After calling the 800 number to get some information regarding some pest control services at my house, a sales rep named Jackson reached out to me within the hour! I didn’t necessarily know what type of treatment my house needed and it was hard for me to explain what was going on, so he offered to come by my house later that afternoon to do a home inspection. Jackson was very professional and on time (I have a very busy schedule, so this was important). After the inspection was done he recommended a few products and services he thought would clear up my issues (which they did). I’ve been screwed a few times by different pest control companies, so I was hesitant to try another one, but Jackson made the whole process so easy so I will definitely continue to use them moving forward! Very happy customer, and more importantly no more bugs!!!

Excellent service! Had a scorpion and cockroach problem in my house and Rentokil got rid of them right away. The medication they use is very strong and they answer any questions you may have. Very nice and professional people. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Also I liked the option they gave of not opting into a year contract either. Most of the other pest control places were contract only.

I have been receiving scheduled service every 2 months for years even as they have has changed companies/names. My exterminator Aaron is friendly and always calls at least the day before to remind me when he’s scheduled to come out. He knows that I work and will text me when he arrives to ask me to open the garage door remotely and when to close it. It’s rare that I have any issues with any insects indoors or outdoors.

We discovered a rodent in the exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms. We wanted to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We called Rentokil this morning and they were able to come out within an hour. They did a detailed inspection and advised us on the best method to handle this. Our hope was to get working on this quickly. Upon our acceptance of their agreement they were able to get us scheduled in less than 24 hours. Jackson Frye handled everything and was very professional as well as informative. I will recommend them for sure. Their quick response has given us a much needed peace of mind.

The specialist Always texts or calls with a time slot when he’ll be here. Of course he didn’t perform ALL the services I’ve checked. Those have been performed over the years. He’s very accommodating when I have a special request. Today it was to watch out for a stray cat that sleeps in our garden in the shade when the heat is bad. We’ve used this same company (used to be under another name) for many years. Never have a problem with bugs!

They do an excellent job of spraying the entire perimeter of the house, the backyard and the inside of the garage. They also put sticky bug traps in the garage. They send you a text message the day before they service the property. Always on time and flexible if you need to reschedule.

I have had Western Exterminator since 2003, 19 years. My technician was Jimi who always called or texted when he was coming and always left a receipt on the door. Monday, while I was lying in bed with the blinds open I saw a man walking in the yard. I was never notified that he was coming and no receipt was left.I was mortified that he would conduct business this way and I was terrified until I saw his equipment. I am requesting another technician if possible as I do not want to leave the company. I would like to be notified please. Jimi, my previous technician, was wonderful and I was sad to see him go.

I have been assigned Mario as the technician who provides service at my home. Mario is an absolute pleasure to work with. I previously reviewed this company when they were Enviro Safe. I had an amazing technician then too. If you are blessed to be assigned Mario as your technician, you will have a consistent and positive experience. My only negative comment is since Rentokil has taken over the business, my rates have been raised every year well beyond any pay increase I MAY get in the work force. The consistent rate increases have stretched me to the point I might need to have some services reduced.

Then I found Western Extermination/Rentokil, and now I've been rat free for more than 30 months!! Yes, it was expensive to remove the insulation, find the rat entrances, and reinstall new insulation. Big fan of Enviro Safe Pest Control!!! We've lived all over the valley and Enviro Safe has been with us at every location. We've been with them so long, our first service was done by the owner!!! Currently, our tech is Eric and he's fantastic!!! I like that what Enviro Safe sprays last for a couple months. I also like that I don't usually have to be home for the service call, although it's nice to see Eric, but just spraying outside is enough to protect the inside of my home. Every area of town, though, has different issues. It's nice when an issue arises, Enviro Safe comes out, at no additional cost, to spray again. I've needed that after a big rain once. I called Jimmy who has been servicing this property and asked to have someone from the office call me so I could change the name on the billing. He told them several times and I finally I tried to call the office. After several auto transfers and being put on hold I called Jimmy one last time and he said he would take care of it. Having a safe option was a must, since we have a bird and dogs. We contacted Enviro Safe when we had an ant infestation last summer. We tried everything ourselves but nothing worked until these guys came out. The ants were so bad they had to come treat a couple of times. I have this company through default. The local company I used to use was sold. It it was NOT for my service provider I may have looked for a new company. They raised the rates and did not inform us or explain for the increase. My guess is greed. . This is the second time the company had been bought since I use them.

After researching online for a pest control company I chose to do business with Enviro Safe. I had a huge scorpion problem and they had pretty good reviews in general but scorpions were mentioned often. I've been doing business with them for over 1 year now and I am very pleased. Most of the scorpions I see outside are dead and I've only seen 2 in the house in the year we have been using Enviro Safe. (Opposed to going around nightly with a black light and frequently finding one or more - before using their service.) The time I did see the scorpions, I called Crystal and she sent Aaron out the next day to spray. Problem eliminated. Aaron and Crystal are always friendly and pleasant to interact with. They care about their customers and their service levels. I highly recommend Enviro Safe if you have a pest problem, especially scorpions.

HOWEVER, I am a big believer in customer service. I was impressed by how the technician took the extra time to remove spider webs from sprinkler valve boxes and in every corner of our yard. They take care of EVERYTHING - so that we don't have to worry about any scheduling or payments dates. Its so easy. Stephen takes pride in what he does. Stephen has been our pest controller for over two years now. Enviro safe is what anyone would wish for in a pest control company! Timely, knowledgeable, professional, & informative. Stephen has a vast knowledge of those insects, particularly the ones indigenous for this desert climate. On the rare occasion I see a creepy crawler, I snap a picture of IT (yes, I don't let it escape). When Stephen comes by, I inquire and learn about the history of that creeper! He goes the extra mile to make sure that my problems were solved. He answered all my questions with great patience. Even those nasty flying rats aka pigeons- installed spikes, disinfected and cleaned everything. So, when he arrives at your home or business- go ahead and ask about those nasty creepy crawlers or flying rats. Once you start using Enviro Safe you will seldom see any of those!

I Googled "bee removal" and out of all of the businesses that appeared, Enviro Safe just felt like the right one to call. What an excellent choice--if I do say so myself. I called for service and Mike answered the phone--very friendly, courteous, and patched me through to Allen. Allen was very polite and asked very specific questions about the bees--where were they located, how high in the tree and so on. Allen gave me a great deal of information about the services Enviro Safe offers and he let me know he would be calling me back after he checked the schedule. Kurt called me back the same day and confirmed the inofrmation I gave Allen and then went on to explain all of the bee knowledge a girl could ever ask for. It's been a carefree year for the most part. Not nearly as bad as when we first moved in and this was ant, cricket, wasp, and beetle central. There's definitely a "wear off" date that is just before the next scheduled appt. The crickets start coming in the house again. There are still ant colonies out front, but they don't come in the house, which is the main purpose of spraying. Kenny has been great!
