I am blown away by the service provided by Chris and Juan, the owners. They personally came to our house to assess and resolve our termite-related problem. I called the evening before and they were here the next morning. They coordinated with the contractors that were actively working on our siding to quickly get the needed repairs done. They even covered the cost. Juan previously provided support over the phone and via email. I have never had such a positive experience. I highly recommend Legacy.

We had a sump pump installed and it was not deep enough in the ground so they came back and fixed it free of charge but they did not fix the drainage pipe to it. Still a good company to work with and depend on.

I have had an extremely good experience with Legacy. We live in a wooded area where there are a lot of pests that previously set up housekeeping in our residence. We complained to our pest control service at that time to no avail. I heard about Legacy from a friend and decided to switch. Since that time we have had virtually no pests in our house and no incidences of termites outside. The Legacy representatives have been very friendly and responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this company.

The specialist who treats my house is named Jack. He is courteous, honest and thorough in his job. He has gladly come to my home outside the quarterly treatments when needed. He goes above and beyond in seeing that the little details are taken care of in the service he provides. Highly recommended.

UPDATE! Management (possible an Owner?) called the same day to apologize for the way my situation was handled. The gesture was much appreciated and since I had not had a problem with them in the 2 years, I will change my review to 4 stars! and probably go back to them. Thank you. TERRIBLE Customer Service, I was with them for Over 2 years and they cancelled my account without notice!! when I called to schedule an appt it's $80 that I pay quarterly, I thought I was caught up but they informed me I was a payment behind but they NEVER called/emailed or sent me notice, just cancelled my account! and the worst is when I called to discuss, they just wanted to argue, not keep my business!!

Legacy came out for their first ever service at my house, and left my gate open allowing my dog to escape. Update: I received a call from Chris, one of the owners of Legacy. He apologized to me and assured me that he would go over training with all of their technicians.
