue in our house and called several businesses to get quotes on resolving the issue. Most of them wanted to charge us an absolute fortune, and told us that we needed to tear out everything in our attic. I don't know much about rats, but it didn't look nearly as bad as we were being told. Then Jonathan from Ronin came round and told us that we did indeed have rats, but that the problem wasn't that bad. We had our own guy block up the house and Jonathan came and sterilized the attic, and my woodshop in the back. He also set some traps. He took great care to clean everything fully and basically saved us several thousand in potential costs - and of course the rat problem is now solved. Both Jonathan and the office staff were very prompt in helping us and courteous. We liked them so much we shifted our regular pest control to Ronin (we were with Western Exterminator). Highly recommended! Ask for Jonathan :)

I knew I had termite issues at my property, but was hesitant on moving forward with any kind of service because the process seemed like a hassle. I finally really looked into getting the treatment done and after reading the reviews for Ronin, it was no brainer. I called in and spoke to Jessica, she got me an inspection right away and explained in detail what there was to be done in my case which was tenting of my home.They took care of everything from setting appointment to when the tenting came off.Salvador did my inspection, and I was so pleased with how thorough it was, he took the time to walk me through and show me problem areas. It was a smooth service, if I would've known the process would be that way I would of had my place serviced long before. I highly recommend Ronin to friends and family who might be feeling like I did. Ronin Pest control took care of me and my home with great professionalism.

I HIGHLY recommend Ronin Pest Control for your next pest infestation. I finally called today after battling what I thought was fleas for almost 2 weeks. After a visit to the doctor (thought I might be having an allergic reaction to the bites) and fogging my house, I was at my wits end. Ronin team battled Friday afternoon LA traffic to make a same day, no-fee appointment with me and were totally knowledgable, professional, thorough, and friendly. Incidentally, they didn't find anything (hurrah!), and after seeing pictures of my "bites" told me that they thought I might just be having an allergic reaction to something. 5.0 star rating 1/23/2014 I use Ronin for my monthly pest control service cause we had lots of spiders and ants around the house, and I also used their services to rodent proof my attic cause we recently had some noise makers in there. The customer service is amazing, the people in the office always take the time to answer all my questions and they're not rushing me off the phone. Our technician Cody is there every month, and my husband always comes out to ask questions about the chemical they are using cause we have dogs in the yard. Cody explained the difference between the Eco-green spray and the other stuff. I think it's great that you have a choice between a green spray and a chemical spray. They also take the time to remove all the spider webs around the doors and bushes.

These guys too care of our mite problem in short order. Polite and knowledge technician, very thorough, and seemingly very effective. Ronin was highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. The one thing a can say, and this for for all indoor applications of pesticides, is to plan on being out of your space for as long as possible after a treatment. 3 hours may be the minimum, but 36 was way better, and I might have even preferred 48. It's just an unavoidable reality of the process. It stinks.

I called in a moment of desperation, i had these things flying around by the window, wasn't sure what they were, but they were there. I called Ronin and told them about those flying pests. I even emailed them a picture. They called me back right away, and the technician confirmed that they were termites. They scheduled an appointment for me that same day and wouldn't you know it, i had termites everywhere. The termite technician was so informative and explained the two types of termites and walked around the house showing me damage i didn't even know i had. He even explained the treatment and the chemical that they would use. They offered a known chemical and also a green product called Bora Care. Its good to have choices, I have dogs so ultimately i want something that wont harm them or me. He also pointed out some other things like rodent droppings and suggested i seal off a few entry points. I liked that he actually took the time to walk around the perimeter with me and not only told me about all of this, but showed me as well. He explained everything in details and answered all my questions. I had the local termite treatment done as well as rodent proofed my house. Although this was a one time service, i later called them for my maintenance service for just general pests. During the summer i get the usual, ants, silverfish and spiders, so i wanted to be prepared. Now they come out once a month and treat the outside and the interior when i request it. They use the eco friendly spray so i dont have to leave my house when they treat it. I strongly recommend Ronin, not only for their knowledge, but for the great customer service. From the moment you call the office and speak to a customer service representative, to the moment they come to your house to do the inspection. By far the best company out there. Give them a call, i promise you will be as happy as i am.
