Adam B at Clear Defense Pest Control really went over and beyond for us at our last service. If he was frustrated at me for being unaware of him coming that day he did not show it. In fact, he was incredibly kind and helped me to catch 5 very elusive chickens and cage them so he could treat our fire ant problem. He could have rescheduled us or sprayed at the risk of our animals but he did what most would not have, he grabbed another broom and dove around a strangers yard to help a struggling mom out. Clear Defense Pest Control is such an awesome company! The reason why? It’s people. Braeden, for example, did an amazing job servicing our home. This is not the type of pest control company that comes to your house for service, and is out of there in two minutes. Braedon came out for our initial visit. I had actually forgotten about our appointment and was in the middle of summer activity chaos with my 3 kids. He was very kind and had a great attitude. I had to leave to get kids to a swim lesson so he wasn’t able to access the backyard. A follow up visit was made for the next week. KB & Jonathan came promptly during the time window. They were both very pleasant and took care of the backyard quickly. Before leaving I asked them to assist with clearing a web that was in our entry way that we weren’t able to reach with a ladder. They eagerly handled it. All 3 guys have amazing customer service skills and I would highly recommend them.
