Taylor came to our house today for our routine application. I just want to give him a BIG Thumbs Up. I really appreciate how he handled himself and how well he represented Mosquito Joe. He is very personable. He explained that it was his first time to our house and listened attentively to me explain the layout and where we use our time most outside. He really seemed to appreciate when I explained what mosquitos do to me and how blessed we were to have the Mosquito Joe family in our lives. He said he loved hearing that, as he said he doesn't get a lot of feedback from the customers and that he sometimes feels he is just painting leaves. I told him we were having a weekend party with a bunch of friends over. He was very diligent to ensure our comfort this weekend. I would welcome Taylor back anytime to do our yard. I don't know what we would for the mosquito problem we have at our location if it weren't for Mosquito Joe! We are sprayed every 3 weeks and if we have a problem with mosquito's during this time period we call them and they come and spray again! This has happened a few times because of how heavy the mosquito population is where we are located but it is quickly taken care of. This company is responsive to our questions and concerns. The employees that come to spray are very respectful! I wouldn't us a different company! They are #1 in my book!

I’ve been using mosquito joe for about 5 months now. We have been getting our home in Bella vista treated for mosquitoes and ticks and we have thus far been very happy with the results as I have not had any mosquitoes or ticks on our property since using them. We had a bit of an issue with them in the beginning as they were treating my neighbors house and not mine, this happened twice and when I called about it they were very apologetic and comped the next several treatments. Since that time I have not had any further issues.

We haven’t reached our %90 decrease yet but let me tell ya,,,,,, flies decreasing mostly, mosquito’s on there way out still can’t sit on back porch comfortably but can tell a big difference because we set sticky fly traps out and usually fill on up within two days and it’s been a week just now full. Two summers ago, we almost couldn’t use our pool and backyard the mosquitos were so bad. We’ve used Mosquito Joe for two years and their service works. We never get bitten and rarely ever see mosquitoes anymore. They send text and email reminders a couple of days before they come to spray and they quickly reschedule for rain outs. The guys that come spray are very friendly and professional.

I have been with Mosquito Joe for years!!! I live next to a wooded area that has a low running creek in the back. Before using their services, I used Tiki torches, sprays, anything I could think of to combat the mosquitoes, and I always lost. I figured my days of throwing outdoor parties and enjoying the evening on my back porch were over... then I found Mosquito Joe!!! I simply will not go without their services! They also treat my yard for fleas and ticks. I don't know if this is a bi-product, but I haven't seen a snake in my yard since I've been using them! Shout out to Brandon!! They spray a barrier around my yard about every 3 weeks. It only takes about 15 minutes to completely dry. Safe for all my pets and even the bees who enjoy my flowers in my yard. Mosquito Joe’s works great! We had the best summer ever last year. We enjoyed being outside mosquito-free. We have shade trees and Mosquitos have always been a significant pest in the summer months. I saw only one Mosquito after Mosquito Joe's treatment of my property and their product is safe for pets. We have a dog and a cat that spend time outside and they have not been affected. You do need to have the treatments done every three to four weeks to keep the Mosquitos away but it is so worth it!

Watch the employee when they come out to spray your yard. I've learned that if you don't watch them, they are only there for like 5 minutes then done. Which results in you getting eat up by mosquitoes because they didn't spray properly. So you have to call them back out. If you watch them spray, they stay much longer and spray things correctly. It's been a week since they've been out and I have yet to get bit by a mosquito. Formula works as long as the employee does their job correctly. This applies to the department that services the Malvern, AR area.
