She is always on time during the time frame; however, if she’s running late, she will call to inform you. Had the mosquito extermination for 3 months seems like they just got worst, so I just cancelled it. Overall customer service is great though guys arrive on time ready to work.

So I have had several issues with termites over the past year. Terminix came out and super treated the property and had put in bait stations around the yard. Repairs were made quickly and efficiently. This particular treatment inspection found no termites and the technician was very friendly and informative. He checked all the stations and replaced items as needed. He gave a final report before leaving and emailed me one as well. Great service from this group. Thank you for al the hard work and even working in the rain and on the weekend.

I truly enjoyed the customer service that the expert gave. Tanner was very confident in his job and was willing and helpful. He was on time, and well prepared. He definitely was an expert technician and was able to provide me with all of the answers to the many questions I had about bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, rodents and how to prevent my home from getting any uninvited guests this Winter. My inspection went well, and it’s going to stay that way with the help of Terminix.

Termix has been great for the 2+ years we’ve had service with you. The only recommendation I have would be to advise your technicians to let the homeowners know when they’re done spraying outside. It was an honest mistake, but my tech did not tell me when he was done so I did not go out and close the gate to my backyard for almost an hour. Luckily, my dog did not get out, but it is a concern. Other than that small thing, Terminex has been wonderful!!

Came home from vacation to a house full of FLEAS!! I called Terminix ASAP and scheduled an appointment for flea extermination. My appointment was for 1-3 PM 06/19/19 and I knew I had to have my pets gone and stay out for four hours after the application. I loaded my cats up in carriers after administering flea medication (no easy feat) and sent my kids to the grands’. Around 1:15 PM, I tried to call my tech but went straight to voicemail. I called customer service and the woman I spoke to didn’t seem to understand what I wanted but told me my appointment had been rescheduled. After I expressed my frustration, the rep put me on hold (I still don’t why) and came back to say “the issue has been resolved). I was anxious because she didn’t seem confident about anything she told me, but I waited a few more minutes. Mary showed up and apologized for not answering my messages but explained that her phone locks while driving. Totally understandable, I know they have multiple stops to make. I’m just glad she made it and the rep was wrong about the cancellation. Mary was so nice and professional and explained everything to me. She was great and very understanding of my problem and took care of it quickly. Hopefully I will return to a flea-free home.

Technician called to notify me he was on his way and arrived promptly. Bait stations were checked and deficient areas were covered....I feel comfortable with the work that was performed. Pest control technician arrived a day or two later and applied baits for ants...thanks to the good job of pest control, we have virtually no ants inside which is most unusual this time of year. I have been with Terminix for many years and really appreciate the protection provided
