The guys that come out to treat the house do a great job and are always kind and respectful. However we have had several issues with missed treatments, the office scheduling treatments without notifying us in advance so our back yard is locked and they aren’t able to get in, etc. We did have one instance as well when someone documented that they did a treatment but never came to the house (we never saw them in our security cams). They do a good job when they do the job, but could use some improvement with communication and reliability.

All of the staff have been great to work with, but yesterday my husband and I were both home sick and noticed Todd rolled our trash receptacle all the way up the driveway for us. He went above and beyond to help us out and was happy to do it. We really appreciated that! Thanks, and stay awesome!

We moved into a new place that had an extensive infestation. McCauley pest services, namely a technician named Canyon, are the reason we feel happy and comfortable in our home today. Not only did Canyon take care of our pest problem, but he always shows up with a smile on his face and kind words about our progress with the property. I would recommend McCauley to anyone with a bug problem, big or small, and I would highly recommend Canyon, as he made all of our treatments short and sweet. He also appears to genuinely care about resolving the issue, which is a lot more than I can say about most services in 2022. Great company, great technicians, great value.

They are a small business based out of Saline County so I knew my money would stay local which is important to me. We recently sold a home and needed some electrical work done per inspection. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and quality of work of the electrician. He came out and took care of every item on our punch list and was done in no time. We were so pleased with them when we bought our new home and needed several recessed lights installed on a freshly painted ceiling I knew who to call. We ended up getting the same technician and, again, we got the same level of satisfaction on the bigger job that we did from the small punch list. The technician was on time and friendly, and the quality of work was amazing. We knew exactly how long it was going to take and how much we were going to pay; which by the way was less than half of what a general contractor quoted us. I wish I could go on and on about this but I’m sure by now you’ve quit reading. If not, give them a call. You will be glad you did. And thank you, McCauley, for making our home a little brighter we really do love the lighting.

My daughter and son in law referred me to McCauley Services about 9 mo ago. I can finally use my kitchen without dealing with ants. I also rarely see a spider. First of all it was super easy to get signed up for services. They helped me pick the best option for my home. When we first bought our house, there was a bug problem, but in just a few months I hardly ever see one. Plus if a problem ever comes up in between services, they are just one call away. Josef is our technician and we absolutely love him! He is so nice and friendly. They do an amazing job.

I started using McCauley in a lake home for ants primarily. I haven’t had any ant problems since, nor any crawling or flying insects. After my husband passed away last Thanksgiving, in the spring of this year my bedroom was invaded with wasps. Yes!! Indoor invasion! After killing 5 big red/orange wasps one day in my bedroom over a 4 hour period, the one walking around the rim of my coffee cup I picked up to take a drink out of while sitting at my desk working was the last straw. I called McCauley. They started treating my home and over the first two months I found approximately 4-5 wasps in my bedroom, but they were dead or dying. Not buzzing around my head. For the last seven months and for the first time in many years my home has been wasp free. Plus the bonus of other creepy crawly things are gone. Bugs and flying insects belong outside, not inside. The treatment they have provided to me has been applied on the outside of my home, not the inside. The added bonus of enjoying sitting outside without being bothered by possibly getting stung is wonderful. Plus, one year I had a family reunion at the lake and for that month’s service I asked them to come out a day or two prior to the event and spray my fenced in backyard. From the babies to the great grandparents, everyone enjoyed their day without bug bites. Yes, this is a long review, but McCauley’s is well worth it.

I’ve been really happy with McCauley. Techs are super friendly and always on time. They solved my ant problem when other pest control companies just put some powder down and said they couldn’t do much else. McCauley trenched around my house to create a barrier primarily to protect against termites, but it also provided immediate relief from the ants. Since they’ve been coming, I haven’t had any significant pest problems and I live in a fairly wooded area. I highly recommend these folks. They do great work and their prices are competitive or better than Rid-a-pest/Orkin.
