This is the best extermination experience we’ve ever had. We had black widow spiders and they came out within the same day of calling and did a thorough inspection. Alan came to check our home for bed bugs after our exchange student was complaining of multiple bug bites that seemingly appeared overnight. He was very thorough and kind. He helped put her at ease by walking her through his inspection and explaining what he was looking for. He didn’t find any evidence of bed bugs (thank goodness) and was happy to provide a free inspection for us. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

We've had a pretty chronic case of ants and spiders and signed up for their annual treatment plan! The technicians are super responsive and patient when being walked through all the problem areas, and addressed all the areas with care! Our usual technician Ishmael has been absolutely stellar!

Pacific Pest is a great company. Jesse is very knowledgeable and always on time and professional. I have used them on several different occasions and they always get the job done. I am now a reoccurring customer. We had a rodent and roach issue and Pacific Pest solved both issues. They came out and closed off all opening to our house to prevent rodents from entering and we have not had a issue since. After moving in to our new house and bringing items from storage German roaches came with our stuff. Jesse came out and prayed and fogged and the roach problem was gone. I have used several pest companies in my life and these guys are the best. Super easy to work with and always on time and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

Before i found this place, i tried Rodent Stop because they advertise all day on the radio. Rodent Stop was ungodly expensive at $4000.00 for my average size house. No joke. I called these guys because they had good reviews. They were professional and the tech that showed up at my house, Michael, was great. I got the middle tier service for the rats in my attic. They patch all holes and such around your house and attic, they catch the rats and come back 3-4 times weekly to make sure they got it all. The tech was on time each time, the quality of the work for sealing the house was great. It comes with a 1 year warranty that can be extended for $200 bucks a year upon an annual inspection. The ONLY negative thing about this company is when you call customer service, the receptionist never has any answer for you, transfers you to someone and you have to leave a message and get a callback. Sometimes i had to call again when they didnt call back. I wont ding them for that though just because i was so happy to get this service done for less than a grand. 8/27/2020 update Company called to check to make sure I was still happy with the service and see if I have had any new activity. Since they did such a great job, I had no need for another trap check.

I contacted Pacific Pest and requested a home inspection for vulnerable areas that pests and other wild life may be able to enter my home. They arrived as scheduled and performed a thorough inspection. To my surprise, they found several areas that were of concern. They scheduled a crew to repair and fix all areas of concern. The repair crew was courteous and well prepared to complete the job. I am happy I made the call to Pacific Pest. I am planning on switching to their company for all of my pest control needs.

In our very first service, original technician didn't show up 2 hours window they gave us and didn't call prior as they agreed during setting up an appointment. I had to call a couple of times to get new technician. However, new technician was thorough, friendly and knowledgable. Even though I was pretty annoyed with original technician not showing up on time or calling, I'm very pleased with their tech, Kevin's top notch service.

We had a very serious ant infestation about a year ago that had been happening once or twice a year for three years. Pacific Pest Control came out 3 times before they were completely gone, but we have not had a problem ever since. The same is true of these tine spiders we were plagued with. Both problems solved. We have a quarterly service and are very satisfied. The tecnicians are always very polite, efficient and accomodating.

Craig's team at Pacific Pest Control was professional, polite, and on-time. They did great work for our home with an attic clean-up and additional TAP insulation. Our home is now free of harmful rat droppings, odors and has more thermal protection thanks to his team. My wife appreciated the paper the workers laid down and the clean shoes they wore in the house. It was nice to see a team with a level of respect for our home. I called Pacific Pest Control, Inc for a second opinion, and I was pleased with options they offered to complete the job. The estimate they gave me was lower than the first company I called and I have to paid the other company in advance $95 for inspection. The inspection from PPC was free. BTW the first company gave me a higher estimate for woodwork, and it did not include the paint. PPC was lower and it included the paint. I would call them again and I would recommend this company very easy to work with.

I had Pacific Pest Control come out to rat proof my attic and garage. They then set traps to capture any remaining rats (which they check once a week for a few weeks). It has all been very successful. I was hearing scurrying rats every night in my attic and it has been quiet since. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rat proof their attic or garage.

Spraying for exterior ants and spiders...yet today we have ants now coming inside kitchen. As well as spider webs and spiders around the outside. I was disappointed that there were not 2 technicians (as there has been in previously scheduled jobs) I believe two people are far more effective than one. One sprays and the other wipes down.

Craig is a lifesaver. He came to my house on a Saturday night for a bee emergency. A swarm of bees were INSIDE my home. It felt like he showed up within 10 minutes! What can we say about Humberto that "you, the customer" may not notice within minutes of working with him?? Not much... So, I'll share anyways.. Immediately we were impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and genuine concern for US, THE CUSTOMER . Which is truly lacking in the service industry today! Everything that we asked him he took time in explaining to us and was more than willing to stop what he was doing to be sure that we were satisfied with his answers. Had two service with this company. They did however mention at the beginning that their work was not guaranteed, I still went ahead and did business with them they were professional and everything but as of now 3 months after the services were done and they came back one more time for each service still the problem persist now they want me to pay again to keep coming and treat my problem. Before contracting this company i did talk to other two providers and they did guarantee their work but I did tried to save some money and here is the result. Lesson learned. EDIT. I left that review there so you will know what happen. Now after a week of this company calling me and not being able to answer, James a supervisor there finally reached to me and we agreed that there was a miss understanding between one of the service support and me. He made it right as of now they are working to make it right and I got to say I am impress. Even when I was not able to answer my phone James never gave up and we reached an agreement. So far so good.

This will be an ongoing review of Pacific Pest Control. Our company enlisted their service to rid our warehouse/office of rodents (4) days ago so it's too early in the game to give a proper review. A tech came to our office last week to set up the traps and do the preventative maintenance on our building. Nice guy and seemed to do an ok job. As of this writing, the traps (glue & regular) haven't been successful. When we came into work on Monday, there was a glue trap (had been placed on top of a shelf) lying on the carpet face down. The trap was difficult to peel off the carpet but it finally came free. I noticed about a 5" long piece of fur on the trap when I finally peeled it off. I emailed our sales rep about the incident but haven't had a reply. In fact, I've emailed the rep twice in the last week and haven't had a reply either time. Like I said, it's too early to give a thorough review but will add to this review as time goes on.

This was my first time ever dealing with any pest home invaders (fleas). Jason was wonderful! He was genuinely concern for our family situation (indoor and outdoor fleas). He was very professional and compassionate. He explained the process and answered further questions making sure I was comfortable with the entire process. A couple of hours after the treatment we notice very little flea activity in my daughter’s room. I was pleasantly impressed when I called him. He answered right away and proceeded to remedy the situation a couple of days after by retreating indoors and outdoor porch . In addition to a secondary scheduled visit within 2 weeks after the initial visit. My family is greatly appreciative of his great effort. I am glad and relieved I took action ASAP just like Pro Pacific Pest Control did. They were fast and ready to respond efficiently!

We noticed swarming around our kitchen window and under the eves. Bees were flying into a vent on the roof and into the wall. They were trying to come out from behind the outlet cover in the kitchen. As the day went on the buzzing got noticibly louder. We decided we needed to stop them from taking up residence, so we called PPPC. They came out 2 days later as scheduled. They checked out the area, sprayed and dusted the entry points, window and eves where the bees had swarmed. They told us about the pesticides they would be using and suggested we have maximum ventilation as the spray my come through the outlets in the wall. I taped those up with painters tape. They were done in under an hour. The techs were neat and clean, explained everything they needed to do and did a nice neat job. They did a soft sell pitch for a service contract which we declined. But if we have any future isdues, we know who to call.

ugh, I had rats under my house due to construction taking place nearby. I called Pro Pacific because they did a great job when I had bees in my wall. Tyler came out a few times to set traps and collect them. I wasn't sure if it was mice or rats. turns out it was rats. I was worried about what kind of damage they were creating underneath. thats what was causing me worry. I would use them again and may in fact have them come out a few more times just for me to know for sure they are gone. hoping there are no new ones if any had babies or anything.

When Andrew arrived he confirmed the hive was inaccessible from inside the attic and provided me with options for dealing with it. I chose to have them exterminated, and he was able to get rid of them on the very same trip! It's been over a week and no sign of bees at all.
